Getting around Franklin from Hargrove Road is simple and convenient. Downtown Franklin is just a short drive away and easily accessible by car or rideshare services like Uber and Lyft.



For day trips, Nashville is only 30 minutes north via I-65, making it easy to balance the charm of Franklin with the energy of Music City.



Locally, Franklin Transit offers bus routes connecting key areas, including the historic district and shopping centers. For a more leisurely pace, bike rentals are available downtown - perfect for exploring the area’s scenic streets.



Much of Franklin, especially Main Street, is very walkable, with shops, restaurants, and attractions close together. Whether you choose to drive, walk, or use local transit, navigating Franklin from this location is stress-free, ensuring you can make the most of your stay.



Other Things to Note:

▶ To avoid insects and mold, please keep all windows and doors closed. Leaving them open while the AC is on could result in a fee up to $500. For your comfort, we recommend setting the AC between 72-83°F.



▶ This camper/RV is privately owned and does not include maid service or daily cleanings. The cleaning fee covers a final cleaning (after your checkout).



▶ Unregistered guests are not permitted.



▶ Pets are not allowed.



▶ No parties. Significant noise or playing loud music after 9:00 pm will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.



▶ No smoking of any substance is permitted in the unit. Evidence of any type of smoking will result in a $250 fee, and you will be asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.



▶ Check-in is at/after 4 pm and check-out time is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am.



▶ During check-in, you will find towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper provided for your convenience. Please note that we do not provide additional supplies during your stay, so we recommend planning accordingly.



▶ Please note that moving the furniture in the camper/RV is not permitted. Violation of this rule can result in a penalty in the amount of $250.



▶ TRASH: There are two trash cans on the driveway. Trash service will only pick up bagged trash. Loose trash will not be collected, and a $75 fee will be applied for loose trash.



▶ Do not flush paper towels, wipes, trash, or feminine products down the toilet. Please use the bins instead. If it is found that something has been flushed and clogged the septic system, you could be charged damages.
