We appreciate the input and the opportunity to continuous improve our property. We do have 24-7 guest support doing everything possible to provide the best possible vacation home. We have replaced the blender. The kitchen is equipped in the same manner as our home; however we do provide any additional kitchen tools and appliances at the request of our guest. The glass sunroom provides a great deal of sunlight. Actually we had to add some UV shading to calm the intensity of the afternoon sun. We provide both inside and outside chairs for our guest's comfort. The property is in walking distance of the beach; however, we do have to cross AIA. The intensity of the traffic flow is controlledt by the traffic lights on AIA and also due to the public park directly across the street. This makes it safe to cross the street - also drivers are very curtious along this road and do comply with the reduced speed limit. This property was built in the 1950's - we have upgraded and modernized many aspects (electrical wiring, overhead fans, wireless internet, etc.) but have choosen to leave some of the "atmosphere" such as the bathroom fixtures for that era - for effect. We encourage our guests to bring their family and their pets - My family and pets love every minute of our time spent at this property. The salt air from the ocean reminds me of my youth on Cape Cod. The beach is safe and fun -although the yard is fenced - our pups love the areas available to walk and also the local dog parks. We pride ourselves on our design and the provided extras but also on our efficient and effective response to any request. We love the property and enjoy our time near the beach -- we want this experience to be just as enjoyable and relaxing for each and every guest.
