⚠️ Important Note About Exterior Steps
Please be aware that some outdoor steps around the property do not have railings, as the home is built into the natural mountainside terrain near Lake Arrowhead. This design blends with the environment but means there are areas with elevated steps and drops greater than 30 inches that aren’t protected by railings.

We recommend:

Using extra caution, especially at night or in wet conditions

Supervising children and elderly guests near these areas

Wearing appropriate footwear when walking around the property

Your safety is important to us, and we appreciate your awareness while enjoying the unique landscape of the area.

Kitchen Essentials
Stocked for max occupancy with basic dining, cooking, and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils, and kitchen accessories such as a can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. Also includes spice rack, salt, and pepper.
Note: No other cooking essentials/supplies are provided (oil, sprays, foil, cling wrap, etc.).

House Supplies (Starter Pack)
Initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods, and dryer sheets.

Bathroom + Laundry
Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and liquid body wash. The property includes a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate max occupancy. Fully equipped laundry room includes washer, dryer, ironing board, and iron.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire estate. The home is accessible using a secure keyless entry system. A unique code is issued prior to arrival and changes for every reservation, making check-in fast, convenient, and safe.

Frequently Asked Questions

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is after 4:00 PM local time and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available at no extra fee if we can accommodate your request.

Will I need to meet the property manager to get a key?
No. Our homes use keyless entry. We issue a door code rather than a physical key, and it changes for every reservation.

Do you provide daily cleaning service?
Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.

What is provided with my accommodations?
Each home is furnished and includes a kitchen with amenities including microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. Cooking and serving items include plates, bowls, utensils, can opener, corkscrew, measuring spoons, and more. Coffee maker uses ground coffee. Spice rack, salt, and pepper provided.
Bath towels, pool towels, and bed linens included. Starter supplies include trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap, and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms include shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Laundry supplies include laundry soap and dryer sheets.

Can I ship a package to my vacation home?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home. We do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access (vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff). We cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.

Do your homes have outdoor music systems?
No. HOA noise limit requirements apply. We recommend bringing a Bluetooth speaker.

Do you allow pets?
No pets.
We highly recommend travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policies are firm.
