TOADHAUS is a modern studio suite inside the Athens loop. NO CLEANING FEE ! In SAFE and quiet residential neighborhood ( 4 miles from downtown ) with your own private entrance, fenced in mini patio and yard. About the size of a hotel suite , there is ONE queen bed, ONE folding cot and a sofa , bathroom with shower, a Roku TV, mini fridge, microwave, keurig coffee/ tea maker and your own mini split A/C unit . We allow dogs but you must add to reservations there is a pet fee

Toadly terrific

Such a joy and comfort to pull up after a nine hour drive and have the accommodation match the description perfectly! So many thoughtful details from typed instructions, earplugs, and sound machine to tasteful decorations and a comfortable mattress and much more. We can definitively recommend a stay here. Thank you so much

This is the most thoughtfully arranged and appointed VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. The attention to detail and comfort is next level. Easy to get in and out of UGA campus for parents weekend - and it was fabulous to have this peaceful refuge away from the kids.

Cute and Relaxed stay

Cozy little studio. Great for couples and pets. Thomas was a great host, and the property was well kept and lots of good coffee shops nearby. Good place to just get away for a minute.

Parent Weekend

We booked this stay to visit Athens and UGA for a Parent Weekend. The location was convenient to Little Five Points, Milledge Ave. and downtown Athens. It was peaceful and we slept well compared to others that had horrible stories of Athens hotels. The bed and pillows were great as well.The property exceeded our expectations!

An Absolute Gem!

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Toadhaus during our trip to Athens this past weekend and it was absolutely fantastic! We travel semi-frequently and this may be the best place we’ve ever stayed. The host was extremely friendly with quick responses and answers to any questions I had. The property is super clean, modern, and well decorated, has all of the amenities we needed, and is super close to downtown Athens and the UGA campus! The neighborhood is quiet and safe as well. The yard area was an awesome and relaxing addition! We absolutely loved it here and will definitely book here again when we are back in Athens! Thank you!! :)

Overnight in Athens

This was our second stay at Toadhaus. Toadhaus is clean, well supplied and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space for two adults. James is an excellent host. Open communication and timely responses. We will definitely book again on future trips to Athens.

Such a perfect stay

This was our first VRBO experience. It was absolutely perfect!!! Such a cute quaint but modern getaway. It was all we needed and more! Everything was supplied as well as the checkout was extended for us because of a schedule change in our plans. Even the checkout was super easy!! If our travels ever bring us back to Athens, we will absolutely be staying here!!!!!

We enjoyed our stay so much! It was just be perfect little place and conveniently located to everything. I can’t say enough about Toadhaus. It was spotless and had everything we needed. I loved how it was decorated. Can’t wait to visit again!

Thank you so much for allowing our dog to stay with us. He travels everywhere with us. Your place was lovely and well thought out for safety, security, privacy and comfort. I would highly recommend others to stay. Labels and directions were posted for ease. We enjoyed the small refrigerator and coffee/tea bar. It was our first time visiting Athens. I’m Thomas, my wife Suzanne and I are artists/ musicians with an 11 year old son , a Vizsla and Weimaraner dogs named Star and Moon and a small flock of hens. We fell in love with Athens over the years and finally moved down from Upstate NY. We absolutely love everything about this city and are happy to provide a peaceful studio for other travelers coming through town.
