Creekside Cabin offers accommodations for 10 guests in our 3 bedroom and 2 bath home with a fully stocked kitchen and living space.

When you walk in our home you will find our living room and dining space that creates the perfect space for memorable gatherings. The living room features a large Smart TV with all your favorite streaming channels, along with plush seating and a dining table for 6. Through the kitchen you'll find the game room - an extra living space featuring more seating, a coffee bar, plenty of games, and a Smart TV with a Wii gaming console! The kitchen is fully stocked with a large island and bar stools.



Our home is just across the street from Beaver Lake access! There are kayaks for guests use. The back yard has a patio with seating and is fully fenced in - perfect to bring your dogs along!



At the end of the day, settle into one of our three bedrooms:

(1) Our first bedroom has a King-size bed, dresser, a Smart TV, and an attached full bathroom.

(2) Our second bedroom has a Full-size bed, dresser, and nearby bathroom.

(3) Our third bedroom has two Queen-size beds, a dresser, an open closet, a desk and chair, and a nearby bathroom.

*There is also a pull-out futon couch in the living room to sleep two.



Guest Access:

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.



The Neighborhood:

Our house is 2 miles from Downtown Rogers and has creek access to Beaver Lake across the road.



Getting Around:

Walk, drive, or easily ride your bike to access all the amenities downtown Rogers has to offer!



Other Things to Note:

House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.

- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
