Ceci est un tout nouveau (construit en 2016) 3 chambres (4 lits Queen), 2. 5 salle de bain maison de ville au coeur du RiNo Art District à Denver. 10 couchages! Les commodités comprennent un système d'entrée sans clé, l'air climatisé central, une laveuse / sécheuse, un foyer au gaz, une cuisinière à gaz, des comptoirs en granit, deux lavabos au 2e et au 3e étage, un balcon extérieur massif à côté de la chambre principale, un dressing de plain-pied, un placard dans chaque autre chambre, cellier, douche à effet pluie dans la salle de bain principale, garage privé pour le stationnement, beaucoup d'espace de rangement, beaucoup de soleil.

Fine overall, reasonably priced for the area

The host is incredibly communicative (really very much so); helped situated a remote team of colleagues who stayed and were coming & going during a busy conference week. Stay itself was fine - just fine - the group's suggestion is to have a sprucing up of some of the interiors and perhaps a deep clean as well. Location cannot be beat, will say that much!

Perfect location

We were very happy exploring Rino and having a garage for offstreet parking. The owner is one of the most responsive we have ever met in our many rental journeys.

Great space in a great location

Family stayed for a wedding at Blanc-we could walk there. Plenty of space for all 10 of us to relax between events! Salil was super helpful and answered every question promptly! RiNo and all it has to offer is right around the corner-spent many hours and steps exploring! Nice view from balcony! Wonderful place to stay!

Modern Rino Retreat

Salil is an excellent host, very responsive, super thorough. Enjoyed contemporary feel of condo. Easy walking to restaurants in Rino district. Really liked Rye Society deli. Neighborhood is still in transition, appreciated garage parking.

Best host ive ever had

Highly recommend booking your stay with salil. He had the best communication ive ever had when booking a rental property. Location is great and the amount of space we had was perfect for our group. Salil was also very accommodating to us which saved us a lot of stress. We will definitely be booking again for our next gathering!

Great Location

Very happy with our stay! The location was perfect for our bachelor party as we could walk to so many restaurants and breweries and truthfully not a bad walk to downtown. The place was great for us and we really appreciated that there were three additional sleeping pads and tons of extra sheets and blankets/pillows so that everyone could have their own bed. Very nice to have a garage as street parking can be difficult. Would recommend and would stay again

Wedding Stay in RINO

Salil was very easily accessible during our stay. The home was big enough for our party of 6 and we even hosted the groomsmen on wedding day to get dressed. Our wedding venue was walking distance to the home and they actually walked to the ceremony. Location is also close to breweries, restaurants and shops. Overall, perfect for our needs.

Good Location

This place is in a good location in terms of walking distance to bars and restaurants. However, it is a new building nestled in an older neighborhood. The building has some more wear and tear than shown in the photos and the cleanliness wasn’t up to our expectations, however, overall it was a fine place to stay. The host was very accommodating and let us have an early check in.

Wonderful RiNo Stay!

Booked the house because our daughter was getting married at BLANC and what an ideal location this was! Salil (house host) was a terrific communicator and checked in with us throughout our stay to see if we needed anything. Garage was a bonus as we were there for the season's first snow storm....made getting inside the unit a breeze. One block to Larimer Street allowed everyone easy walking access to restaurants, breweries, and fun activities. Home had everything you could need (coffee pot, hair dryer, iron, etc) when traveling. We will definitely book this home on our next family trip to Denver!

Great place and fun location!

This place was perfect for our group of 7. We were in town for an ultimate tournament in Aurora and access to the highway is only about three minutes from the house. The house was clean and the beds were comfy! You can walk to one of the coolest neighborhoods in Denver - RiNo! The washer and dryer were so appreciated after long days on the fields. Salil is so communicative and easy to reach. We had a slight tub clog that he was able to immediately resolve before we were home for the day. We appreciated his responsiveness! Thanks for a great stay in a beautiful home!

Bachelorette in Denver

As far as location goes, this property was great- we were able to walk to a ton of places. The house was nice, beds were comfortable and the owner was flexible with check in and check out times which was awesome. The listing said that linens were provided however there were no wash cloths. We requested them and were brought three hand towels, so make sure that you bring a loofa or wash cloth! Another suggestion I would make is for there to be a sponge or something to wash dishes with- we used paper towels! All in all, it worked for us and was the perfect location for what we were doing!

This property was very clean and in a great location. It was the perfect place for 4 adults and 2 kids, and Salil was a fabulous host. Plan to use this rental again in the future.

Owner saved our Thanksgiving week family holiday

Salil saved our Thanksgiving week with family by working with us on check in so we had a home to celebrate the holiday after VRBO told us our previous reservation was cancelled 3 hours before check in and they did nothing to be flexible in finding us a replacement. Fortunately Salil was flexible. We would stay with him again but would never use VRBO. The unit was as advertised and we really enjoyed the stay ... clean, comfortable and conveniently located. We were able to prepare a traditional Thanksgiving dinner in a day’s notice.

The condominium is beautiful and is kept up in wonderful shape. All the amenities are up to date and provided an extremely comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Best of all, the host, Salil, was extremely kind and helpful. We enjoyed getting to know him. I stayed at a large number of similarly high grade accommodations, but this one is among the . very best

Super cool area, nice new condo

Really enjoyed our stay in Denver. We rented a care (there is a garage) because this place is so far away from the airport and we wanted to do some hiking, but if you didn't have a car, it was easy to get to bars, restaurants, and even down town. Between Uber and scooters, it was a ton of fun. Place was very clean and new. Wish there had been some laundry detergent and some hooks for towels, but those are truly our only "recommendations." Well stocked with towels, pillows and blankets. Nice outdoor space.

The huge dead spider on the ceiling of one of the bedrooms. No dish clothes or dish towels in the kitchen could had more towels for the bathroom available. But other then that it was a great place and location

Excellent location! Close to downtown Denver! Newly remodeled home for the neighborhood! Perfect size for 6 adults and a child! Rooftop deck is AMAZING! Salil is a perfect host! Very helpful-easy check in/out! I would highly recommend this VRBO!

Literally the best place ever

Place is awesome and is walking distance of everything(or scooting distance). House is beautiful and fit everyone comfortably, all amenities up to date and everything was super clean. Top floor balcony is next level, all in all pay whatever u have to any price is well worth it!! Ps. Guy that owns the house is super nice and professional

Great location

The neighborhood was so great for brewery hopping! We were in such an easy location. We walked everywhere and ride share was super easy to get a little easier to downtown but if we wanted the walk wouldn’t have been bad!

Weekend in Denver

The property was great space for our group of 8. The location is wonderful. The condo was very clean. My only note is that if going when the weather is very hot in Denver, check with the owner to be sure that the air is turned down prior to your arrival and that the 3rd floor bedroom has had additional a/c added. It was unseasonably hot when we were there and the 3rd floor bedroom never cooled off well.
