The Piña Colada House! Welcome to our open-concept house and come relax with a cocktail in the pool & jacuzzi all while surrounded by palm trees. Just minutes from Deerfield Beach, restaurants, a great smoothie shop and supermarkets like Whole Foods. You can even have a shopping day in our nearby shopping centers!

The primary booker must be 30 years old or older. Children are allowed on the property.

Whether you are in the town for vacation or business, this open-concept home is perfect! This is also located in a very safe and family friendly neighborhood!

The spacious living area is bright and comfortable. Perfect to gather while streaming your favorite shows and movies on our big-screen TV.

The kitchen is well equipped with modern and stainless appliances, a breakfast bar with seating, and a dining area! It has everything you need to prepare your basic meals! We also have 2 microwave ovens.

The master bedroom has a really comfortable queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. In the 2nd room, there's another comfortable queen-sized bed with a slide-out twin bed. In the 3rd room, you'll find a sofa bed already converted to a queen-sized bed for you and a 50" Smart TV. There's even a sofa bed in the living room in case you need some extra sleeping arrangements!

The master bedroom has direct access to the patio, pool & hot tub. The 2nd room has direct access to the patio & pool too!

You'll want to spend all your time outside cooking up on the BBQ, enjoying some bright-colored beverages by the water & having a snooze on the super comfy outdoor sofa.

There are laundry machines, a standing steamer with a garment hanger, high-speed internet & WIFI, and 4 parking spaces included at the house.

Great family stay!

Stayed with another couple and our 3 kids for a weekend. The host was extremely responsive and communicative. Initially it was a little too hot and when we messaged asking for the AC to be adjusted the host was quickly responsive and adjusted so the rest of our stay was comfortable. The back 3rd bedroom I believe is a converted garage space which initially I was iffy about, but the window AC unit there really works to cool it off and it doesn't smell or feel musty. Pool isn't heated but that was just my mistake for not double checking the listing so we didn't use much. The hot tub was awesome though for relaxing after the kids went to bed. And comfy shaded seating area by the pool was great for morning coffee or evening hangout in the screened porch, no mosquitos! The host has beach chairs, umbrella, kiddie pool, pool toys and some kid toys in the house including a play kitchen. Just need to be careful with the pool area and kids as not fenced but again the host is very up front about that. We rented other baby equipment from babyquip and the host was great about letting them deliver early so we had it ready when we checked in. House seems to be in safe quiet area. Quick drive to target or to the beach and restaurants! Overall great stay and family friendly!
