Welcome to your perfect getaway in Eden, Utah! This spacious, two-story home features 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests.
Amenities: Smart TV in all rooms except the bathrooms and lower level king bedroom. 7 Person Hot tub, Ping Pong table, Black Jack Table, Wet Bar, Darts, Basketball Pop A Shot, two fire pits (one gas and one woodburning)
Community Amenities: Playground, Park, Hiking and Biking Trails
Main Level:
Step into the open-concept living space, where modern décor meets mountain charm. Relax in the living room by the stunning floor-to-ceiling stone gas fireplace, or enjoy your favorite shows on the large smart TV. The adjacent kitchen boasts granite countertops, a spacious island seating two, and all the essentials, including a stove, fridge with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, and sink with mountain views. The dining nook, seating six, offers breathtaking mountain vistas, with access to a telescope for stargazing.
From both the dining area and the primary bedroom, step out onto the balcony, furnished with comfortable seating, a propane fire pit, and a grill, all with panoramic mountain views. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, a large smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom complete with a jacuzzi tub and a spacious shower.
This level also includes two additional bedrooms, each with queen beds and mountain views, sharing a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. A convenient laundry room is located nearby with access to the two-car garage.
Lower Level:
The downstairs family room is perfect for entertainment, with a large smart TV, a basketball pop-a-shot, and an adjacent rec room equipped with a wet bar, fridge, ice maker, blackjack table, ping pong table, and darts. A dedicated workspace with a desk and chair is available for guests who need to work while enjoying their stay.
On this level, you'll find two more bedrooms: a bunk room with twin-over-full mattresses and a smart TV, and a large futon that opens up into a queen-size mattress. The other bedroom has a king bed. Both bedrooms share a spacious bathroom featuring double sinks and a large shower.
Step outside to the patio, where you'll find a hot tub and grill, and enjoy the backyard with a wood-burning fire pit—ideal for cool evenings under the stars. Please check the Weber Fire District website to confirm if it's safe to use the fire pit. Additionally, please be mindful of noise levels both inside and outside the house, as any complaints or police calls regarding noise disturbances will result in a fine.
House Rules:
Quiet hours: Weekdays from 9 PM to 7 AM, Weekends from 10 PM to 7 AM (HOA enforced). Please don't use the hot tub during this time either. Noise travels. Any complaints from neighbors or if they call the police will result in fines which you will be responsible for paying.
Fire Pit: You must confirm it is safe to use the outside fire pit by checking the Weber Fire District Website.
Parking: HOA prohibits street parking, but you’ll have space in our driveway and two-car garage.
No parties, and guest occupancy is limited to the house maximum.
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets.
For your safety, we have three exterior security cameras: one at the entrance (Ring camera), one facing the driveway, and one overlooking the backyard. These cameras are for security purposes only and are not monitored for privacy intrusion.
This private home has several ski resorts just minutes away. Powder Mountain is a quick 10-minute drive or shuttle ride away and was just rated #2 of the Best Ski Resorts in North America in 2018-2019. Snowbasin Resort is an easy 25-minute drive away and Nordic Valley (which you can see out the window of the home) is right around the corner and offers great, inexpensive beginner skiing and a sledding hill the whole family will love. Those preferring cross-country skiing will find over 30 km of groomed track at North Fork Park in Liberty, just a quick 10-minute drive away. There are ski rentals, restaurants, and a grocery store within 3 miles. (Skiers: It is the responsibility of guests to obtain the rules and regulations of the ski resorts prior to arrival and to secure any necessary daily ski passes in advance.)
The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Before you book, please read through the outdoor noise violation policy in addition to the maximum guest policy as we will ask you to confirm your understanding before check-in.
Guests will have access to the entire house and will have full privacy.
Please note that we have a strict 10-person maximum overnight occupancy on our property (including children).
