IMPORTANT:
- The garage is not included in the rental. Parking spaces are located on the driveway.
- The pool is maintained at 80 degrees. If you desire a warmer pool, the heater can be increased to 85 for a charge of $400 per week (60/day).
- The fireplace on the back deck is for decoration only, it contains a decorative basket. Do not try to use as there is no chimney.
- You may see space heaters in the pictures of the back deck but they are not operational.
