The Space:

Set amongst a residential community on its own peninsula, this 2-bedroom townhouse is the ultimate setting for your next beach vacation. This home is maximized in space and doesn’t skimp on any of the amenities you need for a complete and fulfilling stay. Everything you need to fully enjoy the outdoors has been provided for you, including a paddle board, lily pad float, bicycle, and beach chairs. When you’re not spending your days at the beach or exploring the surrounding area, you will find yourself right at home amongst the soothing aquatic décor, comfortable furnishings, and neutral colors.



The cozy living room offers cushy sofa and armchair seating, with smart TV. The open floor plan offers you and your guests plenty of space to spread out, blending each room to the next to keep conversation and good times flowing. A chic dining room set offers seating for 6, next to a modern, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. A drip coffee maker and all the cookware and dining ware you need is here, whether you prefer home cooked meals or dining in with takeout from one of the many delicious local restaurants.



This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a full-size sofa sleeper in the living room.



Both bedrooms include a queen-size bed and work desk with chair. The home’s guest bathroom has been beautifully updated and includes a single vanity and walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- Parking on the street available. Guests can also park in the alley behind the unit’s garage.

- This home is equipped with outdoor cameras facing the street and alley.
