L'évasion parfaite pour la famille et les amis. Grande maison neuve située juste sur le bras sud hautement souhaitable et accessible du magnifique lac Charlevoix. Profitez de 200 pieds de façade sur l'eau à quelques minutes du centre-ville de Charlevoix et d'East Jordan. À seulement 20 minutes de la station de ski de Boyne. Quatre chambres et deux canapés gigognes font de la place pour beaucoup. Faites un pas sur le pont arrière et vous êtes à 30 pieds de l'eau! Rôtissez vos guimauves au foyer près du rivage ou traînez sur le pont spacieux au bord de l'eau. Zone de baignade propre avec déclin progressif pour les plus petits ou sautez du bout du quai pour une baignade rafraîchissante. Jouez sur la balançoire, grimpez à un arbre, flottez sur le radeau, faites du kayak, jouez au volley-ball ou dans le sable. Il y a du plaisir pour tous les âges!
Le salon confortable offre une vue magnifique, la télévision par câble et le Wi-Fi. Cuisine spacieuse avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin et bien sûr griller sur le pont. Belle suite parentale avec lit king. 2ème chambre a un lit queen. Les chambres 3 et 4 ont chacune 2 lits jumeaux.

Family Get-away

The home and yard are spacious and property manager was very responsive. Understand the home is on the water but there were so many spiders and spiderwebs it looked as if it had not been cleaned recently or very well. Photos need to be updated. Deck and swing set are much older than appear. The sand photo looked to me as a sandy beach. It is not. It is a sandbox.

Labor Day weekend

Had a great weekend on Lake Charlevoix. The house is in the perfect location to go to different cities and enjoy site seeing. We were there to fish and it was a beautiful weekend.

Vacation getaway

We had a wonderful vacation. The view was outstanding. The sandbox and swing set were a hit with our grandchildren. The house was very comfortable. Any questions we had were addressed very quickly!

2024 Family Vacation

The family really enjoyed our annual vacation this year. The house was in a wonderful location on Lake Charlevoix and my son was able to moor his boat very close to the house dock. Many sand toys, wonderful playset and yard games too. Loved the sandbar to relax and "The Landings" to dock the boat for a great lunch/dinner. The nightly bonfires were wonderful roasting smores. Very child friendly for our 3 year old granddaughter. Exceeded our expectations. Yes, there is some street sound in the front of the house, for two bedrooms but just bring a couple sound machines which other VRBO guests advised, and it works well. Sandy was a great host - thank you on behalf of our family!

This property is conveniently located on Lake Charlevoix, with four large upstairs bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and a large great room overlooking the lake. Plenty of space for everyone. Great host

Perfect Getaway

Stayed at the house for a weekend wedding and it was the perfect spot. About a mile from downtown East Jordan, we were able to relax by the water or head into town quickly for a bit to eat. Would recommend to anyone.

Great Getaway

Three families stayed here for 5 nights and it was perfect! Everyone had a blast on the kayaks and we enjoyed bonfires at night. The view is so amazing. Thank you!

Kid friendly Lake getaway

Our kids (two 2 yo, and two 4 yo) loved staying here. They thought of everything! The play set, kayak, sand box and toys were a hit. However, the front door is easily opened by toddlers from the inside. Otherwise, this was a relatively stress free stay with our toddlers. Thank you for a great stay!

Lake Charlevoix House

Lake views were great, deck was on the Lake Shore, kitchen and baths were clean and appliances were fairly new. Location convenient and easy to get to stores and restaurants in East Jordan as well as on the highway to get to Charlevoix and Petoskey or Traverse for more specialized, tourist shopping. Great location and great lake views!!

Amazing Lake Front House

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home. It is right on the lake and easy to dock a boat to a buoy. We enjoyed the kayaks, the fire pit, the grill and the paddle board. The house is very comfortable and the view is gorgeous! Plenty of space in the bedrooms. We love the deck off the master bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked and has plenty of room for your own groceries. The host is awesome and will make sure you have everything you need during your stay. This was our 2nd time in the house. It's a perfect place for vacation!

Everything was great. The view is awesome. We had a group of 8 adults, and it fit all of us perfectly. My only concern was that the smoke detectors didn't seem to be in working condition.

We were up for a wedding at Castle Farms and had a large group with us. We loved the location, the open downstairs living area and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our group. The views of the lake are fantastic!!! Great property and great communication from Sandy!

Perfect for families

We stayed here with my family and friends over Labor Day weekend: 4 adults and 6 kids total. We had a great time relaxing, enjoying the view of the lake, the paddle board and kayaks. The yard with all the kids toys were just perfect. My kids loved the sand pits and the swing set. They even played in the open space and played volleyball. There is enough room for the kids to run around and get energy out. It was such a great space. There’s enough space for parents to relax while kids play. The house was very roomy and I appreciated the space each room had. We were in the primary bedroom and I loved view of the lake and balcony. We sat there relaxing in the mornings before heading down to the kitchen to meet the kids. We did cook every morning and three nights out of our 4 nights there and the kitchen was stocked with all the cooking utensils, and pots/pans. We needed to buy additional condiments like garlic powder, paprika and other staple ingredients but they had the basics of salt and pepper condiments. The couches were so comfortable and perfect setup for movie watching. Sandy was such a pleasure to work with, her flexibility was also so much appreciated. She really provided us a wonderful stay, beautiful home and amazing lake with yard! We would love to come back.

Our stay was excellent. Beautiful location, comfortable, comfortable clean space. Scenic lake view & sunsets, wonderful evenings around the fire pit and kids loved the playscape. Our hosts Sandy & Gary were accessible and responsive to any questions that arose.

Great family vacation!

We stayed for a week at Sandy's place and it was a great vacation. Would absolutely recommend the house itself, and Sandy as a lovely host. Pros: - Spacious, open living/dining/kitchen area. - Right on the water - Play structure was a hit with all the kiddos - Rooms were sizable and comfortable Cons: - The floor was definitely not fully cleaned when we arrived. Not a huge deal but not my favorite feeling. - There was no extra toilet paper or paper towel, which we didn't realize till it was close to too late. Take note in advance of your shopping trip! - This is not the house itself, but something to note for all of lake Charlevoix: the boat rental place will not allow you to tie the boats up to the actual dock, you need to do offshore mooring - aka jump in the water to walk/swim out to your boat and back. Not ideal with tiny kiddos, but we made it work.

Excellent family vacation home. House was clean and had everything for the whole family including water toys and games. Beautiful back yard made evenings enjoyable to sit outside. Our grandchildren couldn't get enough swimming. Sandy was a pleasure to work with and was available by phone at any time. There is a marina 400 ft from the house with a great selection of boats and toys. We would highly recommend this home for a family vacation!

We are a family who have loved lakefront living our whole life. We are excited to share that love and offer a great retreat for other families and individuals. We started renting our cottage down state near the Ann Arbor area about in 2009 and discovered I have a real love for hospitality. I like my guests to feel special and to have fun. We now spend our summers in Charlevoix and have purchased this beautiful home on the south arm of the lake for others to enjoy.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Beauty and convenience. Located so close to the water front, the views are spectacular. On a main Thruway between Charlevoix & East Jordan, it's easy to find and get to. For families with little ones I like to have a playset and beach toys and games for their enjoyment. Being right on the lake allows the parents not to have to pack anything up and go anywhere, just relax and enjoy watching the children play. For the older guests we have kayaks, paddleboard, and more. Bring your boat, or just have a drink, and get ready for a fun atmosphere while grilling and lounging on the deck.
