Parfait pour une retraite et une réunion en famille !! À seulement 5 à 7 minutes à pied du club de plage, du village et du centre de villégiature de Lake Arrowhead avec des magasins et un restaurant à proximité, vous trouverez une maison charmante mais spacieuse nichée parmi les arbres avec 2 grandes terrasses avec suffisamment d'espace pour s'asseoir et barbecue. Situé dans un coin isolé d'un terrain de 1 acre dans un emplacement privilégié avec les droits du lac et un accès facile à la plage, au lac et au sentier pédestre. Parfait pour se divertir (belle salle de jacuzzi / billard intérieure toute l'année) ou se détendre! Deux salons séparés avec écrans plats pour regarder la télévision ou lire.

Cette maison est conçue avec la paix et la tranquillité à l'esprit avec beaucoup d'espace pour la famille et les amis. Idéalement situé à proximité des commerces, restaurants, épiceries et plage. La maison dispose de 5 chambres, 4. 5 salles de bain, avec cheminée, 2 salons et 2 grands écrans plats. En outre, dispose d'une table de billard et de salles de spa séparées, d'un espace propre et calme parfait pour lire, regarder des films, et simplement se détendre et rattraper son retard sur le sommeil ou les activités de plein air et les visites touristiques.

Étapes douces vers l'étage principal intérieur avec 1 grande chambre avec 2 lits queen et salle de bain complète à côté de la grande cuisine et salon et terrasse extérieure. Le dernier étage a une entrée séparée (parfaite pour l'intimité) 2 chambres à coucher avec lit double et 1 salle de bain complète. Étage inférieur, a 1 chambre king size et 2 lits superposés chambre peut accueillir 4 plus 2 grandes salles de bain complètes. Maison pleine de charme et très confortable avec 3 ans d'histoire locative. Il a un garage pour 2 voitures et 2 autres parkings à l'extérieur. Nous recommandons les chaînes à neige pendant la saison de neige, car les routes privées ne sont pas déneigées pendant la saison d'hiver. L'heure d'été, la maison n'a pas de climatisation mais nous fournissons beaucoup de ventilateurs portables à utiliser.

Great location

Had a blast with our family here. Do wish the kitchen was more organized with updated cooking/dishes/utensils, but we survived. Will also warn other renters to bring additional towels to use in the hot tub. Very few towels are provided with the property. Overall a great experience.

House is large w/ bedrooms across 3 floors. There is no AC and fans are not adquate to cool the upper floors during the day in the summer. We had a challenge checking in (which was partly our fault), as check-in instructions were sent almost two weeks before our stay. Also took a while to get hold of manager to get in. Basic supplies were also not adequate requring us to purchase them. House is in a good location if we want easy access to Arrowhead's central plaza and brewery.

Perfect home rental for group gatherings

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. Clean and spacious for everyone to relax and enjoy. We didn’t use the spa. Kevin was great in communicating. We definitely recommend it. Thank you!

Convenient and Cozy

Kevin's house is a great place to stay for a weekend get-away. The location is really close to Arrowhead Village, but because the house is on a wooded hill, it remains peaceful. There is plenty of room for everyone, whether they want privacy or to hang out together. We had a group of ten come for a family reunion and we had zero complaints about the place! Think on that. Ten people, zero complaints. I'd stay here again for sure.

Weekend in Arrowhead

This house has the capacity to sleep quite a number of people. We were just 5, 2 couples and a single, celebrating a Birthday weekend getaway. The appliances needed attention (exhaust fan over the stove, jets in the spa) but the outdoor deck was spectacular! It's a pricey stay but more people to share the cost might have been better. Also the amount of stairs for 55 and over needs to be mentioned as well.

Lake weekend

Had a great time here with our group celebrating our friend's good health. Great accommodations, and location was perfect, but ran into a couple issues where we couldn't get in touch with the property manager in a timely manner, and a couple of things were broken upon our arrival that meant we could not use them. There were also not enough fans in the house for every room so some folks had difficulty sleeping in the heat. The property manager was very kind when we did manage to make contact, and accepted responsibility for these minor things. All in all we had a great weekend here.

