This is a top story (no elevator) corner unit with ample large windows and vaulted ceilings. Our condo, in the Mountainback complex, is in the perfect location for any season! It is walking distance to Canyon Lodge, The Village and is right around the corner from the Lakes Basin bike path. With 2 underground parking spots (7ft max clearance) and the FREE shuttle at your doorstep, winter weather can't stop you from hitting the slopes early or the nightlife later!
This large 2 story, 1600 sq foot condo in The Mountainback complex that sleeps 10 in comfort! With 1 King bedroom, 1 Queen bedroom, 1 bunkroom (twin/twin with extra twin trundle bed under bunkbed) and an open loft (2 twin beds) and a new Full pull-out couch in the living room, 3 full baths, small BBQ on the deck and a LAUNDRY ROOM! You and your company will have plenty of space to relax on your own or to hang out with the group. This condo features vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, a newly renovated kitchen, and new furnishings throughout. Heating this condo on those winter nights is not an issue with large south facing windows, a wood stove, baseboard heaters and wall heaters. This condo is in a perfect location, walking distance to both Canyon Lodge and The Village as well as right around the corner from the lakes basin bike path is the summer months. If carrying your ski gear up the road to the lifts sounds like an arduous task, hop on the free shuttle right outside of the building which will take you to The Village and Canyon Lodge.
Easily cook for a large group in this updated kitchen, equipped with Granite countertops, a kitchen table which seats 6-8 (2 extra folding chairs in the closet), as well as bar seating for 4. Stocked with plenty of dishes, utensils, glassware, pots and pans and a crockpot, this condo will make you feel right at home!
There are 3 full bathrooms in our condo. The Master bedroom has a private bathroom with a separated vanity area outside the bath. Bath # 2 is in the middle of the 1st floor layout, next to the Queen bedroom. Bathroom 3 is in the Loft.
SmartTV's are found in the living room, Master, Queen and Loft bedrooms, The Bunk room has a flat screen TV with standard cable. This way, everyone can be entertained together or separately.
Plenty of ski, snowboard and boot storage on the ski racks and in the abundance of closet space throughout the unit.
The Mountainback complex has 6 jacuzzis throughout the complex and 1 pools available to guests (the pool closes during winter months). 3 parking spaces are provided, 1 assigned underground garage space, 1 unassigned underground space (7ft lmax clearance underground) and 1 unassigned outdoor space with the use of parking passes, which must be picked up at the Mountainback office.
