Welcome to our beautiful home in sunny Encintas. One of the hottest vacation destination spots in the entire world. Blocks away from the bustling downtown and peaceful family friendly beaches, our home on a quiet street with a large inviting backyard will give you the vacation you need. The home is completely equipped for families or groups. There are restaurants, local coffee hangouts, parks, shopping, art galleries and the many unique businesses abound along Historic Highway 101 in Leucadia.

The Space:
Only a five min walk to all of downtown encinitas!
Less then a half a mile from Moonlight Beach and close to LegoLand, SeaWorld,
San Diego Zoo, Safari Park, and Public Golf course. Access to
amazing dining for all tastes, or do some gourmet cooking of your own
with a fully equipped open Chefs kitchen and brand new grill!
This clean, brand new construction home was completed in 2022 and is completely new, with 3 king beds and a queen in the guest room. The many amenities will make your trip to Encinitas the perfect one:) Wireless internet, cable, washer and dryer, outside patio and shower, and grill will make you feel like a local! Come enjoy all of what encinitas has to offer !

The Neighborhood:
5 min walk to, bars and local restaurants. This home is located in one of the most magnificent areas in all of Encinitas. The street is very quiet and family friendly. With close beach access points to the north or south, take the short drive and enjoy the sand. You can’t beat this beach location — walk and bike to all Leucadia and Encinitas have to offer, Some of our favorite places along the historic 101 Highway: Le Papagayo, Regal Seagull, The Pannikin, Solterra, Lofty Coffee, Pandora Pizza, Leucadia Donuts and Fish 101. Encinitas is one of the last true surf towns in Southern California that enjoys a mix of classic surf shops, local taco stands and modern, upscale restaurants. Walk and bike along Neptune Avenue to local beaches such as Grandview, Beacon Beach, Stone Steps and Moonlight State Beach.
