La villa est une propriété indépendante sur un terrain de 5000m2. Parfait pour les participants à El Circuito del Sol, Sunshine Tour. Il bénéficie d'une piscine de 12 x 6 m et d'un porche extérieur avec une vue magnifique sur la marisma et le village blanc de Vejer.
Il est situé dans la zone rurale appelée EL Soto, à côté du Montenmedio Golf and Country club.
Ceci est un endroit pour se détendre. Vous pouvez profiter de la tranquillité et de la paix d'une zone très isolée.
Pourtant, vous n'êtes qu'à quelques minutes en voiture des plages les plus fantastiques d'Andalousie.
Et vous pouvez visiter toutes les villes historiques de la région.
Le golf, la planche à voile et les chevaux sont les sports les plus pratiqués.


Cette région de La Costa de La Luz bénéficie d'un temps magnifique et de réserves naturelles préservées.
C'est un avant-goût de la vraie Andalousie, des villages blancs, des chevaux, des vieilles villes historiques riches et de la belle gastronomie.
, Chiclana et Montenmedio Le coin atlantique de l'Andalousie peut être aussi excitant que surfer sur les vagues de Tarifa ou aussi raffiné que les chevaux «dansants» de Jerez. À l'intérieur des terres, des plages qui s'étendent vers le nord jusqu'au cap Trafalgar, les vents forts attirent la foule des kitesurfeurs. Il y a plusieurs terrains de golf pour ceux qui aiment ce grand sport, à Benalup Chiclana et Montenmedio Golf and Country Club étant le plus proche de notre maison.
Ce sont de belles plages de sable blanc pour profiter du soleil et des eaux de l'Atlantique, La Barrosa, El Palmar, Tarifa, Zahara et notre La Bolonia préférée sont un agréable trajet en voiture depuis la villa.

A lovely property set in beautiful gardens . Quiet and peaceful yet within 15-20 mins of nearby towns of Barbate and Vejer , and the beaches. Maria could not have been more helpful .... and patient ! If you are looking for a well appointed accessible stay in a beautiful area of Andalucia , then I would recommend here

A very nice house near a beautiful town

The house is very clean and well-maintained, well equiped and nice to stay in. What is really wonderfull is the view on the beautiful landscape: Vejer and the country, including cows. The piscine is huge and beautiful. The environment is calm and peaceful. From there, you can visit Vejer, which is really beautiful, or Cadix and reach 3 or 4 nice beaches in 15 mn drive. The owner is very nice and provided all the information needed and some material for the baby. In conclusion, I really recommend to rent this house.

wonderful house in peacful surroundings

Beautiful large house with a fantasic pool.Views of the area and village are amazing.Cows in the field, nightly owl hooting and white herons.The house is well equiped and garden,pool and house are maintained to a high standard.This is a very spanish area no english spoken, which wasnt an issue, we got by!The wfi is not good we paid for it but the area is not good for the internet.Best to pay for a deal with your own provders.Also only the master bedroom and lounge had aircon and August was hot so would recommend fans for the bedrooms.The owner and manager were helpful i would recommend this property.Thank you.

Comme à la maison !

Maison très agréable pour notre semaine familiale, 3 couples et un enfant, chacun sa chambre, sa salle de bain et son espace. Décorée avec soin et très propre ! L'espace extérieur avec cuisine d'été, piscine protégée et vue sur Vejer nous a enchanté. A recommander !

La villa espléndida. Está muy cerca del Sunshine Tour si vas a competir. Tiene una piscina enorme y espacio para disfrutar del jardín. Tiene una terraza grande donde puedes disfrutar del amanecer, desayunar y disfrutar de las vistas. Una pasada de casa. La comunicación con la propietaria fue excelente. Si duda volveremos a repetir.

Muy buena estancia

Casa perfecta, muy cómoda, limpia y funcional. Completo menaje de cocina y blanquearía para todos los de la casa. Piscina y jardín más terrazas formidables. El único pequeño inconveniente es que está un poco alejada de la playa. Repetiría seguramente.

Thank you Julia for your positive review. I am glad you and your family enjoyed your stay. Regarding the distance to the beach, we are sorry you didn't notice it in the property description. But we still believe that the small inconvenience of 20 min drive to the beach is more than compensated by the facilities we offer i.e. large house, secluded large plot with mature garden, ample parking, breathtaking views of Vejer and Marismas, very large swimming pool and peace, quite and privacy. None of this easily available closer to the beach.

