À six kilomètres des boutiques de cadeaux, des musées, des restaurants et des bars de dégustation de vin du pittoresque village danois de Solvang; deux miles des magasins occidentaux, musées, restaurants et bars de dégustation de vin de Los Olivos; et à huit kilomètres des magasins, musées et restaurants du village occidental de Santa Ynez. Il y a 70 établissements vinicoles dans la région où vous pourrez déguster des vins locaux millésimés de la région. Douze de ces établissements vinicoles sont à moins de cinq kilomètres.

En retrait sur Hidden Hills, ce cottage de style mission offre une vue panoramique sur les montagnes et les vignobles locaux. En avril 2017, KIZA Broadband Internet a été installé pour WI FI. Ne plus utiliser d'extendeurs. Les clients ont désormais un bien meilleur service pour leurs appareils !! La salle à manger a une table pour six à côté de la cuisine entièrement équipée. Il comprend des comptoirs en granit avec des sièges de bar, une table de cuisson intégrée avec four, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, grille-pain, cafetière, laveuse / sécheuse superposable empilable et tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour une maison loin de chez vous. L'eau Cottage est adoucie et dispose d'un système d'eau potable par osmose inverse avec machine à glaçons dans le réfrigérateur. Il y a aussi un demi-bain, hors de la grande salle, pour plus de commodité pour ceux qui dorment sur le canapé-lit.

Great location

The house was nice and the property was beautiful! The unit worked great for us since it was two separate apartments, one on the top level and one on the bottom level. The view was amazing and super peaceful with sheep grazing on the property next door. The only thing we did not like was the pictures and description were a little misleading. From the pictures, the guest house being rented looks further away from the house. The property is honestly maybe 20 feet from the main house garage. The pool and spa are on the main house property, where the owners live, and if you go in, you are staring directly into their house. Yes, they are super nice and inviting; however, it is super awkward to walk onto someone's property while they are home and enjoy the pool while looking into their home. The description and the house pictures on the website do not mention that they are on their property through the back gate. I feel like if that is more explained better on the VRBO listing, then it would not be so shocking when you are actually there.

Amazing Retreat!

We absolutely loved staying at this property. The owners were so welcoming and the house was charming. More than enough room for our group (4 adults and 1 dog). Super close to wineries and Solvang, which was a bonus. We will definitely be back!

A lovely getaway

I booked this as a surprise for my husband's 60th birthday. Family met us there and the four of us loved the place. Secluded, but close to wherever we needed to be. Was lovely to sit outside, enjoy the view and play a little bocce ball or dip our feet in the pool. Delightful! The host was very responsive to my questions leading up to our stay. And when the coffee maker conked out, he promptly delivered a brand new one (plus there was a Keurig for back up)!

Amazing Wine Country Guest House

Amazing property with gorgeous views only minutes from Los Olivos and Solvang. The pool and bocce were great. Hosts were super communicative and pleasant to meet with. Not intrusive at all. Really made us feel at home while we were there. Highly recommend.

Life Is Good at Hidden Hills Rd

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The amenities are well thought out and plentiful. The furnishings, linens, floors, surfaces, doors, windows, appliances, etc are all high quality and very clean. I feel rested and rejuvenated after my stay at this serene and tranquil setting in the Valley. Thank you, David, for your hospitality.

Great place

Clean, very attractive building, nice attention to detail. Eg: drip (coffee grinder, cone, paper filters) and Keurig coffee, reading lights in upstairs bed. Balcony is great for bird watching, enjoying the view. QUIET, unless there might be some nose due to neighboring ranch activity during the day. Unfortunately the second bedroom is only accessible from outside. Quite a long staircase.

Perfect Stay!

This property was so lovely in every way. The perfect place for two friends with two small pups. Tons of privacy between the upstairs and downstairs bedrooms but super cozy and comfortable in between. The views were so pretty and although I do enjoy staying closer to downtown Solvang, the spaciousness was so appreciated and still close to everything. Loved it!!!

Lovely property, great location!

Lovely property - like the shire or ireland! very clean and comfortable. didn't get a chance to try the pool or jacuzzi as it was rainy during our stay. Smaller 2nd BR is below main floor with outside stairway. Our hosts were very accommodating and communicative.

