The Mill District is a bustling new development within close distance shops and restaurants! They are currently wrapping up construction on some of the retail spaces and big things are coming. The development is also in the arts district and located very close to a concrete plant.

The apartment is located on the second (top) floor of the building which means you won’t hear anyone stomping around above you, but you will have to climb stairs to get to the unit.
