Idéalement situé à Sky Harbor, entre Gatlinburg et Pigeon Forge dans le Tennessee, le Hatfield Hideaway est une cabane en rondins classiques de 2 chambres et 3 chambres offrant l'espace et le confort que votre famille aimera. Si l'emplacement est ce que vous recherchez, ne cherchez pas plus loin; Le Hatfield Hideaway est situé à quelques minutes de route de Dollywood.

Les planchers de bois franc et l'intérieur boisé vous captent d��s que vous entrez dans cette cabine confortable. Il y a un canapé en cuir et deux causeuses autour d'une grande cheminée en bois. C'est l'endroit idéal pour toute la famille pour regarder un DVD ou un film sur l'un des téléviseurs compatibles Netflix. La cabine dispose d'une salle à manger charmante et cuisine de campagne avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer le petit déjeuner, le déjeuner et le dîner. Une porte s'ouvre sur le porche où vous pouvez profiter de votre café du matin et l'ambiance Smoky Mountain dans le calme de la matinée. Il y a aussi un barbecue au charbon de bois pour la cuisson supplémentaire.

La chambre au premier étage dispose d'une log encadrée, lit queen-size, une télévision à écran plat avec lecteur DVD, et, pour votre commodité, une porte à la grande salle de bain complète. Le deuxième étage dispose de 2 chambres, une salle de bain complète et une salle de lavage avec une machine à laver et sèche-linge. Pour un maximum d'intimité, les deux chambres sont situées à chaque extrémité de la cabine deuxième niveau. La première chambre a un lit queen size et la deuxième chambre a deux lits superposés log encadrés avec un grand lit sur le fond et un lit double en haut et une télévision à écran plat.

En tant que notre cadeau pour vous de réservation avec nous, nous offrirons l'entrée gratuite à certaines attractions de Smoky Mountain. Appelé le programme Xplorie, nos clients recevront un billet d’entrée adulte gratuit, par nuit, pour des attractions comme l’aquarium Ripley’s, le Smoky Mountain Opry et une foule d’autres expériences incroyables. Cozy cabin

This was a nice place to stay. It could use a good deep cleaning and needs some updating done but it was cozy and what we needed. The rental company was great and very helpful for everything we needed.

Cabin in disrepair. Table leg falling off, threshold rotted and covered up with a mat, two eyes on the stove didn’t work, they tried to put king s as Jets on a queen bed, only 4 coffee cups, jets didn’t work on the hot tub! No internet therefore no television. When I called the management company they said they would look into it and call me back! This was a 5 night rental

Poor customer service

We visited Smokys over the last weekend (7/22 thru 7/24) and stayed at 'Cabin by the Creek'. We observed water heating issues on Saturday and the manager was able to engage the Maintenance team within hours and informed us the issue has been taken care of - Good job there. Next morning, water started leaking from the top bathroom through the roof on to the ground floor - we placed pans and towels to prevent any further damage. All of us ended up using just the remaining bathroom on the first floor. Called the office and left a voice message to notify the issue, so far haven't received a call back. Tried calling the property office couple times on Monday again, but there was no response.

Cozy mtn house

Everything was simply perfect you couldn't ask for anything more other than waking up there on a Christmas day with snow surrounded by you!!! This was absolutely perfect and I loved it in our family loved it thank you so much for letting us be a part of such a beautiful and wonderful place!

Great Location, Lackluster Upkeep

I want to start out by saying I’ve rented many cabins over my 15+ years coming to Gatlinburg and I’m a host on another platform. When it comes to this cabin, there were things I loved about the cabin. The location is probably one of the most convenient I’ve ever had and I appreciate that it sleeps so many people. That’s about it though, which leaves the issues: - One of the full beds just had a comforter. No fitted or flat sheet on it. Totally unmade. - The bedding left to us was a hodge podge of flat sheets so we couldn’t make the unmade bed even if we wanted to - There was a nest of big black wasps on the porch. And when I mean big, I mean there were at least 10-15 wasps on that sucker. - Centipedes… So. Many. Centipedes. We cleaned them up regularly but they reappeared just as fast. They were everywhere in the house! The day we left there were easily 15 in upstairs the bathroom. - All of the blinds in the house were broken except for one. Some are missing the ends of segments, and all but one couldn’t be taken up. - The vinyl flooring in every bathroom and the laundry room are in really rough shape. There were missing or chipped pieces that exposed the sub flooring of the cabin - One door downstairs didn’t open all the way All of these things are, curiously enough, things I’ve seen other guests mentioned they experienced and the company mention they are working to address. That is clearly not the case. Not to mention, many issues like the unmade bed are just basics. If the place sleeps ‘x’ people there should be made beds, or at least adequate bedding. Not to mention, the cosmetic issues just tell me that no one is interested in keeping up this property. As a host, I understand that is a lot of work, but it is unacceptable to pass along a poorly maintained property. Leasing requires periodic investment to keep up the property. Lastly, I’ve never had these issues with any other cabin I’ve ever rented and what bothered me the most is that previous complaints have just been ignored. This is also my biggest reason for giving this place such a low rating. The company and/or owners have really dropped the ball here because the location is perfect and the cabin itself is decent. But, as is, I wouldn’t stay here again, or recommend it to anyone.

