This beautifully updated home comfortably sleeps 10 or more with king beds in each master suite, two rooms with queen beds, and a double twin bedroom.
Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, ideally between Boulder and Denver, with easy access to the mountains and skiing, Rocky Mountain National Park, Lakes, and many other outdoor activities. Close to shopping, parks, restaurants, skiing, hiking, Downtown Denver, Downtown Boulder, and much more!

Make yourself comfortable in this rustic, modern Colorado home, which features two large living rooms, five bedrooms with six beds, and four full bathrooms!
The upstairs features an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings. Enter into a large living area with a custom wood-burning fireplace that connects to the kitchen and dining area. The basement is ready for entertainment, with a living room and bar. There are two master suites with king beds and private bathrooms, two queen rooms, a twin bunk with trundle, and four full bathrooms for your use! Children are welcome, and a crib is available for use upon request. Great for gatherings, family vacations, entertaining, group trips, etc.

- Bedroom 1 - The primary bedroom on the main floor has a comfortable king-size bed and a large closet. This bedroom has the only private bath upstairs, a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Basement Level:
- Bedroom 2 - This basement master bedroom has a king-size bed with a walk-in closet. The private bath has a custom tile shower and dual shower heads.

Whether ordering in or preparing a meal for the whole group you will be ready in the fully stocked kitchen. It features beautiful countertops and modern appliances, including a refrigerator, gas range, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. The dining area is perfect for enjoying a meal as a group.
The main level showcases an open concept from the living room, dining room, and kitchen. It features a custom wood-burning fireplace and vaulted ceilings.

The basement features a second living room with an enormous reclining sectional. Here, you can cozy up to a movie or entertain yourself with the beautiful wet bar with granite countertops. Need additional sleeping space? No problem! The reclining sectional is easy to re-arranged and can sleep two or more additional guests.

The house is located in a friendly cul-de-sac of a quiet neighborhood. The backyard is fully enclosed with a 6-foot privacy fence. The back patio has a decorative wood pergola, outdoor dining, and a ready-to-use BBQ grill.

The house is in a residential neighborhood, so a car is great for getting around. You can also use Uber or Lyft for reasonable rates in most areas of the Denver Metro. RTD also offers the Flatiron Flyer, which travels from Denver to Boulder along Highway 36. This is an excellent option for getting around, too!

We are here for you during your stay as needed - only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. If you have questions or need anything during your visit, please contact us directly through the app for the most efficient service. We are happy to be contacted via phone or through Vrbo before, during,or after your stay.

☆☆ PRICING ☆☆
Our base rate is for the first 4 guests; each additional guest after 4 is an additional $30 per person per night. This pricing structure allows us to accommodate different size groups fairly while maintaining associated soft costs. The home is prepared and stocked to accommodate the number of guests on the reservation. We will gladly work with you if changes are required after the reservation is made and before check-in.
Pricing is strictly enforced, and failure to accurately account for additional guests may result in an increased fee or termination of your reservation.

Other Things to Note

Parties:
Parties are subject to an additional rental fee based on the size and type of party or gathering being held at the home.
This home is in a residential area on a quiet street, and respecting the neighbors is the most important rule. Parties and gatherings may not disturb the neighbors, who have been asked to notify us if this rule is broken. Parties that are excessively loud or disruptive will be shut down immediately. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask, and we will be happy to help. Additional cleaning and/or disruption costs may be incurred for parties at the owner's discretion. Parties are to be concluded by midnight and guests at the house after midnight are subject to the additional guest fee.

Pets:
All pets must be listed on the reservation when booking. Please indicate the number/type of pets that will be joining your during your stay. All pets must be housebroken, stay off the furniture/beds, and may not be left alone in the home or outside. Please pick up all pet poo - bags are provided at the house for your use. Failure to report pets or clean up after them may result in additional fees.

Ring Doorbell/Camera:
So that you know, we have a ring doorbell on the front door and a camera on the front of the house. We do not actively monitor these cameras and only use them as protection for our home.

Smoking:
Smoking of any kind is forbidden inside, which will result in a minimum fine of $500. Smoking fees will be assessed at the owner's discretion. You are welcome to step onto the back patio and enjoy.

My twirling group and their moms traveled to Colorado for a competition. The property was spacious with a lot of room. We appreciated the 4 bathrooms with several teenage girls with us.

Beautiful house

The home was beautiful and well stocked, even with supplies to make our infant comfortable. The property manager was very accomodating and responsive including answering questions before our stay. We hosted a small bridal shower here and there was plenty of space for people to socialize.

Great place for a big family getaway

This place was great for our family of four plus two in-laws and their daughter. The house was clean, well stocked with towels, cooking supplies, etc. The layout was great for everyone to have their own space. There were even some toys for my young niece to play with. The location was convenient for groceries and restaurants. The neighborhood was pretty quite, but we were also gone a lot for family activities. I would highly recommend this place and host for the future.

We enjoyed our time at this location. Nice quiet neighborhood and close to many places to visit in Colorado. Finished basement containing 3 of the 5 bedrooms home is perfect! I would highly recommend this home.

Group stay

We brought a group of teenagers to visit all of Colorado and this rental near Denver was a great end to our trip. The layout was perfect to separate the teenagers from the adults. They enjoyed the separate living room and had movie night each night. We had a little hiccup the first morning we were there, but a quick 7 am call to the owner and it was resolved quickly. Outdoor space was nice! Everything was very comfortable and accommodating. I would highly recommend.

great accommodations for a family

WE had a great stay in a nice house perfect for a three generation family - separate primary suites from Grandma and Grandpa and Mom and Dad - 2 bedrooms adjacent to one of the primary suites for the 1 and 3 year olds and another bedroom for the uncle - great unit!

My husband, Franklin, and I (Laurie) look forward to hosting you! I am native to the state and my husband has been in Colorado for over 20 years. We live nearby should you need anything during your stay!
A Quick History of the Home -
We bought this home in 2018 as a starter home for our family. The entire house was original 1980s finishes when we purchased it, and we remodeled it ourselves while we lived there until 2022. When we had our third child and were in the last room of the renovation, we realized we needed a different long-term space for our family but loved our home too much to let it go. After our long-term renters moved out in late 2023, we converted the house into a short-term rental. In our first few months, we quickly realized that this option lets us share the hard work we put into the home with many people and families from all over. It is truly an honor to be a part of your trip!

We chose this neighborhood because the location is great with convenient access to Denver, Boulder, and the other suburbs while maintaining a quiet place to live - and our expectation was exceeded! The neighbors are all great, friendly people. The location offers quick access to almost everything Denver Metro offers with plenty of local options for retail and dining. We love the location so much that we only live a mile away!

Our home was thoughtfully remodeled and updated from a functionality and comfort standpoint. Living in the house while renovations were underway allowed us to make educated, real-time decisions to best use each space. As you can see in the photos, the home is spacious and offers many rooms. The rooms are all nicely sized and well-proportioned to each other. The ground level and basement are coordinating spaces while often feeling like two separate houses, which is great for multi-family groups.
