Charmante maison directement sur le lac Charleviox au coeur de la ville de Boyne!

Emplacement, emplacement, emplacement! Cette maison pittoresque des années 1950 est située sur 120 pieds de la façade d'eau du lac Charlevoix au centre-ville de Boyne City. Grande cour et plage de sable - idéal pour la construction de châteaux de sable, de feux de joie et pour le plaisir de nager. Nous avons la magnifique vue du coucher de soleil sur le lac Charlevoix. Long quai avec un lève-bateau pour votre usage.

À seulement 5 minutes à pied de la rue principale et de tous les restaurants et magasins. La maison a 3 chambres (lits pour 8 en hiver) et une petite cuisine, salon, véranda et buanderie. En été, vous trouverez également une maison avec des lits superposés pouvant accueillir 2 personnes supplémentaires sur des lits superposés et une pièce pour un matelas gonflable. En hiver, chaque pièce est chauffée à l'électricité, il faut donc veiller à ne pas toucher les éléments chauffants. Des jouets aquatiques, des gilets de sauvetage, des jouets de plage, 2 kayaks et 2 vélos sont à votre disposition!

The house was nicely updated and we had everything we needed for our stay. The location is beautiful and the yard has ample space and is well appointed. We had a very nice stay at this location and enjoyed the surroundings very much.

A beautiful location and almost everything you could need in a vacation house

We stayed as a group of friends with our children and the house had enough room to host us all comfortably! The host was very responsive and checkin was easy. The location was beautiful with a clean beach and lots to do right away!

First class, beautiful VRBO right on Lake Charlevoix! Super clean and comfortable. Very roomy. Views are spectacular. Manager Sandy is very easy to work with and responsive. Will definitely come back.

The house and property were beautifully maintained, plenty of space for our family and kids to feel comfortable. There’s many fun things to do that are within walking distance and/or a short drive from the house. We loved our stay and would recommend it for anyone looking for a nice family getaway!

Great family vacation spot

This is one of only a handful of houses on Lake Charlevoix that have a beautiful sandy beach! The pristine large back yard was perfect for the kids to safely play when they weren’t in the water. There were ample tables and chairs for everyone. The great room/kitchen/dining area also very comfortable for gathering as well! Owner communication was 5 star! Thank you for sharing this special place!

Great Location!

This house was super cute and was a GREAT location. Close to Petoskey and Charlevoix and right on the lake. I will say that the utensils and the floors were not very clean, but the rest of the house was great.

Plenty of COMFORTABLE beds for everyone! Just know you are in a cove so all the debri washes up on the sand and you’ll want to take it before the kids play. This place has everything we could want/need! Very efficient and timely manager

Convenient location, great stay!

We had 14 people and were cozy but comfortable. The house location is great, walk or short drive to Boyne City, short drive to Walloon Lake, and right near the main grocery store. The beds were very soft and comfortable, which is always a risk with VRBOs. We had some challenges in using the individual air units, one bedroom was very warm but the other are three were fine. Overall great home and would recommend it.

Perfect place for my team to restore.

Beautiful outdoor area, window views of Lake Charlivoix. This is a restorative space. We had our team retreat and there was a place for everyone to stretch out and to sleep. Great host and follow up. Thank you for a great weekend!

Maybe the nicest house in Northern Michigan

We absolutely loved this house! Its location is perfect. Great view of the lake from the living room, ideal gathering area both inside and on the patio, nice beach area (although it was too cold to enjoy it much when we were there), walking distance to everything in Boyne City, and close drives to Petoskey, Charlevoix, and many vineyards. I wish I could live here! Thank you for sharing this wonderful home with us.

Incredible Property + Unbeatable Location

The home is in incredible shape and the layout is perfect. We had two families plus grandparents. The bedrooms were set up great for the families and it is ideal for an infant: one bedroom is tucked away from living space and has great lighting/temperature control. The lakefront area is ideal with great sand and beach-side sitting. The outdoor patio was a great spot for outdoor dinners, even in light rain. 10/10, would highly recommend and hope to stay here again!

