Il s'agit d'une jolie extension de maison d'hôtes de style méditerranéen, avec une belle piscine creusée et un spa, toit de tuiles rouges.
Il est situé sur cinq hectares, à quelques pas du petit village de Santa Ynez avec ses cafés et restaurants.
Il est totalement privé avec sa propre allée et entrée.
Une retraite paisible avec de belles vues et un ruisseau saisonnier naturel au bas de la propriété, avec de nombreuses activités à proximité.

Accès Internet haut débit gratuit. Téléviseurs à écran plat dans les chambres et le salon, une buanderie et une cuisine bien équipée. Ce n'est pas sur un ranch souvent à plusieurs kilomètres des magasins et des commodités de Santa Ynez et Solvang.

Il dispose d'un permis de zonage pour un séjour à court terme dans le comté de SB.

Il y a des dégustations de vins et des visites de vignobles dans plus de 70 établissements vinicoles locaux. Il s'agit notamment de Firestone, Fess Parker, Gainey, Sunstone, etc. Il y a des brochures et des suggestions de repas dans la maison d'hôtes.

Vous trouverez également à proximité un ranch de chevaux miniatures, des ranchs d'alpaga et d'autruche et le casino de Chumach. Il y a aussi la moto vintage, le musée, le musée Elverhoy, le salon Maverick et plusieurs ranchs de chevaux célèbres avec des Andalous, des Arabes, des pur-sang, des Pasos péruviens et bien d'autres. Le fameux programme «Join up» de Monty Robert est à seulement 15 minutes.

Grands sentiers de vélo dans la région. Il y a un magasin de vélos pour les locations et les randonnées à vélo, au début de Solvang sur la route 246.

Nice place for relaxing time

Great place on the countryside. Perfect for relaxation by a fantastic pool. We also enjoyed the nearby restaurants and Winery’s. Colin and Rosi are so nice and friendly.

We really enjoyed hosting the Lofgren family coming all the way from Sweden. They were very friendly, and spent quite a bit of time in the pool. The weather was nice a warm and the nights are cool and refreshing. They were very neat and tidy and we can highly recommend them and hope that they will visit again.

Wonderful property

This was a great place to stay for our visit to Santa Ynez, and Colin and Rosi are wonderful hosts. It's convenient to everything in the area, and peaceful and comfortable. Great spot for morning walks into town and to come back to after a day exploring. We would definitely recommend it, and hope to come back for another visit ourselves.

Colin & Rosi are friendly, helpful hosts! The house & surrounding property are clean & spacious with everything that our family needed for our stay here, including comfortable beds, sofa, WiFi, fridge, stove, dishes, utensils, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine/dryer, swimming pool, jacuzzi, etc. We truly enjoyed our stay here in this nice, peaceful town.

Enjoyment in Santa Ynez

We enjoyed the beautiful setting in Santa Ynez as well as the roominess, convenience and comfort of our rental. We had everything we needed. Our hosts were very friendly and accommodating and did everything for us to enjoy our stay. The pool was very refreshing and enjoyable on the warm days. Highly recommended.

Fantastic Stay

Colin and Rosi were excellent hosts! The guest house was perfect for our New Years stay and were able to bring our 2 pups. The house was centrally located to wineries and Solvang. We will definitely be going back when it’s warmer so we can use the pool and spa!

A beautiful getaway!

It was our second time here and we are already planning a return trip. The setting could not be more beautiful (especially with the spring green all around!) and such a welcome change from the city. Truly a breath of fresh air!

Great property for exploring Santa Ynez Valley

Greeted by warm and friendly hosts upon arrival. Everything was as described. Location is great with Santa Ynez, Solvang and Los Olivos all a short drive away. The kitchen was stocked with all the basics and the beds and sofa were super comfortable. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool and hot tub as well. Would stay again and recommend. Thanks!

Perfect pool getaway

Favorite Getaway

This is our 3rd year staying at Colin and Rosi's home and we just love it. They are great hosts and offer a great, clean and comfortable place to stay. They have everything you need in their home. Their property is quiet and dog friendly. We hope to go there again next year.

Perfect location

We’ve stayed in the Santa Ynez Valley several times. Cooper’s Creek is in a great location and the hosts, Colin and Rosi, are lovely and welcoming. Family

We travel with our two Great Dane boys Doc and Wyatt and it’s not always easy finding a place that allows them. We visit my mother in law once a year in solvang so this was a perfect spot in between! This area is great for walking! Colin and Rosi are anmazing host's and very helpful! Thank you for a great relaxing week!

We love the people, the weather, the facilities. We have lived in many parts of the world and Santa Ynez is one of the very best. We have been in the valley for over 20 years. It is also warmer and drier here than at the California coast.
