Perched on an oceanfront bluff, this one-of-a-kind home boasts a spacious deck overlooking the sparkling Pacific as well as private steps that lead down to the beach. Soak in the oceanfront pool or spa, or take in the unbeatable views while enjoying the home's BBQ, yard, or outdoor shower.

Designed to accommodate up to 12 people, this spacious home is furnished with ample sleeping arrangements, offering 2 King Beds, 1 Queen Bed, 2 Full Beds, and 2 Twin Beds. The entry-level of the home, along with the home's living, dining, and kitchen areas, offers a guest bedroom with a Queen bed and guest bathroom. The gourmet kitchen boasts ocean views, top-end appliances, and an indoor grill.

Upstairs you'll find the tranquil primary retreat, boasting ocean views from a King bed, a private deck, and an ensuite bathroom. The top level also offers an additional guest room with 2 Full beds and stunning views. The lowest level of the home boasts spacious accommodations with two guest rooms, one with a Full and Twin bed and the other with a King bed. This level also includes a full guest bathroom, a family room, and access to the oceanfront deck.

Step out onto the perfectly appointed deck to enjoy a swim in the pool, soak in the hot tub, or lounge in one of the many cozy seating areas. If you're looking to head to the beach, enjoy private stairs down to the beach from your deck.

This home features beautiful vaulted ceilings, a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and a washer/dryer. For your ultimate enjoyment, the home is equipped with central heating and air, as well as two split systems with remote controls in the bedrooms located on the top floor for individual climate control. The home also comes equipped with solar panels for clean electrical energy.

Ideally located and secure for your comfort and convenience, this fully furnished 3-story home, is gated and offers ample garage and driveway parking. This property offers the ideal setting for a relaxed, coastal lifestyle.

- Stays of 30 nights or longer are managed by P.S. Platinum Property Management, Inc. (DRE 02215202) and are subject to additional lease terms.
- Maximum occupancy of 12, sleeps 12 people in beds (2 King beds, 1 Queen bed, 2 Full beds, 2 Twin beds)
- The home has multiple stories, with no elevator, as well as several steps down to the beach, so this home may not be suitable for everyone.
- Dogs are considered on a case-by-case basis, but require approval and a pet fee.
- The pool/spa can be heated for a fee of $125/day or just the spa for $50/day, with a 3-day minimum. If you would like to add this to your reservation, please let our team know so that we can have this on for your arrival.
- This property enforces a No Smoking policy, both within and outside the home - NO EXCEPTIONS
- This home is located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy around loud noise, excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighbors, over-occupancy, and parties. Best family vacation

Wow, what a wonderful way to begin 2025, spending time together with our large multi generational family in this beautiful house right on the Pacific Ocean. The photos and description of the house were spot on. We were mesmerized daily by the waves, adept surfers riding along the coast, the sighting of dolphins and gazing at the colorful sunsets from the hot jacuzzi. The house felt fresh, contemporary and clean, accommodating easily our family. The beds were cozy and the kitchen was well equipped to handle our cooking and stay at home dining needs. An absolute awesome experience!

Lovely home and setting, but in disrepair and terrible propery mgmt

Overall, our experience was suboptimal, but the structure and setting, amenities as described were lovely. If only the home were not in disrepair and poorly managed by Beachfront Only Vacation Rentals. Read Yelp reviews of this company! The home and location are wonderful. Access to the beach, pool/hot tub, outdoor decks & spaces lovely. The home design & furnishings are very light and bright. Amenities provided appreciated - beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs etc. Kitchen was very well stocked and home had 3! working fridges. BUT, home needs a lot of TLC & the property mgmt company was terrible. At arrival, the pool & hot tub were dirty & we found many: ripped & missing screens, non working windows, dirty curtains with rods that fell off, furniture that was broken, many lights not working, non working TV remotes, electric awnings that were shredded and unusable, no home manual to help, discarded medication bottle on the roof Just, A LOT. The process for getting assistance is to text, but requests not always acted upon etc. I finally called about pool and was told "we don't service pools". Um, what? if you rent homes with pools and hot tubs, they must be serviced. They finally cleaned them a couple of times, but I doubt they checked chemicals etc. Asked repeatedly for new lounge chairs., 1 arrived fairly promptly, but it was like pulling teeth to get more and they never removed the shredded one as requested. I asked to speak with a manager, was told they would call. Spoiler: they didn't. Then it got worse. Lower level shower and toilet backed up and overflowed into home. WE cleaned it up, attempted basic repairs to address. Did not work. Called 24 hour emergency number - no response! I texted & finally heard from a person the next day. A plumber came out and turned off all of the water for much off the day, advising he could not repair and not to use any water, even overnight (no showers, sinks toilet use), but another team would arrive next day. They did not, but 2nd plumber arrived to prep, again turning off water, etc. BFORentals advised we needed to vacate, offered us another property, far away, not beachfront (irony). We found other closer accommodations. 3rd plumber confirmed repairs required extensive work, we could not return. Then, they withheld reimbursement! Eventually (2 weeks later), agreeing to refund ONLY the nights we could not stay, nothing for the days without plumbing (illegal?) or terrible service. CAN NOT recommend.