Perfect Family Spot

Perfect location for a trip to Boyne City- close enough to walk into town, but far enough to feel out of the bustle. House is great for multiple families or one large family. Excellent layout and great community areas for everyone to relax inside and outside. Firepit on the beach, there is cheap and great burning wood about a mile up the Boyne City rd going away from town. Don't buy it at the grocery store. We cooked in most nights- bring your own kitchen knives and tools if you are going to cook a lot (or if you are picky like us) as the items there are functional, but well used. Totally understandable for a rental property. Good fishing from the kayak if you paddle out and towards town past the condo's and boat launch. Great place and owner was very helpful in the booking and check in! We will be back for sure.

Great Boyne Getaway

We enjoyed our stay so much at this property! Beautiful lakefront beach and large open kitchen/dining/living area with walkout onto the porch and lakefront was perfect for our family with 2 small children. The bedrooms were perfect, we used the kitchen daily for meals which was stocked with cooking ware. The grocery store is a literal 5 min walk down the road. Downtown is a close walk as well. The provided kayaks and paddle board were a blast and the provided kids toys gave tons of entertainment! Puzzles and games were also a great addition for our one rainy day. Cannot recommend this location highly enough!!

Great time!

We had a really good week in Boyne City. This house is perfect for a family vacation. House was recently remodeled and is beautiful. We had one issue - the bed linens. They appeared to be inexpensive and did not fit the mattress. Any movement meant the linens came off. Solve this issue and the vacation was perfect!

Best Up North Vacation

This was our favorite VRBO thus far. The house was absolutely perfect for the 7 of us. So much room and the lay out was insanely perfect. The back yard was a dream. We grilled out. Docked jet skis and sat in the hammock daily. We are hoping to book same time next year. Biking into town to eat ice cream was a highlight. I didn't realize my teens remembered how to actually ride a bike :) And huge thank you to Sandy and Gary and Seth for the most memorable day :)

Great view, lots of room for big family

We loved our stay! Great location, lots of room. We had 10 in our family and we enjoyed it! We rented a boat for the day from Boyne Watersports and they recommended we don’t bring the boat to the dock at the rental house because of shallow waters. We were disappointed by that but it turned out to be such a beautiful day out on the water exploring the HUGE lake! We cooked a lot in the kitchen and it was fairly equipped. Grill worked and was clean. We enjoyed the big dining table and also dining tables outside for our big family. We will definitely be back

Great layout for Dual Families

Our family absolutely loved this property and the beach! Don't hesitate at all and be confident that your family will have a good time. Our kids ranged in age from 3 to 11. The pictures don't show enough of the beach/dock which is where we spent the majority of our day. The home layout is such that there are basically two master-like bedrooms on either end of the home and two bedrooms between them adjoining the common great room/kitchen open space. I liked the layout a lot. We really enjoyed the two kayaks and paddleboard. There were plenty of life vests for our kids ages and adults as well. Sandy was very responsive to our questions which I appreciated! There's a reasonable grocery store only 1-2 minutes away. Don't waste any time and book the place, you won't regret it!

Perfect home in a perfect location!

We were the first to stay in this newly remodeled home and the owners did a beautiful job. Very comfortable and welcoming. The layout was perfect for our family. The large bedroom and separate bath at one end was perfect for my daughter, her husband and our 8 month old granddaughter. We could put the baby to bed and play games in the evening without disturbing her. The location was great -- close to town and even with COVID-19, we were able to get groceries and supplies and were quite comfortable going to a couple restaurants. The best part though is the beachfront. Wonderful beach and sandy out into the water. The baby also enjoyed her first up north beach vacation! The owners have the beach and patio very nicely set up with everything you need, including life jackets, beach towels, lots of water toys and plenty of comfortable seating. We had a great time are are looking forward to returning next year.

We have been enjoying hosting guests at our other summer homes for 5 years and just acquired this home in 2018. We are a family of 6 and know what it takes to have a fun safe place to bring your family. We like to accommodate large families and give them a place where they get all the fun without having to leave the property. Safety for little ones with areas to play is important.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Location is spectacular! You can't get any closer to down town Boyne City AND be on the lake. Sunset views are the best! This property has a large sandy, not rocky, beach, which is unusual for Lake Charlevoix. Boyne City is a fun town with lots of festivals, shopping and dining, all available with a short walk! Have a go on the kayaks or paddleboard provided. To be able to get the full vacation experience without having to get in your car is wonderful!
