Notre maison Sunriver de 3 chambres est l'endroit idéal pour profiter du soleil toute l'année et de la beauté du centre de l'Oregon. Spacieuse maison Sunriver de 1600 pieds carrés, très bien située, à seulement un mile et demi du village de Sunriver et à moins d'un mile du centre aquatique SHARC. 8 laissez-passer SHARC fournis sans frais supplémentaires et comprennent également des courts de tennis et une piste de luge. 8 personnes maximum. Fort Rock Park est à seulement 1/2 mile away. Grand espace vert derrière la maison. Grand bain à remous sur terrasse en L, barbecue à gaz, 12 vélos.
Immense grande salle avec plafond voûté et puits de lumière est ouverte sur la cuisine et la salle à manger, le wi-fi, la télévision à écran plat, le DVD / CD et le poêle à bois avec bois de chauffage fourni. Cuisine entièrement équipée avec comptoirs en granit, micro-ondes, four, lave-vaisselle et tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vous sentir chez vous. Il y a 2 chambres à l'étage principal, une avec un lit queen, une télévision à écran plat et un dressing, et une avec 2 ensembles de lits superposés (4 lits au total). Le niveau principal a également une salle de bain complète et une buanderie.
La spacieuse chambre principale est à l'étage avec plafond voûté, télévision à écran plat, nouveau lit king, salle de bain complète avec de nouveaux comptoirs en granit avec lavabos doubles, dressing, portes françaises sur une terrasse privée.

A wonderful "getaway"

We were a group of 5----me, my daughter, 2 granddaughters and a boyfriend. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked for all of our needs, there was wood for the fire and the hottub was very accessible---we could all go in togther when we wanted to. We loved our week there!

Wonderfully open floor plan

My children and I booked 2 homes as a Christmas weekend instead of buying presents to make memories and have quality family time.This house may be smaller footage wise but feels way bigger with the open floor plan. We had 13 people for breakfast (2 houses combined) and there was plenty of space and did not feel crowded! The littles loves the bunk room, and called it the kids counters The owner, Linda, was wonderful to communicate with.We will definitely be renting again in the future!

Nice Trip

We had a nice time during our stay and would book again. The kitchen was very well stocked, we appreciated the hot tub having an overhead covering, and though we brought our own, it was great to see all the bikes available to borrow!

Well equipped and comfortable!

We were impressed that this house had everything we needed - bikes, hot tub, SHARC passes, and one of the best equipped kitchens and pantries I have found in a vacation rental. We’d love to stay here again!

Great fit for our family

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was a nice size for our young family and had nice amenities. The location was great as well. We were in town for a large baseball tournament, so we weren't at the house much except to sleep. The beds were comfy and the hot tub was a nice touch. Thank you for the great communication!

Good house and location

The house was great to stay at and was convenient. Since there is no ac it did get hot during the day but cools off significantly in the evenings. Fun layout and a great space to relax.

Fun and active vacation

We spent a fun week of beautiful blue skies swimming and biking on the many trails Sunriver has to offer. The house had a big selection of bikes for different ages. It’s biking distance to the playground and the SHARC. The hot tub was very clean and just the right temperature. We cooked and ate out on the deck every day. Great place for a multigenerational family vacation.

This Sunriver house was relaxed and comfortable! The location and amenities were fabulous!

This house definitely was the the perfect escape! We had a great stay in Sunriver. The house was wonderful for adults and children. We enjoyed the bikes and hot tub everyday, they were a bonus for sure. There is plenty of seating for a large group, having a sectional and also another couch set in the living room. Comfy beds and great bunks for the kiddos. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Sunriver!

Great home.

More kitchen and cooking things you could ever need. Blankets, towels, etc.. Home is set up nicely. Lots of bikes! Quiet and you can watch the deer. I would go again. Highly recommend.

Very big deck. There were nicer chairs for the deck in the garage that they didn't show in the pics. Hot tub was good, but it had way too many chemicals, smell was very overwhelming. The kitchen is very well stocked. I would rent this again for sure.

Family time

Our family had a great stay. House is spacious, clean, well laid out, and extremely well stocked. Convenient location. Nice hot tub. Best array of bikes that we have encountered in any of our Sunriver stays. No AC, but we were able to cool off house easily with window fans. Host Linda is easy to get in touch with. Great rental for groups/families. Thanks!

Great home!

