This home has 8 Bedrooms & 8 Bathrooms with 12 beds! An open concept living space with water views from every window makes it perfect for family gatherings, retreats, celebrations or just relaxing in nature.



Enjoy the river life with nearby boat launch, river beaches, shops & restaurants. This area is well known for fishing, boating, bird watching, water sports & spectacular sunsets! The Delta Estate is the jewel of Sherman Island.



You host will always be available for concerns through the Airbnb app and/or cell phone



The Delta Estate is not located in Rio Vista proper. We are on the rural edge of Sherman Island In the California Delta.

15 miles to Isleton

8 miles to Oakley

10-12 miles to Antioch/Brentwood

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK



LOCATION: This house is adjacent to Belle Vie Vineyard Event Center. The event center grounds are a beautiful place to roam and boast beautiful vineyards, manicured lawns & a 90 ft pier overlooking the river. Your Delta Estate rental DOES NOT include use of the event center. We ask that you do not interfere with any events or tours during business hours. With your hosts permission, you may be able to enjoy the grounds but you may not host an event at Belle Vie without a separate paid venue rental, NO EXCEPTIONS.



ACCESSIBILITY: The Delta Estate is built 18 feet in the air! Yup, you heard that right. Access to the “Front Door” requires a walk up 31 stairs. Please take this into account for any persons with disabilities or small children. I promise, the views are worth it!



USE: The Delta Estate is the perfect place for family gatherings, retreats or just relaxing in nature. No parties or events. Registered guest only please



PRIVACY: You will have exclusive use of the 5 bedroom, 8 bath house. Each bedroom is equipped with a coded door lock so your personal belongings may be locked up when you are not around.



NEARBY ACTIVITIES: The Delta Estate is located on Sherman Island in the California Delta. We are surrounded by opportunities for fishing, boating, wind surfing, bird watching, shopping and restaurants. There is a nearby boat launch, windsurf shop & county beach on the island itself. It’s a short drive to the towns of Rio Vista, Isleton, Oakley, Brentwood and just a bit further to wine tasting in Lodi.



CHECK-IN: In most cases you will be checked in remotely but on occasion you may be greeted by your host and given a tour of the Estate. You will be provided with a gate code, front door code as well as codes to each private bedroom. We ask that you pre-register your guests and assign your rooms, all guests must be assigned to a bed. No sleeping in common areas please.



CHECK-OUT: Check out is promptly at 10am! We ask that you follow the posted check-out procedures and leave yourselves enough time to complete them and exit the Estate by 10am. Our cleaners have permission to enter the Estate at 10:01am to begin cleaning for a same day reservation.

Exception: We may be able to extend an 11am check-out, but only with PRIOR APPROVAL on a day we don’t have another reservation. See a complete list of check-out procedures in our listing photos ;)



BASIC HOUSE RULES:

• No parties or events



• NO PETS allowed inside the Delta Estate. Only service animals are permitted.



• NO SMOKING inside the Delta Estate. Smoking is permitted outdoors only.

Smoking on the any of the 3 balconies will require that you keep all sliding

doors closed as to not let ANY smoke enter the house.



• CHILDREN are welcome but please note THIS HOUSE IS NOT CHILDPROOF!

Children may NOT be left unattended in the Delta Estate or on its grounds

at any time. We are on a section of the river with swift currents.



• ALL OVERNIGHT GUESTS must be pre-registered to a room and may not

exceed room occupancy. No sleeping in common areas



• FURNITURE is not to be moved or rearranged, please and thank you



• Please leave all rooms and common areas in the same condition you

received them. Your cleaning fee is only meant to cover the changing of

bedding, towels and complete disinfecting of all bathrooms and common

spaces. Your cleaning fee does not cover taking out your trash, doing your

dishes or returning item you used to their proper place. Excessive cleaning

will be reported to AirBNB for additional cleaning fees.
