Oui! 8 passes SHARC incluses! Notre maison confortable, lumineuse et lumineuse, dispose de trois espaces extérieurs séparés pour profiter de la détente, de la lecture, des grillades, du bain à remous et se livrer à des boissons rafraîchissantes. La cuisine est bien équipée (c'est-à-dire, robot culinaire, mixeur, poêle électrique, air popper et plus) et bien garnie. La salle à manger peut accueillir confortablement 8 plus 2 tabourets au comptoir. Le salon spacieux comprend un nouveau foyer au gaz pour les nuits fraîches, une grande télévision à écran plat, un lecteur DVD, un futon queen et de nombreux sièges pour discuter, rire et profiter de vos invités.

La première chambre principale est également au niveau principal et dispose d'un lit king-size confortable, d'une télévision à écran plat avec lecteur DVD, d'un accès direct au bain à remous privé extérieur et d'une vanité spacieuse supplémentaire et d'un lavabo juste à l'extérieur de la salle de bain complète.

La deuxième chambre principale avec un lit queen confortable est au niveau supérieur avec deux grands placards, une télévision à écran plat et une salle de bain complète. Le loft au niveau supérieur comprend une nouvelle table de jeu qui se transforme en table de poker, un bar avec réfrigérateur et évier, un lit gigogne, une télévision à écran plat, un placard et un accès direct au pont supérieur.

Nous avons un studio de 3ème chambre / 3ème salle de bain idéalement situé avec une douche à l'italienne facile, un lit gigogne (qui peut se convertir en un lit king) et une télévision à écran plat. Ce studio est parfait pour les jeunes ou ceux qui souhaitent s'évader! (Cette «escapade en studio» est attachée au garage qui est attaché à la maison).

La maison peut accueillir confortablement 8 personnes dans des lits, mais peut en accueillir 10 (en supposant 2 sur le futon queen).

Fun in the snow

This property was the perfect fit for a getaway with friends visiting from out of the area. We didn’t have time to visit the SHARC but got to visit the nearby High Desert Museum instead, which was wonderful. The layout of the home was a great fit for us and was comfortable for two couples (one with a toddler) and a single. Owners were wonderfully responsive and very clear with check in and check out instructions. We’d love to stay here again, but for one extra night next time!

Family vacay/work strip

We had a blast and want to stay longer. I was admittedly worried about no AC but there are plenty of fans, and the nights get down to the mid/low 50s so we were comfy the whole time. Great access to the north store and plenty of things to do. Thanks for making it great!

Perfect for Families!

This Sunriver home was everything advertised and was a wonderful place to stay with a great yard for family get togethers! We had no problems while there, but the hosts were fantastic with communication before we arrived, so I have no doubt that all needs would have been addressed promptly if needed.

Sunriver stay

This house has ample accomodations for a family and is in a good location within sunriver. I think this property would really be a slam dunk in the summer with it's amenities including bikes and SHARC passes.

Great location, clean property, quite neighborhood

We had the best stay at this property. This house was perfect for our vacation. Included Sharc passes that we enjoyed many days. It was easy to find as well coming in from Bend. This house is well maintained and was very clean. Our family was so relaxed we didn’t want to leave to come home. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely Home

Our multi-generational family stayed here and it was perfectly suited for us. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because there was an appliance issue, but the owner responded immediately and was very accommodating so she gets 5 stars! We would definitely stay here again.

First time to Sunriver

Great house that fit my family of 6 perfect. We ended up renting during a heat wave and the house was stalked with fans that allowed us to keep it cool. Great quiet location.

Great Home

Wonderful home near bike paths with a plush lawn in the front... a rare thing in Sunriver. Great deck and hot tub. Plenty of eating options in the summer. Well stocked kitchen!

Wonderful experience

We loved this house! It was well stocked and had everything we needed. It was a hot week but there were plenty of fans and it cooled down at night and was very tolerable. The beds were comfortable, the studio bedroom worked well for our adult son. There were 10 bikes in excellent condition. Nice hot tub, we would definitely stay in this house again!

Overall it was good. The upstairs toilet runs so that needs to be fixed and master bedroom slider was very hard to open so may need to look at that but we had a good time.

The property was clean and very well equipped in the the kitchen. Plenty of bedding and towels.

