Graduation Weekend

This property is perfect. We were minutes away from the DU campus and an easy walk to Wash Park. Also, loved how close the coffee shops were. We will recommend this house to everyone.

Family Early Thanksgiving

The house was perfect for our family to meet up for an early Thanksgiving celebration. We came from Virginia and met up with 4 of our 5 sons from Salt Lake City, UT, Fresno,CA and Denver and thoroughly enjoyed our time at this beautiful home. Beautiful home

This home was beautiful and easy to access. Plenty of street parking when we were concerned with no on site parking. Everything was clearly labeled and clean. Multiple ways to make coffee. I was even able to bake fresh bread with the baking scale in the cabinet. Would definitely rent again if available on our next visit

Best home ever

The host was super attentive and super responsive! Everything that could be needed in a home was there starting from the kitchen to the bedrooms and restrooms and even extra supplies. This home is perfect to accommodate a big family!

Great Stay

This property looks better in person than it does on line. Our group was a total of 7 relatives. There are plenty of places to hang out in this house. The house has EVERYTHING to make your stay enjoyable. The kitchen has quality pans and equipment so that guests can actually cook. All cabinets are labeled so guests know where to find equipment and where to put it back. The yard and gardens around the house are lovely. The neighborhood is great. Keegan, the manager, is very responsive should you need something. Even though the house is on a main street , it isn’t noisy at night. This is an older house, so there are stairs to get into the house and to get to either the first level or basement. I have stayed in many rentals and this one is one of the best.

Excellent House

Everything was as advertised. Home is in a great area within walking distance to Washington Park and restaurants and coffee shop. For some reason the driveway was not included with the rental, it was not an issue. Would rent again.

Wonderful rental for family of 9

Our family stayed a week at this Denver home. We found everything we needed here to be comfortable. The landscaping was beautiful. The proximity to Washington Park made early morning runs and later leisurely strolls doable. Gaylord shops are a few walkable blocks away. A fenced private area off the porch provided a place for the children to play while adults could sit and talk on the backyard furniture while dinner was grilling. The owner has carefully labeled where supplies needed can be found. We needed to supply very little besides our food. The home was even more lovely than the photos provided and very clean. Even though we were 7 adults and 2 children we were able to navigate the two bathrooms with little problem. The double sink in the second bathroom helped. We would choose to return here if the occasion presented itself and we highly recommend this home for a Denver visit.

My favorite VRBO yet!

The house was perfect for our needs. The most organized and well stocked vrbo we have ever stayed. Literally anything we needed was within reach. Also decorated adorably. In town for my daughter's graduation from DU and the space was ideal and location fantastic. We loved hanging out it the yard or watching the rain from the front porch -- and walking to restaurants on Gaylord was an added bonus. Luanne went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Would love to stay there again!

Stay at 1201 is located in the heart of the Wash Park neighborhood. Easy walking distance to the park and to shops and restaurants on Old South Gaylord. Short driving distance to Cherry Creek Shopping District and Downtown Denver. Red Rocks is approximately 30 minutes away.

Stay at 1201 has plenty of room, each bedroom has a smart TV and there is a large smart TV in the living room and a smaller TV in the sunroom. The yard is designed for entertaining with a nice patio, including both a gas and charcoal grill, seating area with firepit, as well as a grassy area for games.
