Living Room: Relax in front of the beautiful electric fireplace, enjoy a DVD on the flat screen TV, read a book, or play board games to relax and unwind after a day of fun! Mammoth's year-round free shuttle stop is just steps away.

Dining Room: A large table seats up to 6 guests comfortably, with 2 additional stools at the kitchen bar.

Kitchen: The kitchen has everything you need to cook up a tasty meal at home. It is stocked with all the basic cooking and eating utensils. A regular drip coffee maker is provided (2" cone shaped filters).

Sleeping arrangements: The master bedroom has an ensuite bath with stall shower, queen bed, and TV for late night viewing. The 2nd bedroom has 1 queen and 1 twin bed, hallway bath with tub/shower combo, and an additional TV. The living room hosts a full size sleeper sofa for extra sleeping accommodations.

Free secure Wi-Fi is provided (network and password details are found in the black guest book).

Seasons4 year-round common area amenities include: hot spa, dry sauna, restrooms with showers, game room with pool table, ping pong table, foosball table and coin operated laundry facility. Summer only: heated swimming pool, community BBQ's, and horseshoe pits.
