In the warmer months, you can explore the numerous hiking and mountain biking trails available for all skill levels or practice your swing at one of the nearby championship golf courses. Yosemite National Park is less than an hour’s drive away, an outdoor playground for those seeking spectacular views and adventure at every turn.



Located atop the clubhouse in the the gated community of the Obsidian Residence Club, guests will also enjoy plentiful onsite amenities. Walk just downstairs for your morning coffee, enjoyed on the expansive deck in the summer or next to the crackling fire in the winter. Workout in the fitness room or swim laps in the heated indoor pool. Kids will delight in the game room outfitted with ping pong table, retro video games, and more.



Inside the home, the comfortable living room is a welcome retreat for relaxation and rejuvenation with plush sofa and armchair seating and a mounted smart TV for streaming all your favorites. You can step out onto the rooftop balcony to enjoy an abundance of fresh air and bountiful California sunshine. Back inside, the modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and sleek cabinetry stocked with all the cookware and dining ware needed for whatever your culinary ambitions. The dining room table is the best place to enjoy your meals with soft seating for 3 or hop up to the barstool seating at the kitchen counter for quick bites or afternoon appetizers.



This home sleeps up to 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, Jacuzzi bathtub, and glass walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a TV.



Bedroom #3 includes a twin-over-twin bunkbed.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in unit.

• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles on a first come, first served basis. Parking passes required and will be available in unit upon check in. Guests must not park in front of the clubhouse.

• Guests are asked not to burn to candles or incense as the smoke detectors are very sensitive.
