Enjoy a peaceful stay at our 4-bedroom home just minutes from Beaver Lake.
Two expansive decks hang over a beautiful wooded ravine, perfect for wildlife viewing and convenient indoor/outdoor dining. The kitchen is outfitted with all the dinnerware and appliances you'll need. The downstairs bedrooms can be accessed through a separate entrance and have their own living space and kitchenette. A camper/boat parking space is included. WiFi and cell reception are great.

This home overlooks a beautiful wooded ravine, where you'll see wildlife throughout the day: foxes, groundhogs, owls, and whole families of deer travel through regularly. Two huge decks hang out into the ravine, each with a dining table and chairs. We love sitting outside on summer nights listening to the sounds of the Ozarks!

The master bedroom has a plush king-sized bed and a gorgeous nature view through the sliding glass door leading to the upper deck. There is a queen-sized bed and smart TV in each of the two downstairs bedrooms. The fourth bedroom is set up as a kids' room, with a bunk bed, trundle bed, and crib. We also have a pack-and-play and a bassinet, so you can flex the sleeping rooms to meet your needs.

With a convection oven and gas stove range, the full kitchen is nicely equipped for cooking and serving meals during your stay. The coffee bar has a drip coffee maker, french press, and bean grinder; we provide whole beans, regular and decaf grounds, and filters. Just off the kitchen is the laundry room with large-capacity washer and dryer.

Downstairs, the kitchenette has a fridge/freezer, microwave, ice maker, and mini drip coffee machine. The rec room has plenty of comfy seating around a smart TV, and kids' toys and books can be found in the cabinets. There's an adjacent dining nook for playing card/board games or catching up on work. Also downstairs is the storage room + exercise space: you can find table games, outdoor game equipment, office supplies, and basic personal hygiene items in case you forgot any. Dumbbells and an elliptical machine are housed toward the back of the room.

The driveway can park two vehicles side-by-side. You're welcome to use the adjacent gravel parking lane for camper or boat parking (we recommend 4-wheel drive to access it). Wheel chocks/stops are provided.