Wonderful villa

We had a wonderful week in this spacious and tasteful furnished villa. Good beds, well equipped. Best part for us was the big pool with a pool-lounge with a view over Vejer de la frontera. Beautiful garden. You need a car, because it’s too far away from the coast or a village. But it was great to watch all the different birds,e.g.storks and the horses. Very quiet place. We would like to come back one time.

Lovely private rural family villa....

We stayed here in August 2019 and had a wonderful peaceful, restful holiday. The villa provided everything that we needed as a family and was very safe and secure . The views from the terrace and the pool area never disappointed and made breakfast outdoors a real family event every day. The pool was excellent and enjoyed by all - a real necessity in August to help you cool off during the hottest hours of the day. Most evenings we used the BBQ, the only thing missing that would have been helpful was a fridge to store beers and wines in the downstairs outdoor kitchen. The villa is remote with the nearest supermarkets a 20 minute drive away but we knew all this before we booked so not a problem for us. The bigger supermarkets are in Barbate and easy to get to with ample parking. The town of Barbate itself we found to be grubby and dirty, after eating out one night we only ever went back to use the supermarkets on the outskirts of town. In stark contrast the closer town of Vejer was a picture perfect Spanish white town, very pretty with a differing lovely ambience during the day and night. Definitely recommend. Within easy reach of the villa are some beautiful beaches and towns, Conil and El Palmer we especially liked. Inland and within reach is Jerez, well worth a visit for the Sherry tours/tasting and Medina Sidonia which has a nice traditional feel about it and some good restaurants. The Roman ruins at Bolonia are worth a visit as is the famous Cape Trafalgar. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here, the villa was perfect for quiet lazy days around the pool and casual BBQs at sunset. It was also a good location for exploring the region and coast line.

Perfect finca in stunning location

We had a fantastic stay at Marialuz’ stunning finca. The house is beautifully decorated and very well equipped, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Marialuz couldn’t have been more helpful in making sure that our week went smoothly and dealt with any queries we had very promptly. We would highly recommend this stunning house in a relaxing and peaceful setting.

Beautiful Villa in amazing location

Our family 2 adults and 3 children had a fabulous week in Maria's villa. It was very spacious with a huge selection of sunny or shady outdoor areas to relax and eat in. The villa was spotless on our arrival. The location of the villa is near to lots of beautiful beaches and the town of Vejer offered a great variety for eating out. The advertised extra large double bed is two single beds pushed together which were rather small. There was also no iron available for us and on raising this with the local agents there was a lot of back and forth but no solution was found.

Thank you for sending your review. I am sorry about the iron. There is an iron in the house but the cleaners left it in the locked cupboard by mistake. My agent and housekeeper should have gone to the house and found it for you but they didn't do it.They are normally very good, but they let me down in this occasion. I apologise for this inconvenience. Regarding the bed, it is two single beds with top quality mattresses put together which give the client an option to stay this way or separate depending on their preferences I have now changed the description which might have been misunderstood.

Heart of Andalucia

This is an established villa, with grand views over the Barbate river plain (great for bird-watchers) and to the hill-top town of Vejer, reached down country lanes. Trips to Cadiz, Jerez and Seville are easy, and the wild beaches along the coast provide walks and water fun. Vejer has some smart restaurants, but you should also try some of the 'Ventas' that dot the main roads.

Spacious, well equipped and well maintained

Four of us - two couples - stayed here for a week in September 2016. The villa has four double bedrooms and it would easily take four couples or a family with children. We made great use pool and outdoor bbq. The location was also ideal; quiet and out of the way, overlooking fields with Vejer visible across the flood plain. I'd highly recommend this to a group who wish to catch some late Summer sun and just chill out for a few days.

Incredibly well equipped, very spacious and lovely

Four of us wanting a very quiet and chilled grown up holiday had a great time at this villa. It was SPOTLESS when we arrived, the cooking facilities are amazing, and it was great having such privacy. Pool is a little deep, so may rule out kids ( perfect for us). We could make as much noise as we wanted, and we had a great holiday playing incredibly competitive card games and drinking great value wine into the early hours. It is a 10 min drive to the most beautiful hill top town, with rocking restaurants. I would come back time and again. This was brilliant, truly brilliant and amazing value for money. The ladies who run it are super easy, laid back and friendly.

Perfect combination for relaxation and activity!

We spent our sommer-holiday with 4 adults and 4 youth in this perfect domicil. Everything was clean and well funcioned. The facilities were complete and on a high level. The local Management was perfect and good connected. We would recommend this house to 100%.