Pigeon Forge review

I did like the check-in and check-out times. We paid too much money for it to be so short. I tried to reach out to the property manager and never received an email back. And for it to take so long for the "cleaning process" it was ok with the cleanliness. We'll pass on staying here again.

Beautiful house,could use some improvements

I love the cabin, but one mattress should be replaced. I hope they do pest control in the house. The location by the stream is wonderful. We enjoyed the dvd collection on a rainy day, we didn't want to look up movies on netflix, but it was available with your own password. The bathroom floor could be renewed/changed linoleum. Kids loved the bunk beds. Upon arrival the upstairs bedroom didn't have the comforter, but since we had one empty bed, we used the comforter from there. If we had all the beds taken, we would have one comforter missing, but I'm sure the management would provide one if requested.

Needs some tlc

Was very disappointed in the cabin. There were a swarm of yellow jackets in the house, the refrigerator froze all of our food, the downstairs bathtub knobs were about to fall off, downstairs bedroom rv did not work. Just felt like the place needs alitttle TLC Loved the location.

The cabin needs updated. Linoleum was all ripped up and area's of it completely missing. Top floor ceilings were all covered in black mold. Showers barely worked and made a loud squealing sound, so anytime anyone showered the entire house was woken up. Hot tub doesn't heat up enough. Not worth the cost I paid to stay 4nights!

we really enjoyed our stay. It was our first family vacation and we already plan to return in October. Had a few little hiccups with the refrigerator and dryer but all around it was an amazing time. See you soon.

The property was great and as we expected. We have stayed in other "cabin" type places before. The Wifi; however, was nonexistent and it should be removed from the listing. We did not have it throughout the stay which was disappointing as we knew cell phones would be hit and miss due to location (mountains) and we were depending on the Wifi for communication with the kids when they were out via text messaging. Also ... don't expect the TV service to work either. It's intertwined with the Wifi, but there were several DVDs available to watch.

Needs update

Great house with a lot of potential but it desperately needs some investment. We did not spend too much time in the house otherwise I would be more disappointed. It did not seem dirty, but majority of the items inside the house were very old, appliances, couch, floor, bathroom altogether.

Great location

The location of this cabin is wonderful, but it definitely could use some TLC. The couch was peeling. The light in the laundry room did not work. The floors in the bathroom and laundry room looked like they had seen better days, and the TV in the queen bedroom upstairs did not have sound.

The go to cabin!

Visited in early November. Cabin is very clean and beautiful. Pictures do not do it justice! Small waterfall outside the porch. Fireplace in the living room. Flatscreen TVs with Netflix on the ones downstairs and in the room with the bunk beds. The other room just has a DVD player. Definitely will be back to this cabin. The only 2 complaints was the dryer took a few tries to get started and the bottom bathtub is missing the stopper. Other then that perfect! Will be back!

Cabin definitely needs upgrades

The pictures do not show how old and in disrepair the cabin is in. The couch had 2 areas where it was so worn down that the vinyl or leather was missing. The floors were all marked and scratched up. The Windows were filthy like they haven't been cleaned on years. There was no lock on the trash bin cage. The bathrooms were outdated, the flooring in the bathrooms were torn in places. The refrigerator froze all my fruit where I had to throw it away. Even after I turned it to the lowest setting.I will not rent this cabin again. Very disappointed.

Beautiful Cabin

We visted this cabin on Labor Day weekend 2017 and enjoyed our stay. Cabin was very clean and cozy. Bunk beds were not comfortable at all and no cable in that room but it did have a dvd player. Hot tub was wonderful and relaxing.

Great Location, Great Rooms

The rental property had very nice rooms and living room. This kitchen was quite small and we had to bring some camping chairs in order to fit 8 people around the table but we managed pretty well. It has a nice wrap around porch but unfortunately the view was not all that appealing. We had some hard rains during 2 of the days that we were there and the roof leaked over the stairwell. Did not take long to clean up but a minor inconvenience.
