We have 4-bedrooms and three full-bathrooms! All bedrooms feature a cozy king-size memory foam mattress, television, and ceiling fan. All bedding and towels are washed with green cleaners for a better earth and better health!

Our modern skylit kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals as well as some entertaining dishes for serving. Our washer and dryer are also located in the kitchen and come equipped with natural laundry detergent!

Dining area:

Our picturesque dining room seats 8 comfortably as well as 2 more at the countertop. Padded chairs cozy chairs ideal for a family meal or game night! Enjoy the beautiful view of the pool while you savor a meal :)

Our backyard features a 10ft deep saltwater heated pool surrounded by lush tropical landscaping! Enjoy an evening swim or pool-side vibes with a color changing pool light.

The neighborhood:

The home is nestled in a quiet and safe residential area near Wilmington, making it very family-friendly. Our neighborhood is also wonderful for biking and walking! We are conveniently located near a main road, making trips into Wilmington or to the beach access' super easy; although there is a potential for light traffic noise outdoors during the day.


Located in the lovely Leland and Belville area, you'll enjoy the peacefulness of a suburb with the convenience of being a mere 10 minutes from downtown Wilmington. Only a few minutes away is the Belville Riverwalk Park which has gorgeous walking trails, festivals, a farmers market, and playgrounds!
