We want to make sure you have the utmost convenience! You'll be provided an access code to the main entrance prior to check-in. The owners are local, and will be able to be reached by phone, text, or email, during the duration of your stay.

Valley View Getaway is situated in a peaceful and fairly secluded neighborhood, offering guests a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Surrounded by nature, this charming property is nestled among a small number of neighboring houses, ensuring privacy and a serene atmosphere.

Just a short drive away, you’ll find downtown Blacksburg, where you can explore local shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions. The property is also conveniently located near Lane Stadium(2.5 miles or 10 minutes by car) , making it an ideal spot for those attending games and events.

All areas of the home and property are open for guests use, except the cleaning closet.

Living Area: The main living room features a large, comfortable sofa and a smart TV, creating a cozy atmosphere for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. This space flows seamlessly into the dining area, situated conveniently beside the kitchen.

Kitchen and Dining: The large kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances and ample counter space, making it ideal for preparing meals. It opens up to a lovely deck that offers outdoor dining options, allowing you to enjoy your meals al fresco while taking in the beautiful views.

This home offers four thoughtfully arranged bedrooms. Upstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms:
A primary bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite full bathroom with a shower.
A second bedroom with a queen bed.
A third bedroom ideal for kids or extra guests, with a twin bed and a set of twin bunk beds.
The downstairs bedroom has a Queen bed and a Twin over Full Bunk Bed

A full hallway bathroom with a shower is also located upstairs for convenience.

Downstairs Living Space: The lower level features another living area equipped with a smart TV and its own kitchenette, ideal for late-night snacks or breakfast on the go. There is also a cozy dining area here, perfect for casual meals. A full bathroom with a bathtub is available downstairs, accommodating guests who prefer a relaxing soak. The downstairs bedroom includes a twin over full bunk bed and a queen bed, providing flexible sleeping arrangements. (there is a park and play in bedroom basement closet)

Recreation Area: The unfinished area of the basement is a fun retreat, featuring a ping pong table and a basketball game, making it perfect for family competitions and entertainment.

With its spacious layout and thoughtful amenities, Valley View Getaway is designed to provide comfort and enjoyment for all guests, whether you’re gathering together or enjoying some quiet time alone.

The home offers a large driveway with room for 4-5 vehicles.

- Absolutely no parties allowed any parties will result in a canceled reservation and immediately being asked to leave
- Coffee Maker (Regular & Keurig)
- The house is located on a quiet street, please be courteous of the neighbors and keep noise levels low. Observe quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM.
- Do not run air conditioning with doors open.
- At checkout, guests must remove sheets and duvet covers and place with towels in bathroom.
- Ensure all windows and doors are locked when checking out.
- No smoking allowed.
- Fireplaces are not to be used by guests
-Propane (for grill use):
1. There MAY BE a propane tank available at the house.
2. If you see a tank, you may use it for the grill.
3. If the tank is empty, guests are responsible for refilling it.
4. We DO NOT provide propane refills.
