Une maison avec quatre chambres et cinq salles de bains avec une chambre avec lits superposés, cette maison peut accueillir 16 personnes. Une chambre principale au premier étage avec un lit king size et une salle de bain complète. Il y a trois autres chambres queen au premier niveau, chacune avec sa propre salle de bain! Sur 2 acres de terrain boisé, beaucoup de place pour que les enfants puissent courir et s’amuser dans les bois. Tyrolienne Wildwood à l'entrée de la route. Profitez de l’eau, du parc et de l’aventure lorsque vous ne profitez pas de cette belle maison construite par un grand-père pour accueillir confortablement toute sa famille. Nombreux vélos et jouets à utiliser pendant votre séjour. Et, deux endroits pour faire des feux de camp. Beaucoup de stationnement pour voitures, bateaux, jet-skis et motoneiges. Grande terrasse avec ventilateur de plafond et des sièges pour tous les 16. Cette maison est magnifique!

Family Getaway

We had 12 people staying here and it was the perfect spot to celebrate a 60th anniversary! Lots of room to spread out and bathrooms in every room a plus. We made several meals in the kitchen and on the grill. Location great for trips to Mackinac Island, Traverse city, wineries , and biking the trails near Petoskey. Everything was perfect!

Family ski weekend

We all (13!) had a great time skiing, snowboarding, hiking and putting two jigsaw puzzles together over 3 days. And I had almost instant responses both when I needed to change the thermostat and had a departure question. I would recommend this home....

It offered plenty of room for our large extended family and was tucked away in a peaceful wooded area. The covered porches were wonderful for some R&R. Additionally the proximity to Boyne City, Petoskey, and Mackinaw made for the highlights of our trip. I would highly recommend this vacation home for your next trip!

Home Sweet Home is the perfect name!

A visit with family where memories are made is priceless! Our family runs from 4-72 age wise and this property worked great for everyone. Stocked better than any other we have ever rented, they thought of everything! Super clean, a short walk to the lake and short drive to Boyne City and Petosky. We had a blast, enjoyed smores by the fire and games on the porch. If I could give 10 stars I would! Thank you for some wonderful memories.

This was our home base for trips to Lake Michigan, Petoskey State Park, Fisherman's Island State Park, Torch Lake Sand Bar, Young State Park and Avalanche Water Park. We enjoyed the Venetian Festival in Charlevoix, the Wednesday and Saturday Farmers Market mornings in Boyne City, golfing at Dunmaglas and shopping in Petoskey. We had a great time in the beautiful creation of our great God.

Wonderful House for Large Groups

We had our wedding in the area and needed a place for all of our wedding party and family to stay. Hosts had the place is in nice neat order and everything was perfect. The main level was perfectly designed to host our large group and hang out. Central to all the events we had for our stay. Would love to hopefully stay again! *My only note is that the bunks are not in a bedroom. Difficult to explain but it is the landing where the downstairs is and goes to the rest of the rooms. I had 4 single ladies staying in the bunks and was hoping to provide them with as much privacy as possible.

Food and a couple of downtown areas aren't too far away. We spent most of our time off the course at the house sitting by the fire and playing cards on the deck.

50th Anniversary Celebration

The home is perfect for our large family with individual bathrooms for each bedroom and the bunk room was perfect for the 5 grandkids. Awesome porch and fire pit and private beach at the end of Young State Park is convenient.

Perfect getaway!

The property was perfect! We had 13 of us total and it was the perfect amount of space for all of us to feel very comfortable. Clean space, well supplied kitchen, lots of room to hangout inside/outdoors! We unfortunately got rained in one day, but the property has a beautiful outdoor covered deck that was perfect for us to hang outside. Would highly recommend!

Great property and location

Family designed home worked great for the four families in our extended family; each couple had their own bedroom with adjoining bathroom, and the five grandkids used the bunch room; the kitchen worked well as we cooked most of our meals there; duel dining areas as well as the seating area accommodated our needs; our hosts responded to our questions promptly; we had a great stay and would definitely check the availability of this property first if we decide to vacation in the area again

Felt like home!✨

This house was awesome... very clean, well kept, & a lot of nice touches added to make you comfortable. It felt like a home away from home! It was 9 of us, & everyone loved everything about the home. We were all very comfortable, with room to spare. Will definitely be staying again!
