The house is great! Close to beach, close to dining and shopping. The kitchen and linens were well stocked. We had everything we needed. I hope we can stay here again!

Perfect location

We loved the layout of the house and had plenty of room for everyone. The location is perfect - a short walk to the beach, restaurants, the grocery store and ice cream. Would absolutely stay there again.

This property is amazing! Clean, updated, beautiful pool and wonderful proximity to the beach! If the house is available next year for our visit we will definitely be booking again! We loved everything about it.

Great Location!

Close to Coligny, restaurants and beach. Very clean and lots of towels. Great outdoor area with pool. Perfect for small children. Property management very attentive and helpful. Great stay!!

The stay was exceptional however, the community could invest in streetlights for visibility. The streets are too dark at nigh.

Great Location

House had been somewhat updated, but master bath was pretty old. Air conditioning return air grill was really dirty in the dining/kitchen area. Loved the screened in porch!

Family Vacation

We had the best time at this house! It has everything you need there including many kitchen supplies, beach chairs, and enough towels for everyone in the house. We are definitely booking this house for next year!

Perfect house set up for little ones

This house was perfect for us. Each room was very private.. Loved the screened in porch and all of the sitting areas. Very spacious and clean. The pool was just the right size for my grandkids ages 1-5 but it would be small for older kids. Loved this house!!

Nice weekend getaway.

The house has everything you need. Lots of towels! In walking distance from grocery, restaurants, beach and park. Lots of room to spread out.

The house was perfect for 8 of us, but could have held more. It was within short walking distance of the beach and coligny plaza. Would rent it again!

Exceeded Expectations

The wonderfully appointed house is situated only a short walk from the beach. Our group of seven guests had plenty of space, enjoyed the porch and private pool and found plenty of activities nearby. The management company was very responsive with any needs. We'd definitely stay again at this property and highly recommend the house. A great value!

Hilto head island gem

Excelkent house for family and young kids. Perfect location for easy beach access. Quiet neighborhood. Close to Coligny town center. Easy walikg or biking to everything youneed for your stay. House was well kept and worked perfectly for our group of 9. Beach Getaway team was excellent from reservation to quick responses to questions and check out was seemless.

Rain rain go away!

We were told that we should not come due to hurricane but we had a family of 5 flying into Savannah and family of 4 driving from Virginia and we were driving from Chicago! We all made it to the house and it was a great week! It didn’t rain as much as the weather forecast said so after a couple days of some rain, we had a wonderful week and would love to do this again!

Wish I’d know how old the house is prior to booking

The house is old. The “accurate” pictures did not prepare us for how outdated the house is. Outlets not working properly, pool not clean and the grill was in terrible condition. Management team was not helpful. Less than fun birthday weekend. Lesson learned.

A few hiccups but had a good time

We loved the location and management communication. The pool is very small. Looked larger in the photos. There was a layer of dust on interior surfaces. Needs a deep clean. Outdoor space was messy upon arrival. Broken toys from previous renters and furniture in disarray. The microwave stopped working and they brought a new one that was placed on the counter that took up a lot of space and we had very little counter space. Yard mowers came at 7am with commercial lawn equipment blasting through the windows from 7am-8:30am. No large pans for cooking or a griddle and the crockpot looked very dirty. The entire grill bottom kept falling out of the grill and the start on the grill doesn't work, has to be hand lit. I don't think we'd stay there again, though we did have a good time overall.

HHI Family vacation

House was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 2.5 yo. The pool is small but perfect. We were able to cool off and play with our little guy. Easy walk to beach and stores/shops/ice cream! Definitely would stay again.
