The primary suite upstairs offers a serene escape, complete with a cozy den, private balcony, large walk-in closet, luxurious king bed, and an ensuite bathroom featuring a jetted bathtub.

On the lower level, you’ll find the second and third bedrooms. One of these rooms includes a Murphy bed that can be tucked away to create extra space, making it a flexible office or guest room. Both bedrooms feature comfortable queen beds.

Unwind in one of two inviting living rooms, each with a fireplace, ideal for cozy movie nights or quiet relaxation. Showcase your musical talents on a historic baby grand piano, originally featured in the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics. House is equipped for Sonos sound system.

Outside, two expansive yards wrap around the property, offering plenty of room to roam, entertain, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Cool off in the plunge pool or soak in the hot tub for a relaxing experience. An outdoor shower is available. Relax on the lounge sofa equipped with an automated awning.