We spent our Christmas at this residence. There were seven of us, 5 adults and two children. The bedrooms were very comfortable with private bathrooms. The loft was perfect for the children. A special plus was the studio bedroom for one adult enjoying quiet time away from children. The hot tub was perfect, especially when it started to snow, magical. We utilized the sharc passes every day for sledding and swimming. We saw deer and several animal tracks in the back yard, which was very exciting for the children. What a beautiful home to spend our holidays. We hope to come back again.

Nice Property

This is a beautiful home located about 2 miles from Sunriver Village. We had picked the home for the size since we were staying there for a baseball tournament. Home had every amenities we needed included bikes for all ages and SHARC passes (fair warning - SHARC can get really busy and the wait line to get in can be long). The only thing that was a little odd was the 3rd/Studio bedroom with the two twin beds. The odd part was the bathroom was exposed to the bedroom. My boys found it disturbing and warmed one another not to go #2 while the other was trying to sleep. 😂 We had a great time on our mini-vacation.

Perfect house for the whole family!

Loved the location, gas fireplace, decks, and hot tub. Furniture was comphy, kitchen was well stocked, house Is well maintained and very clean. We took advantage of the SHARC passes that come with the stay. The only complaint is that all the bikes need maintenance and repair. Some were totally unusable. And the ones we did make work were not ideal for a long bike ride with the issues they had. And being that it’s SunRiver and the house sits right on the bike path this seems pretty important to offer guests safe functioning bikes to use. Other than that we LOVED our stay. This was my 7th time renting a home in SunRiver. This house checks all the boxes.

Cleanest Property in Sunriver

We has a wonderful stay at this property in Sunriver. We have rented at least 20 houses in Sunriver and found this one to be the cleanest including the hot tub that we have stayed in. We were a family of four with two teens and found the layout of the house to be perfect. We enjoyed the game table upstairs in the loft, as well as lovely decks upstairs and down. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the gas fireplace on our unusual cold Memorial Day weekend. We did not use the space off of the garage, but could see how older teens would appreciate a separate space! Because it was rather chilly while we were there, we did not use the bikes, but noted a good assortment and appreciated that they were available. The house does have some 80s features, but we found it to be a wonderful place to stay due to cleanliness, layout, location, bed comfort, well kept decks, hot tub and newer appliances.

Perfect Christmas getaway

This was exactly what we were looking for. We decided that we would do a winter "destination" Christmas this year, and this house was perfect for our family of 5 (14-, 16-, and 18-year-old kids). The house was impeccably clean and very well stocked (linens, towels, cutlery, dishes, etc.). The weather was a mix of rain and snow while we were there. On a couple of the heavier snow days, there was even someone who stopped by to plow the driveway and shovel the front deck. The location was perfect. It was a quick drive down to the Village, very easy to get to the freeway, and very close to the Sunriver Marketplace (with convenient gas station). We used the spa a couple of afternoons...it felt so good after a day of snowshoeing! The garage is stocked with bikes, although we didn't use any during our stay. Overall, I would give this house a 10/10. The homeowners gave a lot of great instruction and guidance before our trip, and I know would have been on top of any issue that could have come up during our trip. Luckily for us, we didn't have any. Thank you Joanie and Carlos for sharing your home with us!!!

Great place!

The communication with the owners was nice and pleasant they were very helpful and everything went smoothly. The house was in a great location and fit our family well. My only suggestion would be to maybe have a chat with the cleaning company. I had to clean the house when I arrived. The hard floors needed to be cleaned there was a lot of stuff stuck to them and dust bunnies. Also, the bed my daughter slept in had an old tissue under the comforter and food in the nightstand drawer. The trash only had 1/2 a can left for a week of trash and there is a fee if they are over filled so it was a challenge to find somewhere to take the trash we accumulated. I'm sure this wouldn't be a problem in the future after speaking with the cleaning staff. We really did enjoy our time after getting things cleaned up and do recommend this home for others. I am only letting the owner know since it is a service she and her guest are paying for. Thank you for allowing us to rent your home!

My husband and I live in Portland, Oregon (I am a "native Oregonian") and manage other rental property. We are outdoor people and love to explore! We enjoy hiking, mountain biking, skiing, kayaking, and golfing.

We love Central Oregon and the fact that there are 300+ sunny days a year here! My husband and his family have been vacationing in Sunriver since highschool. One of our favorite things to do is go for a "coffee walk" first thing in the morning. Great time to plan the day's activities!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The three separate outdoor areas of this beautiful home was what initially attracted us. We like the two master suites with plenty of sleeping areas for kids and teens. The landscaping around the property and lawn was also something unique from other properties. The large loft area with small fridge and wet bar presents more options for us and our guests, too.