Beautiful

The view alone was worth the stay. House was clean. Beds were comfortable. 30 minutes away from downtown. They quickly answered all my questions before and during the stay. Having the pool and hot tub was an amazing bonus. We would go back in a heartbeat.

Wonderful

Amazing beach house, lots of space. We had a really relaxing time and loved the pool, hot tub and beach access. Loved walking down to the beach with the stairs. Very nice that the house had all we needed in regards to utensils, plates, etc. Gorgeous peaceful views. I can’t wait to come back.

If you are okay with the front gate not letting you in while checking in, not having clean sheets and not having access to the hot tub, then you will be ok with this rental. The beach and the house were nice.

Fun in the sun

Amazing property on the beach. Having a pool and spa to enjoy hearing the waves was amazing. Dolphins paid a visit. Everything was clean...secure, most of all fun!

Our week on Neptune

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our stay but the house needs some TLC. Many light switches and lamps did not work, kitchen faucet is very loose, pool deck flaking near edge of pool, loose tile around edge of fire pit, stairs to 1st floor very loose, driveway gate remote not working (2nd remote), front gate extremely difficult to open/close risking injury, cans on garage workbench leaking (could be toxic substance). We requested maintenance our first day for the remote, the gate, and the faucet but no one ever showed up to do repairs. Despite these things we had a wonderful stay - the ocean, the views, the location made up for any inconvenience.

Great Family Trip

The views, the views, the views!!! This house had the most amazing views from the moment you stepped inside. It was a great space to host a family with amenities such as the pool, fire pit, and beach access. We will definitely return to this space for another family trip. My only negative feedback is that we called for maintenance service- 3 times within the same day and were assured the request would be handled but it wasn't. I had to call back the next day to finally have someone service one of the bathrooms.

30th Birthday Staycation

Chose this place for a staycation to celebrate my 30th birthday with my family. The house matches exactly with the description & pictures listed. The furniture was maintained very well & the house was very clean upon arrival. They provided 2 remote controls to open the garage & front gate but only 1 of them worked. There is no AC unit but they do have a heating unit, fans, & space heaters. The bathrooms were clean & the showers all had dispensers full of shampoo, conditioner, & body wash. The master bedroom toilet has a weak flush so keep that in mind to prevent any clogging. Bring extra toilet paper! If you’re in a big group, I would space out showering times. We had a couple of instances where we ran out of hot water, but it came back after waiting a bit. The rooms were all clean & neat. The master bedroom closet light didn’t work, but we managed with the light from the bathroom. Bath & beach towels were provided for each guest. There are detergent pods for the washer/dryer if you want to do laundry. The kitchen was spacious & had more than enough kitchenware & cookware to use. The indoor grill is a very unique addition to the house. We used it & fell in love with how convenient it was on a cold night. There were plenty of trash bags & detergent for the dish washer. I would definitely bring paper towels, but they do have some kitchen towels to use. The lighting fixture over the dining table wasn’t very bright, but it gave a nice ambiance. There is a Roku stick so you can watch all of your streaming services. The pool & spa are heated, however we had issues with the spa. It was cold & rainy during our stay & it would’ve been nice to enjoy it. Management was very quick to respond via text for all of the issues we had & sent maintenance over every day. The spa would get hot, decrease during the day, & end up cold at night. There are about 96 steps down to the beach. Great exercise! You will see a lot of people walking on the beach during low tide. Keep in mind anyone can walk up the steps to the house so be cautious. It was very convenient to have a small shower at the top of the steps to rinse off all the sand. The next door houses were unoccupied & being renovated during our stay. We weren’t bothered by any of the construction sounds either. Overall, great house to relax & unwind in. Very rare to find a well maintained house with a pool, spa, & private steps to the beach. I highly recommend this place & will definitely be coming back!