This is a beautiful well appointed villa in an idyllic rural location - as per the description. It exceeded our expectations. The owner's agent Maria Luisa met us on the main road and took us to the villa. The property was spotless on arrival. Maria Luisa gave a pertinent brief on the property and surrounding area; she speaks excellent English (and dealt efficiently with the couple of queries that arose during our stay). There are plenty of good attractions in the area, as described, with a fine balance of culture. beaches and activities to suit most tastes. We would particularly recommend Bolnio (beach/Roman ruins), Conil (eating/beach), Vejer (eating) El Palmar (beach/horse riding), Jerez (Sandeman sherry bodega/dancing horses), Cadiz (museums/cathedral). I have recommended the villa to friends/family.

Beautiful Villa in secluded location

We rented this Villa as we were attending a wedding at Casa la Siesta. The property is quietly tucked away within secure gated grounds. It is approached by a track leading from the main road yet only a few minutes drive from the historic town of Vejer de la Frontera and within easy reach of beautiful beaches. The accommodation is set over three floors with the main living area on the first floor. The villa is well equipped and comfortable and the peaceful location creates an ideal combination for a relaxing holiday. The pool is safely gated with stunning views over a rural landscape. With two small children, one under two, we had to be vigilant with the staircases both inside and out. Overall we would thoroughly recommend this property if you are searching for a peaceful and relaxing holiday offering the opportunity to explore the charms of Andalusia.

Lovely house near a brilliant town and beaches

We stayed at the house for 2 weeks in June/July 2015 (Grandparents, parents + 2 kids aged 5 and 3) - it was perfect. Pool is huge and well maintained, the house had everything we needed and the descriptions are all as in the ad. The garden is nicer than in the photos as a lot of the plants have grown/developed since they were taken. The town of Vejer was a real discovery - loads of good places to eat, untypical for my experience of Spain also "non-spanish" north african and fusion cuisine. The beaches of the Costa de la Luz reminded us all of the wide clean sandy beaches at the North Sea coast on the German islands or Britain BUT IN THE SUN! Amazing. The only improvements I can think of would be to get cushions for the pool loungers, and a stable internet connection (4G reception was good, but no Wifi - had we known beforehand we'd have booked a package with our provider form home). We would all defintely come back!

Thank you for your lovely comments.We are really pleased you enjoyed your time at our house an La Costa de La Luz. I understand the problems with WIFi conexion. It is getting better but this is a rural area and they have connection problems.It is good to disconnect completely sometimes! We are looking to buy some mats for the lounge chairs.But the upholstery ones were ruin with sun lotions,etc and we didn't find it hygenic.That is why I hadn't removed.

Perfect and Peaceful

The villa is very well looked after and has everything you need. The management are also very good, we had small hic up with the outside lights but they were sorted the next day.Having the pool in view of the balcony and bedrooms was a plus with the grandchildren and I can highly recommend the villa for a family holiday from young children to young adults and grandparents...a great two weeks.

Great Location - peaceful, super view

A relatively new villa, with a super pool, within 10 minutes of Vejer yet very quiet and secluded with a view over the wide river valley down to Barbete. We could even see the mountains of Morocco on several days. Well equipped and laid-out villa in garden with growing fruit trees. We found it clean and well equipped, secure and with good equipment/furniture. The local manager helped us when needed very promptly (and that was rare). The access road is no tarmac for the last 2km and the driveway steep (but paved), but the drive in as easy - and we rarely saw another vehicle. Internet access is a bit variable - there is wi-fi but the link to Vejer (or more likely from Vejer to the rest of the world) gets very congested - we used 3G mobile data but that wasn't great either. Otherwise no issues or worries at all. Vejer is delightful, tiny winding "roads" with boutique shops and restaurants/bars - 10/15 mins drive (3.5km walk mainly on paths). The beaches are 20 mins away - large, sandy and not too busy - but remember this is the Atlantic Ocean. Plenty to do with trips to Cadiz, Gibraltar, Jerez etc. within an hours easy drive. We saw very few non-Spanish tourists - a few Germans and Dutch, but almost no Brits. Two of us drove down (easy 3 days), but the rest flew into Gibraltar - but Jerez can also work. So overall we were very pleased with our choice of villa and the region. Well worth a visit.

The house is very pretty and we found all we need.

We stayed with pleasure in Vejer. The house and the surroundings are good for a relaxing holiday and with the nice weather the pool is marvelous. I will iss swimming early in the morning with visions of the sun coming and illuminating the houses of Vejer. If it was my house I would add a better BBQ and install an outside kitchen. I would also try to have some better entrance to the dirt road, some kind of concrete pavement just outside the porch would improve entering with a heavy car.

We are happy you enjoyed your stay so much. Since your last visit, a summer kitchen and gas BBq was installed. The road outside is still the same as it is prohibited to use asphalt in these rural country lanes.
