Il s'agit d'une jolie extension de maison d'hôtes de style méditerranéen, avec une belle piscine creusée et un spa, toit de tuiles rouges.
Il est situé sur cinq hectares, à quelques pas du petit village de Santa Ynez avec ses cafés et restaurants.
Il est totalement privé avec sa propre allée et entrée.
Une retraite paisible avec de belles vues et un ruisseau saisonnier naturel au bas de la propriété, avec de nombreuses activités à proximité.

Accès Internet haut débit gratuit. Téléviseurs à écran plat dans les chambres et le salon, une buanderie et une cuisine bien équipée. Ce n'est pas sur un ranch souvent à plusieurs kilomètres des magasins et des commodités de Santa Ynez et Solvang.

Il dispose d'un permis de zonage pour un séjour à court terme dans le comté de SB.

Il y a des dégustations de vins et des visites de vignobles dans plus de 70 établissements vinicoles locaux. Il s'agit notamment de Firestone, Fess Parker, Gainey, Sunstone, etc. Il y a des brochures et des suggestions de repas dans la maison d'hôtes.

Vous trouverez également à proximité un ranch de chevaux miniatures, des ranchs d'alpaga et d'autruche et le casino de Chumach. Il y a aussi la moto vintage, le musée, le musée Elverhoy, le salon Maverick et plusieurs ranchs de chevaux célèbres avec des Andalous, des Arabes, des pur-sang, des Pasos péruviens et bien d'autres. Le fameux programme «Join up» de Monty Robert est à seulement 15 minutes.

Grands sentiers de vélo dans la région. Il y a un magasin de vélos pour les locations et les randonnées à vélo, au début de Solvang sur la route 246.

Santa Ynez was spectacular

The place was just as pictured and expected, and Colin & Rosi were splendid hosts! We really enjoyed their VRBO and it really made our vacation wonderful. I rate them as 5 Star facility and hosts.

Great property for exploring Santa Ynez Valley

Greeted by warm and friendly hosts upon arrival. Everything was as described. Location is great with Santa Ynez, Solvang and Los Olivos all a short drive away. The kitchen was stocked with all the basics and the beds and sofa were super comfortable. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool and hot tub as well. Would stay again and recommend. Thanks!

Fantastic Stay

Colin and Rosi were excellent hosts! The guest house was perfect for our New Years stay and were able to bring our 2 pups. The house was centrally located to wineries and Solvang. We will definitely be going back when it’s warmer so we can use the pool and spa!

A beautiful getaway!

It was our second time here and we are already planning a return trip. The setting could not be more beautiful (especially with the spring green all around!) and such a welcome change from the city. Truly a breath of fresh air!

Perfect pool getaway

Hosts were lovely, the accommodations are as described, the pool is absolutely fantastic. We wanted a simple vacation -- a house with a pool so we could relax and the kids could splash around all day. This was perfect.

We travel with our two Great Dane boys Doc and Wyatt and it’s not always easy finding a place that allows them. We visit my mother in law once a year in solvang so this was a perfect spot in between! This area is great for walking! Colin and Rosi are anmazing host's and very helpful! Thank you for a great relaxing week!

Perfect location

We’ve stayed in the Santa Ynez Valley several times. Cooper’s Creek is in a great location and the hosts, Colin and Rosi, are lovely and welcoming. Perfect accommodations for a couple looking for a getaway in the Valley. Close to many good restaurants and tasting rooms in SY, Los Olivos and Solving. We’ll be back! Ann and Bob

Just what we were looking for!!!

This two bedroom rental is spacious and airy, full of nice light and feels very private . The pool and the spa offer a wonderful respite from the hot summer sun. It was immaculate and well appointed ! The hosts, Colin and Rosie are wonderful. We’re very glad to have found this spot and will definitely return again and again.

Just Great!

I spent Christmas 2023 at this beautiful guest house. It is comfortable, nicely appointed and perfectly located. I had my very senior dog with me and he was very comfortable as well. Colin and Rosi are the nicest people you could hope for and they took great care to ensure that we had all we needed. My pal who stayed in town thought the house was lovely as well. We cannot wait to return!

A fantastic property with amazing people

This was a top tier stay for me and my wife. Colin and Rosi were amazing they gave a tour of the property and a brief history about themselves. They also let the groomsmen (10 total) in the wedding party I was apart of a come over and get ready at their space. They offered to help every time they could. I don't think I have ever stayed with better host. I just want to thank them both for everything!

We absolutely loved staying at this property!!!!

