Notre maison d'artisan des annĂ©es 1930 est situĂ©e au cƓur de cinq points, l'un des quartiers les plus recherchĂ©s d'AthĂšnes! Les rues bordĂ©es d'arbres et calmes sont proches de l'action des restaurants cinq points, des cafĂ©s, des cafĂ©s et plus encore. Marchez jusqu'au stade de Sanford le jour du match! Deux chambres (chacune avec un lit queen) et deux salles de bains offrent un hĂ©bergement confortable pouvant accueillir jusqu'Ă  4 personnes. Cuisine ouverte, mise Ă  jour et bien garnie, coin repas, salle Ă  manger formelle, salon spacieux et deux porches au choix pour se dĂ©tendre le soir - la façade offre des chaises berçantes et le porche grillagĂ© offre de nombreux siĂšges pour profiter de la sociĂ©tĂ©. Planchers de bois franc partout. Wifi et tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă©cran plat avec cĂąble inclus. Animaux acceptĂ©s avec accord prĂ©alable et caution. L'allĂ©e peut accueillir deux voitures pour un stationnement facile hors rue.

Very nice stay

Beautiful property and nicely appointed. We had everything we needed. Cooked a lot and enjoyed eating in the covered, screened porch. Rooms and bathrooms were comfortable and clean.

Quaint Getaway

We came into town for our cousins wedding and could not have enjoyed the space more. We wish we were staying longer than the weekend as the property was just that comfortable. Everything was provided with plenty of extras. I’m an avid runner and felt totally safe running in the neighborhood & was delighted to see other runners, cyclists & walkers in the community. Great location next to plenty of eateries, coffee shops and a great little grocery store. Other sites and shops are just a short ride away. The hosts are some of the best we’ve ever interacted with. Definitely saving this property for future visits to Athens!

Wonderful House

Wonderful stay!

The house was wonderful- even more spacious and well appointed than the photos can capture. The rooms are large and comfortable, the kitchen fully stocked and the owner was very responsive. Location is great- close to restaurants and walkable to UGA. Will definitely stay again!

Even though we were in Athens on business, staying in this beautiful home felt like we were on vacation. It is one of the most comfortable homes we’ve had the pleasure of staying. Great Visit for Parent's weekend

Wonderful older home with lots of character. Lovely side screened porch and large front porch. Charming neighborhood
we loved our stay. Owner was extremely helpful in finding some resources we needed in the area. This home would always be my first choice to stay in when visiting Athens!

What a wonderful Gem!

This is our second time staying at this wonderful property! This home is walkable to great restaurants and the stadium for gameday. Neighborhood is quiet and the screened porch on this house makes it extra enjoyable to listen to the birds read a book. Vicki is a wonderful host! You won’t go wrong choosing to stay here. Wonderful stay!

Southern charm at its best!

The property has lots of amenities to offer. Enjoy the silence while you drink your coffee on the side porch or rock on the front porch. Comfy beds and pillows so get ready to sleep deep. Kitchen is fully stocked with supplies. We felt relaxed here and got to meet several of the neighbors. Safe place to take kids and pets. We will be back!

Only great things to say!

The home and the setting are beautiful and serene. Spotless, perfectly maintained and updated home with great areas to sit and visit and comfy beds. The outdoor porch set amongst beautiful trees was our favourite. The owner was so friendly and communicative. Would highly recommend .

We stayed for a football game extended weekend. The accommodations were perfect. The serenity of the neighborhood was relaxing. Vicki was very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this rental.

Charming home in the perfect Athens location.

We had the pleasure of staying in this 5 points home during a construction project at our house. This home is very charming and was a lovely respite for our family. Every amenity we needed we found there and the screened in porch and front porch were our favorites! It is thoughtfully and well restored. You will not be disappointed in your stay here. The hosts were very accessible and responsive. We loved our 5 points in-town "vacation"!

167 Highland Terrace

This is a must rent property! The home is absolutely fabulous. The owner (Ms. Vicki) was so very nice and made sure our stay was the best. The location is with minutes of everything. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Not sure when we will return to Athens, GA but 167 Highland Terrace will be our first choice of place to stay.

Great place!

The property is very well done. It is an older home with renovations to update the house for conveniences and electronics but not at the expense of the charm that comes with that era of houses. The owners are nice and considerate. The neighborhood was welcoming and friendly. Simply couldn't have asked for more!

Sweet In-Town Retreat

Everything about this house is wonderful. The location, the yard, the porches - all of it. My husband and I live in Atlanta and wanted something that felt like home while we worked in Athens for the weekend. This was it! We slept well, brought our dogs, had a couple of friends join us, and it really made the things extra special having somewhere like this to stay. Thank you for sharing your home with us - I would come back!

Charming house in 5 points

This is such a charming house in a great location. The house is beautiful and very clean and well kept. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. Also, the house and yard are pet friendly, so we were able to bring our furry best friend.We were able to walk to 5 points restaurants and UGA campus. You can also get quick and cheap uber rides downtown. Thank you Vicki, we loved the house!

Excellent in every way!

This house is absolutely beautiful and immaculately maintained. The rooms are all very spacious with high ceilings. And the outdoor spaces are practically as clean as the inside. We loved getting to bring our dog for the weekend to celebrate our UGA daughter’s birthday. But you would never know another dog had ever been there. Vicki was very attentive and kind. Great location, too!

We are a long-time Athens family. My husband was born here and I have lived here for over 40 years. We've raised our four children here and are very active in our community. We're active travelers and appreciate the comforts of home when staying in other cities. We strive to bring that same feeling to our home in Five Points. While not on-site, we can be available for any questions during your stay. We'd love to recommend some of our favorite places in Athens for dining, grocery shopping, live music, etc!

We chose this property because of our love of the area and all that it has to offer in such close proximity to a desirable and quiet neighborhood.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

With a fenced-in yard, this home offers the added benefit of bringing your well-behaved dog along with you on your trip. Pre-approval and pet deposit required. Excessive barking is unfortunately not conducive to the neighborhood.
