GORGEOUS PET FRIENDLY VACATION HOME!

Enjoy your stay in this spacious, beautifully decorated beach home with a large fenced in back yard, fire pit and Weber gas grill. You will love it and never want to go home! The very large master suite has a king size bed, a 50" smart Roku TV, master bath has vanity with 2 sinks, large closet and a fireplace. The door in back leads out to the large back yard, covered patio and dining table. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, 32" smart Roku TV, and a half bath. It has french doors that lead out to the back yard and patio also. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a new full bath (tub/shower) at the end of the hall. The beautiful large living area has a 55" smart Roku TV and a new sectional couch that is very comfortable! The dining area has seating for 4 and 2 bar stools at the granite countertop in the kitchen area. The kitchen area is small but very well equipped. The washer and dryer are in the garage and the garage has plenty of room for storage if needed. There are 2 bicycles in the garage if you decide to ride around the nice quiet neighborhood! Well behaved pets are welcomed, but please clean up after your pet. There is a $150 pet non refundable fee. This home has everything needed for a nice peaceful vacation on the beach side. We are close to grocery stores (Publix), churches, shopping, and a lot of nice restaurants. We are located on a non busy street between the river and the ocean. There is private parking for Riverbreeze people at the condo right across the street (A1A) from us on the ocean.
This home is only available to be rented by the month (or months) I am not able to rent it by the week, This is an Ormond By The Sea restriction, not mine!

Ormond Beach stay

Property was exactly as described and in pictures. We had a great time. Neighborhood is quiet and only a block from the beach. Becky was an excellent hostess and even gave suggestions of places to visit nearby. Overall great experience.

Cute little house by the beach

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It’s within 5 minutes walking distance to the beach. The house has everything you need to make the most of your stay. Our host was easy to talk to and answered any questions we may have had regarding the house and the area. I highly recommend this property. You won’t be disappointed!

Beautiful home

Stayed 2 months Feb-Mar house was perfect for my husband and I and our 2 dogs. Very clean tastefully decorated beds were incredibly comfortable as well as couch for end of the day. Large fenced in backyard with hot tub and firepit. Our dogs loved the room to play ! House needed nothing. Neighborhood is quiet and a short walk to beach and short drive to all Ormond beach has to offer ! Great restaurants ! Becky was a great host responded to any questions I had immediately. Everything we needed was there great plush towels 3 TVs AC system was incredible plenty of supplies to get us going ! All excellent appliances! Not one complaint best rental property I’ve ever had. Comfort is important to us for our length of stay and it checked all the boxes. Thank you Becky !!!

Such a great place!!

We truly enjoyed our month at this house! So comfortable and great location. We rented a 4 person golf cart to use all month and made almost daily trips down the street to the beach. Highly recommend this place and Becky was GREAT to work with!! Plan to book again!!

Tranquil Beach House

The owner, Becky, has created a lovely, serene atmosphere. The decor accentuated the seaside feel. The home was actually more spacious than expected. It was a great place to relax and enjoy a perfect getaway. The hot tub and fenced yard were an added bonus. The host was very nice and easily accessible.

I live in Browns Summit, NC with my husband Jerry. He farms (wheat, corn, soybeans, tobacco, and hogs) I own a horse barn, Applewood Farms where I teach riding lessons, take kids to horse shows, and board horses. Before I moved to NC 27 years ago, I lived in Ormond Beach where my 2 boys went to school and grew up. They still live in Ormond. Chad owns "Island Shutter Co." (that's why I have such beautiful custom plantation shutters in my house!) and Brett is a K-9 Officer with the Volusia County Sheriff's office. When my busy schedule allows, I drive down to Ormond with my constant companions "Annie" and "Bear", my Corgi dogs to enjoy some down time and to enjoy the beach!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

It's close to the beach and the river! The street it's on isn't a very busy street and it's a nice quiet neighborhood. It has plenty of nice restaurants and shopping near by. The Tanger Outlet mall and Sam's in Ormond isn't too far away! You can be near everything in Daytona (Car races, motorcycle week, Turkey Rod Run) but not have to put up with the Daytona traffic, crowds, and noise. It's not too far from Orlando (Disney, Universal) or St. Augustine (a great place to spend the day!) only an hour away. If you want to go deep sea fishing, just take A1A all the way down to Ponce Inlet and have a good day fishing and enjoying the salt air. The Sanford/Orlando airport isn't far away and is much better than flying into the busy Orlando Airport! Ormond is definitely the perfect little town!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The spacious indoor area of the house is beautifully decorated, it just makes you feel at home and so relaxed! You have plenty of room for family and friends. The large nicely landscaped backyard is a wonderful place to relax and drink your morning coffee or listen to the ocean at night while sitting out by the fire pit or enjoying the large hot tub. There is also a nice outdoor dining area under the back deck if you decide to dine outdoors! If I had to pick one reason I bought this house ....it would be the big back yard!
