Enjoy our spacious 320 square-foot dreamy guesthouse behind our home. The guest house has vaulted ceilings, lots of windows, quartz countertops in the kitchen, a soaking tub, a separate shower, and a few other lux items, lighting with dimmers, lush carpet, and cozy bedding. We are just minutes away from downtown Franklin with lots of shopping and great restaurants! But you feel like youâre in the country with our horses and rural setting .
We were on our 50th anniversary. We loved our stay. The area, the "dreamy place" were perfect. The host, Erin, super! We made beautiful memories there! We'd highly recommend it for a great relaxation and re-connection!- Christian n Regina Wanner
Erin did a great job communicating with us before we arrived, and was willing to accommodate when we were considering changing our plans due to weather. The cottage itself was very clean and homey. The property surrounding the cottage was beautiful and peaceful. Would definitely stay here again!
My husband and I stayed 2 nights at this beautiful tiny home for our 12th wedding anniversary. It's on 8 acres with the owners home and a few other homes. It has a privacy fence in front of it so you don't feel like you are near others. The location is a perfect country setting, with horses on the property, but it's close to town as well. The house itself is darling. It has a small kitchen with a double burner stove top, fridge, microwave, coffee pot, dishes, sink, and table with 2 chairs. In the other part of the open space is a loveseat, a small closet, and a queen size bed with nightstands, & a TV mounted up high facing it. A huge chandelier hangs in the center of the room. Behind a sliding barn door is a beautiful bathroom with a toilet, sink, standing corner shower, and a soaking tub for baths. There are places to sit outside for a morning cup of coffee. When we arrived, the hostess greeted us and showed us around. She made sure we had everything we needed. The home is well stocked with extra things, including toiletries. We had such a wonderful time!!!! Would definitely recommend to any couple needing a little time away together â€ïž
This is a great place to stay when visiting the Nashville/Franklin area. We were only here for three days, but were able to visit places like Carnton, downtown Franklin, the Williamson County Fair, Liepers Fork Distillery, Spring Hill, and even got out to The Grand Ole Opry.
The location is great! The tiny house was clean, new/cute decor, well-stocked with everything youâll need, and the bed was comfortable. The check-in and check-out process were great with Erin, who was prompt, thorough, and very kind. That southern hospitality. đ
The grounds with the horses and trees were beautiful. Easy access and parking.
Will definitely return! Thank you, Erin for everything!
