3-Bedroom, Outdoor Japanese Soaking Tub, Fire-Pit, originally built in 1890!
One of the oldest homes in Denver, this 1890 build is perfectly located adjacent to Denverâs hot art district, RiNo. Just minutes from Downtown, this Western Victorian is overloaded with amenities presented in a modern industrial creation. Whether you are looking for zen relaxation or a party weekend with nightlife, this home has you covered.
A spectacular property in a wonderful Denver neighborhood
The property is stunning and in a very good location. The layout, the artwork, the amenities - they were all top-notch. We used the hot tub every day and had a spectacular time. The house is very convenient to some of the best restaurants in Denver, indeed in all of the United States. I would highly recommend this property. It will exceed your expectations.
This place was amazing and exceeded all expectations. I didnât want to leave it was such a beautiful property. The host was also so amazing. If I could buy this property, I would tenfold. 10/10
First of all, Denver is a city with everything you need to see and do. The property had all of the amenities i could have asked for. The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and entertaining. To date, the city and house are the coolest I've stayed at.
Iâve traveled all over the world in my career for over 20 years, and I know what its like to walk into a special place youâre about to accommodate for the the next few days and my home is that special place. There are just not any com-parables in Denver that really does it justice. I hope you love it as much as I have.
Curtis Park is a landmark preserved area and was the very first neighborhood in Denver. Itâs protected from the townhomes that put 6 families on a single lot and everyone who lives there understands why its special and they love living there.
Built originally in 1890, this home has been through the times, and it shows in the best ways, from carvings in the walls from 1941, and marble walls are leftover from when the Denver International Airport was built. This home is so unique in how it welcomes you to climb in the outdoor Japanese soaking tub, or climb in the hammock and enjoy a cannabis treat or just walk a couple blocks and youâre at the best restaurants in Denver. Youâll find with the big swinging door in the kitchen that opens the home to the outside combines the indoors and outdoors as one and youâll be in and out enjoying both during your entire stay.
