Brenda, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad the available parking was a helpful convenience, especially given how challenging parking can be in the area. We’re sorry to hear the property felt a little run down and, more importantly, that you experienced an issue with the sliding door lock. We understand your concern regarding the security of the home while you were away. We encourage guests to bring any maintenance concerns to our attention in real time so we have the opportunity to address them promptly during the stay. We appreciate you letting us know about the door and will share this with our maintenance team for review. Thank you again for staying with us and for your feedback.

Thanks for the feedback! Happy to hear the location worked out well for you and that you enjoyed the outdoor space. Looking forward to hosting you again.

Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the excellent location and views, but we’re sorry the overall experience did not meet your expectations. The listing did disclose that the property was part of a duplex; however, we understand that the layout may not have been as clear as it could have been. We have since edited the listing to make it more explicit that guests are renting the bottom unit of the duplex, rather than the entire property. We’re also sorry for the maintenance concerns and any delays in communication during your stay. We take this feedback seriously and will be sharing it with our team for review. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and helping us improve the experience for future guests.

Thank you for your review. We’re very glad to hear that you found everything else about the home amazing. We’re sorry to hear that the master bedroom did not meet your expectations. Unfortunately, we were not made aware of any concerns with the room during your stay. Had we been notified, our team would have been happy to look into the issue right away and do our best to assist. Guests typically love the master bedroom complete with a balcony, en suite bath, and fireplace. We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to host you again for an even better experience next time.

Thank you for your thoughtful review Kris! We're so glad to hear that you enjoyed the incredible views, spacious layout, and convenient location. It’s great to know the home worked well for your group and that you found it clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils, towels, and bedding. We appreciate your feedback regarding the supplies. For your convenience, we provide a starter kit of essential items to get your stay off to a comfortable start. This includes a small supply of dishwashing pods, laundry pods, paper towels, tissues, and toilet paper. These items are provided as a courtesy and are not intended to last for the entire duration of a stay, so guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed. Thank you as well for your comments regarding the bathrooms. We’re always evaluating areas of the home for future updates and improvements, and guest feedback like yours is very helpful. Thank you again for staying with us. We’re glad to hear you had a great stay overall and would love the opportunity to host you again in the future!

Thank you for taking the time to share your review Sandy. We’re so glad to hear the home was a great fit for your group and that you enjoyed the spacious rooms and large back patio. We appreciate your suggestions regarding the kitchen cookware and baking supplies and will share them with our team. We also apologize for the inconvenience with the barbecue grill and have since addressed those issues. Regarding the refrigerator, we would like to clarify that the built-in ice maker is not connected due to the corrosive effects of the salty ocean air. To ensure guests still have plenty of ice, we provide a countertop ice maker as an alternative. Thank you again for your thoughtful feedback. We appreciate the opportunity to improve and hope to welcome you back for another great stay in the future!

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are glad you enjoyed the hot tub, the nearby dining options, and your walks to Beacon's Beach. We appreciate your notes regarding the bedding, kitchen supplies, and bedroom layouts, as this helps us improve the experience for future guests. Thank you for staying with us.

Hello Kirstin, Thank you for your feedback and we're glad to hear you enjoyed our location. We sincerely apologize that there were issues you encountered during your stay. We would have been more than happy to send a team member to fix those items during your stay! We will make sure to inspect and resolve the appliance issues you highlighted. Thanks again for your comments and we hope to host you again in the near future! Thank you, Beachfront Only Vacation Rental