Colin and Rosi were an absolute joy as hosts for our stay in Santa Ynez!! Two of the loveliest people who have all the best spot around. No need to do too much research- this property has so many tips, pamphlets, maps etc! The views were absolutely to die for. The private pool and hot tub are also so lovely as it overlooks the mountains with a 360 degree view. Highly recommend!!!! Such a great distance from so so much!! ❤️❤️ Our only disappointment was not being able to say goodbye!

We'll be back!

Loved the quiet feeling of space and privacy in this peaceful horse farm country. The sunny clean house with all that we needed. Fencing made life with dogs easier. The house is attached to the owners house but situated behind and out of sight. The owners are delightful people and very respectful of our privacy. Great location, close to parks, beach and surprisingly good restaurants in little Santa Ynez.

Easy 5-star Home Away From Home

This is a beautiful property in a beautiful place. This was our first stay in the Santa Ynez Valley and it was most enjoyable. The actual physical plant is attractive, clean and well equipped for a comfortable stay. We were a group of three. It will accommodate four. It is a cottage that is built on to a large house on five acres of beautiful hilltop. We met our hosts Colin and Rosi soon after arriving. They are very friendly and interesting to converse with. They were very kind to our two dogs, which was a comfort in itself. The cottage is equipped with everything that a traveler would need. Colin and Rosi have obviously given guest needs a lot of thought. Solvang is a short drive from here. While touristy, it is fun to explore . Special credit to Paula's Bakery, which has good food and service. Get there early or expect a wait. If you have to wait, do it. Also, for the motor-heads out there, there is a Vintage Motorcycle Museum , which is amazing. Over all, I would go back to this part of California, and especially to this property. Thanks to our hosts Colin and Rosi for making us so comfortable .

Colin and Rosi were great hosts and very warm and friendly with us in our four day stay. Everything was perfect for us with a wonderful pool on five acres in beautiful Santa Ynez. We had a very good time there and in the valley. They made it all so relaxing and quiet.We would love to stay again.Five stars.

Enjoyment in Santa Ynez

We enjoyed the beautiful setting in Santa Ynez as well as the roominess, convenience and comfort of our rental. We had everything we needed. Our hosts were very friendly and accommodating and did everything for us to enjoy our stay. The pool was very refreshing and enjoyable on the warm days. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable stay in Santa Ynez Valley

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this private spacious guest house adjacent to the host's home Colin and Rosi. They are a very nice welcoming and accommodating couple who have lived in the area for many years, and therefore knowledgeable with many recommendations to places to explore. We spent our 33rd anniversary here for 5 days, and this was a great location with multiple winerys/vineyards in the immediate vicinity. The Danish town of Solvang is 5 minutes away. It was also a great place to venture both north and south to explore places like Hearst Castle, San Luis Obispo, Pismo Beach, and Santa Barbara. We would highly recommend staying here if interested in exploring this beautiful area.

4th of July Get-Away

We enjoyed our visit at Colin and Rosi's guesthouse. The location is great to visit the town of Santa Ynez (within walking distance), and easy trips to Los Olivos and Solvang. We enjoyed the peace and quiet there with our two dogs (lots of space to run around) and tasted some delicious wines from local wineries. Colin and Rosi are great hosts and welcomed us as soon as we got there and gave us a quick tour of the property and highlighted the local area. We had everything we needed and had a great time!! Thank you!

Favorite Getaway

This is our 3rd year staying at Colin and Rosi's home and we just love it. They are great hosts and offer a great, clean and comfortable place to stay. They have everything you need in their home. Their property is quiet and dog friendly. We hope to go there again next year.

Colin & Rosi are friendly, helpful hosts! The house & surrounding property are clean & spacious with everything that our family needed for our stay here, including comfortable beds, sofa, WiFi, fridge, stove, dishes, utensils, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine/dryer, swimming pool, jacuzzi, etc. We truly enjoyed our stay here in this nice, peaceful town.

Wonderful property

This was a great place to stay for our visit to Santa Ynez, and Colin and Rosi are wonderful hosts. It's convenient to everything in the area, and peaceful and comfortable. Great spot for morning walks into town and to come back to after a day exploring. We would definitely recommend it, and hope to come back for another visit ourselves.

Nice place for relaxing time

Great place on the countryside. Perfect for relaxation by a fantastic pool. We also enjoyed the nearby restaurants and Winery’s. Colin and Rosi are so nice and friendly.

We love the people, the weather, the facilities. We have lived in many parts of the world and Santa Ynez is one of the very best. We have been in the valley for over 20 years. It is also warmer and drier here than at the California coast.