Unkept and old

We stay at multiple homes and by far this has been the worst experience ever! We come to Make Arrowhead yearly and this place is terrible. If you enjoy a clean, comfortable and warm home this is not for you. The kitchen didnt have plenty of utensils or cooking supplies such as pots and pans. We had to wash everything by hand prior to actually using the items as they were not clean at all. The dishwasher doesn't work so we ended up washing by hand. Its clear the management team does not care for the property nor The experience of the renters. The sofa facing the tv smells and would benefit from a make over. The tv located by the fire place didnt work. The decor and style is dingy. You are literally entering a previous era. The spirall stairwell to the upper level rooms is dangerours and I'm young! The rooms upstairs are old, beds are uncomfortable and the ceilings are low (we are below average height). The jazucci was not working for the first 2 days. The house is in a good location and the kids room and their bathroom was up to date. Parking wa good. Overall I would not recommend this property and felt embarrassed as we organized this trip for our family. I kept apologizing to my family but we made the best out of it. I encourage any to contact me if you have any quetions about this property but dont stay here!

Not worth the money; overpriced for amenities that don't work

We were certainly open to "paying up" for additional amenities that other properties did not provide. However, upon our arrival we were disappointed to find that many things at this home did not work properly or were not functional at all. As a result, we feel that we significantly over paid for our stay. Below is a list of items that did not work: 1) Barbeque: someone had left the gas on and when we arrived, there was absolutely no propane left in the tank. We could not barbeque the food we had brought. This was the most significant disappointment as we had to pre plan our meals since we were not eating out due to the pandemic. We emailed the property owner during our stay about this with no response. We had to cook our food on scratched up pans that were provided instead. 2) Pool table: there was no chalk to play pool. We were looking specifically for a home with a pool table and there wasn't a store in town that carried it. 3) Hot tub: it never got to the 100 degrees as advertised. Only one jet worked. This was another amenity that we specifically shopped for and were disappointed that we could not use. We got in once and were so disappointed, we didn't bother going in again. *Also there is mold on the ceiling of this room. That is a significant health hazard. 4) Toaster: it only toast a half side of the bread. We had to toast each serving 4 times constantly toasting to get it right. 5) Knife: there was a very dangerous knife that we had to throw out. When we attempted to use it to cut something, the blade came out of the handle. We could have been seriously hurt. 6) Ceiling fan in dining room: we really struggled to get it to work. Considering that there is no A/C in the home and that we were there during 90 degree+ temperatures, this was very uncomfortable. We did bring out the portable fans provided but they were not sufficient enough to cool down the dining area. Lastly, the house was not as clean as we would have hoped for when we arrived, particularly in the kitchen. Inside the China cabinet, it was extremely dusty and many of the cooking utensils were sticky. We washed everything once before we used them. We did not wash the blender because we never intended to use it but, it was difficult to look at while we were in the kitchen. Just not worth the money spent.

Fun Bachelorette Party!

We chose this house to stay at for my best friends bachelorette party so there were 8 of us staying at the house. This house is perfect walking distance to the Lake Arrowhead Village. The beds in the home were all very comfortable and the layout of the house is so unique. We loved spending time in the billiards room above the garage, By the fireplace in the living room, and in the spa area downstairs. The host was also excellent at responding quickly to any of my questions or needs and is very polite. The only things I could suggest to you when renting here is there is downside to the spa room meaning you had to dump out the water tray to the dehumidifier almost every hour and they could definitely add some extra towels, toilet paper, and paper towels for each persons stay. Other than those tiny little things, everything was AMAZING! My girlfriends and I did have a absolutely wonderful time and would definitely stay here again. It’s the perfect place for any get togethers to feel like you’re cozy in the woods spending quality time together.

Great family hangout in Arrowhead

Best location for our family because it's near my brother and the village. It's a very comfortable home for a family. The jacuzzi is fabulous with a view of the trees. We kept it not too hot so that the kids could enjoy it.

Nice property, clean and close to lake arrowhead villa.

The cabin was really nice for multiple people. It was pretty and comfortable and fun to walk to the lake since it's really close. A nice place to hangout and rooms are amazing.

Indoor Jacuzzi was heaven on earth!

Kevin was so accommodating! Answered my call when we had difficulty initially finding the place. Once we found it, it was easy to get to after day trips. My sister and I walked from the cabin to the local grill both nights for a get away from the rest of the crew. Completely safe and under 10 min to get to the local stores. The highlight of this cabin was obviously the indoor jacuzzi spa… and we definitely took advantage of it! Kid friendly and adult necessary! It offered basic cooking utensils and dining needs. We loved the multi level structure. The preteens took over the top floor (2 bedrooms and bath), main floor had mom, dad, and young son, and lower level had “cool aunt” and cousin along with jacuzzi, bathroom, and game room. I stayed in the lower level and the king bed was super comfortable!!! We will definitely return!

Peace, Quiet, and everything you could need....

Due to a last-minute issue (on my end), I ended up staying at this property for some quality alone time. While the house is perfect for large groups, it was exceptional for me alone. I cooked (a lot), relaxed, took walks, and caught up on my binge watching.