Bicyclists' Paradise

Location and ambiance were perfect. LOUD frogs at night (in February) were enjoyable. View to the east for sunrise and moonrise was beautiful. Perfect place to start bike rides in many directions. Close to dining and food markets. We stayed for the month of February and couldn't be happier. Now it's back to a blizzard in Plumas County!

We had a great time because of the accommodations. we were more than frustrated by the lack of communication from Vrbo. Three days before was not enough time or information before our visit to reassure us of our stay and accommodations. If we had not been able to contact the owner of the property it would not have been a good start.

Beautiful property and wonderful hosts

The location of the property in the rolling hills is amazing! You'll be staying in the Casita but the host opens up his backyard and pool/spa to any guests. Perfect spot to relax and/or enjoy some wine tasting nearby.

A memorable vacation!

A good experience! Glad we stayed here. We hope to return. Comfortable, efficient, private, peaceful, and scenic. Mediterranean simplistic yet elegant chic modern house with a wine country ambiance. A well-designed house. All modern appliances and conveniences. Wonderful sunrise / eastern view of rolling hills and mountains. Several vineyards are visible. King bed on top level is very comfy – medium firmness. Spacious shower with plenty of hot water. Easy to use gas fireplace. Generally clean – could use some cleaning or replacement of LR and BR carpets. Minor bug issues. Bottom floor, with a separate entrance, is a small cozy studio apartment with a bedroom and bathroom, with a small kitchenette in the bedroom. We did not use this area. Gracious and quick responses from host David to address issues and provide tourism guidance about wineries and other sights in the area. Thanks David – we really appreciated your graciousness and help. Good value in low to mid $200s per night. Things to consider: • High Fees (cleaning, VRBO fees, other fees). About 25% of the total rental cost. • You need to do some cleaning before leaving – trash and dishes. • Rental agreement disclaimer – VRBO and hosts take no responsibility if something is not working, so there is no credit (refund) for anything that is a problem. It is in the contracts. In Summary – An enjoyable house, host, and area to consider in your travels. Would recommend it. Happy Trails!

Lovely spot in the beautiful rolling hills of Santa Ynez Valley! A walk to the picturesque town of Ballard with coffee shops/restaurants. Central location to Los Olivos, Solvang, Santa Ynez and Buellton.

Perfect Stay

The property is represented accurately. We enjoyed our stay. The nights were very quite and the accommodations are perfect for a central location to venture out and taste wine in the Los Olivos, Solvang, and Santa Ynez areas.

My wife and I have lived in the 'Valley ' for 18 years. We moved here from Santa Barbara. I am a retired Plastic Packaging entrepreneur . I was born in England, and raised and attended University in Ca. My wife, Susan, was born and raised in New Jersey and was an accounting professional. We have one son . We are both retired and very greatful to be able to live in this beautiful Central Coast region of CA. We both enjoy golf and are members at the Alisal Ranch Country Club. We have one wonderful small multi- poodle dog named Gigi. She is our official greeter and loves people!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The communities of Solvang, Los Olivos, and Santa Ynez are located in one of the most picturesque valleys located on the Central Coast of CA. Coming into the region from Santa Barbara over the mountains on Hwy. 154 has some of the most breathtaking views you will see! The rolling hills with magnificent horse facilities,and abundant wine vineyards as seen in the movie 'Sideways' are truly spectacular. The activities, ie, museums, shopping, restaurants, biking etc. in all 3 communities afford us and visitors plenty to see and do !! All of the communities are unique, quaint and have styles of their own.... yet are very close together and easy to enjoy!!

Golf in the area is X'lnt.and reasonable! There is the Alisal River Course, public with monthly passes available in Solvang( very walkable). The more challenging and acclaimed courses of La Purisima and Sandpiper offer cost saving packages within 15min. Within 45 min. you have fabulous courses with Ocean Views, Ocean holes ,good rates and accessibility in Santa Barbara, Lompoc, Nipomo and Arroyo Grande.

We also enjoy the WEATHER!! We typically get 340 days a year of SUNSHINE!!!!,
