You'll find two expansive wrap-around balconies to enjoy your morning coffee and sunset vistas while looking out at the marina's panoramic views. The entire unit was recently remodeled using the finest materials, featuring designer lighting details and top-of-the-line kitchen appliances (SubZero/Wolf ) to satisfy any gourmet cook + the convenience of on-site laundry.
Inside you will enjoy a spacious modern kitchen and great room, 2 spacious en-suite bedrooms, each elegantly appointed marble bathroom features state-of-the-art bidet toilets. There's also a powder room and a sleeper sofa in the great room, the unit can accommodate up to 7 guests.

You must be at least 21 years old to book this home. IDs with selfies will be requested after booking.
RESTRICTED GUESTS: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Third-party bookings are not accepted; if you make the reservation, you must be the one to check in and stay on the property.
SMOKING: No smoking in or outside of this home. If evidence of smoking indoors is discovered, an additional fee of $500 will be charged, and potentially the additional cost that is incurred by losing the next guest's reservation because we cannot eliminate the odor in time for the next arrival.
Violation of any of these house rules will result in your reservation being immediately canceled without refund.
BE A GOOD NEIGHBOR: Voices carry outside please keep your voices down, especially after 10pm at night.
MAIL/PACKAGE DELIVERY: Package/mail delivery is not allowed. If you need to have something delivered, the local post Office is about a mile away. You are not permitted use of this address to set up residency.
COMPLAINTS/REFUNDS: Complaints about the property must be made within the first two hours of arrival on check-in day. Any unexpected issues that arise after that will be handled as quickly as possible. Issues that we have no control over including power outages, weather and road conditions, acts of nature, flight cancellations, sightings of insects, malfunctions with the TV's internet service, or other equipment/appliances, do not qualify for refunds. We recommend purchasing travel insurance and reviewing Airbnb's terms of service. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or demands from rude, disrespectful and/or discourteous guests.
NO HOLD OVER POLICY: You are not permitted to stay beyond your reservation dates. If you remain on the vacation rental property beyond the time and date of check-out, you agree and consent to be removed and locked out of the vacation rental property by Vacation Homes 365, its representatives, and/or law enforcement. You further consent to permit Vacation Homes 365 to remove your personal belongings to a location of the Manager's choice, where you may retrieve them. By booking a reservation at this property, you agree to the above-stated terms.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: You understand you are renting a short-term rental property and will not have tenant rights, no matter the length of your stay. This is considered written proof to the authorities that you have no rights to the home after your reservation has ended. You will be considered a trespasser.