The kitchen was the most well stocked kitchen I have ever seen in a VRBO. Lots of herbs and spices, utensils, slow cooker, kuerig coffee cups. Everything! Beds were comfy. Hot tub was nice and clean. The room configuration was also good. A bunk room and queen bedroom downstairs and the master suite upstairs. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect house for our family

We really enjoyed our 6 night stay in this home. It was perfect for our family of 6. The kitchen was very well stocked, the home was clean and nicely decorated, and we enjoyed the very large deck, hot tub, and BBQ grill. The master bedroom is upstairs and there is no air conditioning, but it wasn't really a problem for us since it cooled off at night and we left our screened door open. Fans were provided.

Great place to stay!

3 Red Hill is a great place to stay. Has every kitchen anything you could possibly need. There was an issue with the refrigerator not working and I reached out to Linda about it and she was very attentive and immediately took care of the issue. Both her and her husband were very kind and helpful. Great customer service by both of them. Was a all around great vacation! Thank you so much!

Comfortable, well stocked home

Our family stayed here in December and enjoyed a very comfortable visit. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. We found everything we were looking for. Nice wood stove with plenty of firewood, plastic sleds for the hill. Comfortable seating areas, games, a nice hot tub and pleasant deck area. Everything was clean and well arranged. Living area has vaulted ceiling with skylights The vaulted master suite has a small deck and nice updated shower. King bed in master was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect getaway!

We stayed here for an extended holiday weekend. The house exceeded expectations. Thr pictures do not do it justice! I love to cook and always come prepared, but incase I wasn't - this house had everything! Best stocked kitchen in all my sunriver visits. The layout was perfect for our small family. The kids ran in circles basically the entire time. It was a bit further away from the village then we are normally used to but very close to the park which was a treat for our kiddos! Highly recommend.

Great family rental with wonderful owner!

My family stayed here for a week this summer and the house was just perfect for us. Our experience booking the house was very easy and professional with Linda. The house is on a nice and quiet house, just a short bike ride (they have 15 bikes of all sizes) to the SHARC. Loved the 8 passes to the SHARC pool. House is ideally set up for up to 2 couples and 4 kids. Kitchen is very well stocked! Beds are nice! House is clean! Very easy!!! Two things that the owner did that show her care for her tenants: She sent us a bottle of wine to apologize for having to do 2 days of maintenance on the hot tub, and she mailed back our little boys' stuffed animal.

Fun for all

We have never been to Sunriver , and now sorry we have been missing it . Was a very hot stretch in August , so we lucked out with this home . Spacious , comfy , clean and a wealth of items provided for your enjoyment . Felt very much like being at home .. many thanks to the owners for the use of their home .. Cooled down nicely at night and the hot tub felt great on a couple of mornings ! With the multitude of fans , no AC was a non-issue . Really appreciated having the garage for our own bikes , golf clubs , etc .. and our kids ( 30's !! ) made good use of the bikes on site .. No complaints .. great trip .. thank you

Wonderful, well equipped family vacation home.

We stayed at Linda's home for a week just after Christmas through New Years. We were happy with the home in every way: the kitchen was well-equipped and even well-stocked with condiments and spices, the floor plan was open and spacious, the furniture and beds were comfortable, the garage was large enough for a car to be parked there which was a bonus with the incredibly cold weather we experienced, and the location was perfect. Our three generations all loved going to the Sharc with the passes which were included. Linda was so attentive to any questions I had and made the whole rental experience very positive. All in all my four year old grandson summed it up. He asked if we could come back to the same house next time we come! I think he can count on it. Susan M.

You will love the open floor plan of our home after a day of biking, swimming in the new SHARC aquatic center, golfing, fishing, rafting, canoeing, tennis, skiing, snowboarding or whatever activities you enjoy in this beautiful setting. Eight free SHARC passes included, which can also be used to reserve tennis and pickleball courts. The bike trail is right across the street, and our home has more than enough bikes for you to use. We think it is the perfect location, only 1 and 1/2 miles from the shopping village, 9/10 of a mile from SHARC, and half a mile from Fort Rock Park.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The SHARC aquatic center is only 9/10 of a mile away. Fort Rock Park is only 1/2 mile away and has sand volleyball, basketball, children's play equipment,tennis, pickleball, picnic areas, and a field for family sports or games. Mountain sports are only 18 miles away at Mt. Bachelor, and the hot tub will be ready for you when you return. It's a short bike ride or walk to SHARC, the Sunriver village or Fort Rock Park.
