Belle 4 chambres / 3. 5 salles de bain. 4000+ pieds carrés sur trois niveaux de vie.

L'étage principal comprend un salon avec une grande télévision à écran plat et une cheminée à gaz. Il est ouvert sur une cuisine entièrement équipée. La chambre principale est au niveau principal avec suite. 2 chambres / 1 salle de bain au dernier étage avec une grande salle de bonus qui est utilisée comme une salle de jeux pour enfants. Niveau inférieur a 1 chambre supplémentaire / 1 salle de bain et un salon spacieux équipé d'un canapé convertible, TV grand écran, table de billard et jeu de fléchettes. Terrasse arrière dispose d'un barbecue à gaz, fumeur de gaz que vous êtes invités à utiliser. La maison peut accueillir 10 personnes confortablement.

C'est un quartier familial. S'il vous plaît soyez respectueux envers nos voisins et limitez la quantité de bruit que vous faites quand vous êtes dehors, surtout dans les heures du soir. Aucune partie n'est autorisée. Le stationnement est limité à 4 voitures. Toutes les voitures sauf 1 doivent être dans l'allée / le garage.

Family football weekend

This home was perfect for gathering our family together for a football weekend in Blacksburg. Very clean and comfortable for all of us.

Wonderful Stay for VT Football

What an awesome stay for our family of VT graduates to see VT vs NC State. Despite the loss, the house was clean and spacious. Toys for the kiddos and great hangout areas. All around, great spot. We hope to rent again from Lauren in the future!

VT weekend

We are a family of 6 adults visiting my son at Virginia Tech and catching a football game. We all loved this house .It was very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. There’s a bedroom for everyone and the kitchen was fully equipped with anything you would need .It is a 10 minute drive to the campus. We will be back again.

Fall VT Family Football Weekend

Immaculate, well appointed home very convenient to Virginia Tech and the perfect accommodations for a football weekend and family of 5 adults. Host was lovely to work with and we couldn't have asked for an easier process. Every need was anticipated and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and all the beauty of the landscape and fall colors of the season. I highly recommend this rental - a beautiful home!

Absolutely perfect!

Stayed here for a Hokie football weekend and it was perfect for our crew of 9 including 5 kids. Beds were super comfortable and we had plenty of space. Neighborhood playground just behind the house was great for the younger kids and you could watch them from the back deck. The house was super clean and had everything we could ask for. Very convenient to campus and downtown Blacksburg. We had no issues at all during our stay but if we did I felt the owner would’ve responded right away. I would definitely recommend this property. 5 stars all the way.

Beautiful home near VCOM/VT

This is a beautiful home close to the VT campus. We stayed here for a weekend to attend my son's medical school graduation on VT's campus. The house was immaculately maintained, well stocked and beautifully decorated. It easily accommodated 6 adults for the weekend with plenty of room to.spare. The location was conveniently located and the neighborhood is quiet, safe, and well-maintained. The hosts communicated efficiently and effectively before our arrival and responded very quickly to questions we had about the AC system on our first night. A covered front porch and back deck add additional usable space, though we didn't get a chance to use them much because it rained through most of the weekend. There is a beautiful playroom for children in the house and a playground just beyond the fenced -in back yard for those who have young children (though we didn't have any in our party that weekend). I would definitely recommend this property to anyone traveling to Blacksburg.

VT Game Weekend

I cannot say enough great things about this property and the host. The host was perfect and reached out to me numerous times to coordinate our stay. They even asked us about any personal requests and stocked the freezer with extra ice for us. The house is amazing and matched the online photos exactly; it was like staying at a model home. We absolutely loved the place and would stay there again.

Warm and welcoming home!

Our family stayed at this home for graduation weekend. We had a fabulous stay. House was roomy, clean and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the outdoor spaces. Host was excellent in communicating and making sure we had everything we needed. She even decorated the dining table for our family graduation celebration! Thank you, Lauren!

Our family stayed at this beautiful home for graduation weekend and loved every minute of our stay. The home is immaculate, very spacious , and the location cannot be beat..a very easy drive to campus in just a few minutes. Lauren was accommodating, flexible and very helpful throughout our stay. Wonderful home!

We had the pleasure of staying here while visiting our son during Virginia Tech’s fall break. The house was immaculate. We had two families staying and there was plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed using the pool table and having drinks out on the deck. It is close to campus (less than 10 minutes drive) and so much nicer than staying at a hotel. The kitchen is well equipped with anything you could possibly need. We would definitely stay again. Was a wonderful experience overall.

Great Home!

We had the pleasure of staying here during our daughter's graduation from Virginia Tech. The home was everything is stated it would be....we had plenty of room for all adults, a great kitchen/breakfast room/great room combo area which served as our backdrop for a graduation gathering on Friday night. The house is well stocked with every amenity needed, exceptionally clean, & most welcoming! So convenient to downtown as well as the university. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a lot of sleeping space plus a great entertainment area. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Lauren!

VA Tech Winter Graduation Gathering

A beautiful home, well suited to our needs! We were extremely pleased with our stay. The house was immaculate, despite the fact that the owners live there and have two small children! Everything we needed for our comfort was provided and easily accessible. Towels, sheets, toiletries, M and M's and warm hospitality were all greatly appreciated. An information sheet was given to us upon arrival that we found very helpful. The owners provided their cell phone numbers and responded to our calls immediately. We were able to enjoy a large family gathering and celebrate our son's graduation all together and had a great time playing a few games of pool while we ate a huge Benny's pizza!
