They are currently wrapping up construction on some of the retail spaces below but there is a new coffee shop on the ground floor. The development is within walking distance of all downtown Athens has to offer.

Guests have private access to the entire unit, including the high-speed wifi, washing machine, dryer, spacious bedrooms, full en-suite bathrooms, and stainless steel appliances. NO parking is available on site.

The apartment is located on the second (top) floor of the building which means you won’t hear anyone stomping around above you, but you will have to climb stairs to get to the unit.
