Our beautiful retreat, nestled amidst lush surroundings, features three beautifully appointed bedrooms and two bathrooms, designed to offer a luxurious and comfortable stay. Whether you're skiing or just looking for a peaceful retreat, this is the perfect cabin for a memorable getaway.

The cabin is close to several ski hills and a free ski shuttle is available at the entrance to the Hyak Ski Area for easy access to the slopes. Once the snow starts falling, you'll appreciate the convenience of being so close to the ski hills.

- Main Level: One bedroom with a Queen bed located on the main level.
- Upper Level: There are two more bedrooms upstairs, both with queen beds, along with a pullout couch in the TV area located on the upper level of the home.

PARKING:
Street parking is not permitted due to local regulations, and violators may incur a $200 fine. You may park up to two cars on our driveway, provided that snow has been cleared from the area.

We know you are coming to Snoqualmie to have a good time, but out of respect to our neighbors, this property has a strict No Party policy.
QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.
PETS:
There are no pets allowed at the house. There will be a penalty fee if it is determined that there were pets were in the home during your reservation period.
SMOKING:
Smoking of any kind including vaping is not allowed in the home. There will be a penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in the home during your reservation period.
MINIMUM AGE:
Guests named on the reservation must be 18 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is 10am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.

While there are some local grocery and food stores nearby, they offer limited selections and tend to be more expensive than major grocery stores. We recommend stocking up on essentials before your arrival to ensure you have everything you need during your stay. This will allow you to fully enjoy your time in the mountains without the need for long trips to restock supplies.
During the winter months, the roads can be slippery. We recommend that you have an AWD/4WD vehicle or bring chains with you. Our local road is plowed by the county, and we have a service that clears our driveway, but there may be times when snow and ice are still on the ground. During snowfall, it's common to see up to a foot of accumulation before the crew arrives. We provide a shovel in case you need to do some extra clearing between snowfalls.
Please remember that youâre staying in a house, not a hotel. We ask guests to please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
Please note that we use a noise monitoring device in the home. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels) in order to prevent parties.
Electricity Use
A daily electricity allowance of 75 kWh is included. This is more than enough for standard usage. Any excess will be billed at local utility rates and shared with guests after the stay.