Spring Break 2021

We spent our Spring Break at this property and it was a great experience. The description of this property is very accurate. Great location, very clean and all amenities were working. The property management was very easy to communicate with and was on top of anything we needed. The only complaint would be that the pool/spa heater was not working very well and didn't heat the pool, and barely heated the spa but it was in the low 60's the whole time so it was no big deal. I would recommend this property for sure!

5 days in the sun

What a perfect spot! It was just my wife, our little girl and myself... which was terrific! We barely left the house and spent the whole week in the water and in the sun. It’s a big place and perfect for hide and seek... our daughter loved that. If you want to relax on the edge of the world for a few days this is the place. No doubt about it!

Location Location Location!

Reviewer Comments: This is a great family beach house perched on an idyllic bluff above the glistening Pacific. The view is awesome! The gated house is on a bluff right on the ocean on a nice residential street. The beach below was largely uncrowded. The sand disappeared at high tide in early evening but otherwise had plenty of room to play, boogie board and hunt for shells. There are 100+ private steps to the beach that are in good condition. It’s a workout, and not suited for those with physical limitations. The heated pool and spa are perfect for family fun. The home is sandwiched between two other homes, but there was no one at either for one our entire stay. If there had been people at both, it might have been a bit cozy. There is some construction going on at one neighbors’ but it was not bothersome at all. The house is nice, with a good layout for two families or a multi-generational family. It has some wear and tear - it’s not sparkling new or pristine. But we liked that since it’s a beach house and we didn’t want to be afraid to touch anything. It was pretty clean, except for some sand here and there. It was well stocked - but we advise bringing extra beach/pool towels, paper towels, hand & dish soap, and laundry detergent if you’re staying a week or more. The bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner & body wash and hair dryers. There is a Smart TV, wifi and plenty of places to sit. Our chief complaint was the kitchen. Although well stocked, the stove burners were finicky (one never worked). The fridge and freezer died while we were there. The property management got a repairman out quickly but he could not fix it so we lost some food. Otherwise, one of the toilets clogged frequently and a few other small things were in disrepair - which was somewhat surprising given the rental price. Overall, however, we loved the place, enjoyed our time and would go back in a heartbeat!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent a week in June at this location. First, all the pros; We lucked out with nobody in ether home on each side of us. Both appeared to be under construction, however, no work was done during our visit, very private. The home was clean and had everything we needed with a few small exceptions. Ocean views from almost every room in the house. The neighborhood was quiet and the private beach access was quite a luxury. We would see people walking up and down the beach but for the most part it was like our own private beach. Walking distance to several coffee and bakery shops as well as doughnuts and cafes. Private, gated parking as well as two garage spaces. Hours were spent lounging on the oversized outdoor furniture, swimming and boogie boarding. The pool and hot tub were heated and we had control of them ourselves, no issues. Truly one of the best vacations we've ever had, I fear my standard going forward will be very high. The cons; its pricey but hey, get what you pay for. Kitchen needs BBQ spatula and tongs, we resorted to a pie cutter. Home had a full size vacuum but would of benefited from a handheld dust buster type vacuum. One beach and one bath towel provided for each guest, however, its so humid nothing dries even overnight so lots of laundry was done (laundry detergent provided). Would of been nice to have toilet paper provided for duration of stay but in the great TP shortage of 2020 I suppose exceptions can be made. We were told there would be no scheduled maintenance but received 3 visits. not a huge deal but when inquiring we were told none. Lastly, lots of small deferred maintenance (burned out light bulbs, slow shower drain, garage door opener button hanging by wires, etc.), however, nothing that would deter from our enjoyment of the home, simply things that would not be expected for the price point. We will definitely be back and would recommend to family and friends.

Family Staycation

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place had a great location. It was better than expected to have a pool and spa which made our trip even more fun. We had some overcast in the morning and the days turned out great. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was nice, not cheap. The place itself is clean and spacious. My biggest complaint was the property management. The spa was not working with instructions and documentation. It took a whole day to have someone come out and help. They left without instruction and just said it worked. Still, the buttons didn't work as they said it would and people were out the next day. It just wasn't easy to work with them and their process was very delayed with very little communication. We were only there 3 days so having issues was disappointing. Outside of the pool/spa functionality, our trip was amazing and we had a great time. The property was very well kept.

Breathtaking view

It was a perfect balance of relaxation ( amazing lounge areas in the balconies and pool) and activity ( stairs to the beach!). We hope to return.

Golf trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a very nice place. Perfect for our golf trip. The views were amazing. But we’re very disappointed that the hot tub and the pool didn’t have heat or jets working. That was why we picked that place. I think the refund should be a little bit more robust than just $400 because we couldn’t even use the pool or hot tub.
