Thank you for your detailed feedback and for highlighting the things you enjoyed, including the spacious layout, gathering spaces, family-friendly amenities, and our responsiveness. We're sorry that a number of maintenance items impacted your overall experience. We addressed the concerns brought to our attention and have since replaced the smoke detectors, iron, and coffee maker, repaired the chair and railing, and completed a thorough inspection of the property. Regarding the coffee maker, it was tested and found to be working properly upon our inspection, and we provide two coffee makers for our guests' convenience. As for the road noise, the exact location of the home is clearly provided in the listing, and the property is located directly on a main road, so some traffic noise is to be expected. We take great pride in maintaining our home and continually invest in updates and improvements. While no home is completely immune to occasional maintenance issues, we address concerns promptly and do our best to provide a comfortable experience for our guests. We appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best.
