Casa Jual is a comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached villa locatedi at Roche Viejo, nr Conil de la Frontera, (Cadiz province) in a quiet rural area, overlooking fields and next to a pine forest. It is comfortably furnished with good quality furniture & appliances. The property has a spacious lounge/dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 double with king sized beds, one twin plus a travel cot for a baby) and two recently refurbished bathrooms (1 en suite).

Outside there is an 8m x 4m private pool set in a large, secure, lawned garden. To the side of the villa is a large covered patio with table and chairs, ideal for enjoying meals al fresco. There is also a second covered patio to the front of the villa and a further uncovered patio area to the side for sun loungers. The garden is sunny, secure and private and has a large lawn which surrounds the villa, making it ideal for families. Our guests can also make use of a large brick BBQ close to the patio. The villa is 5km from a beautiful sandy beach at Roche, where there is an excellent restaurant & summer bar overlooking the beach making it a great location for evening drinks while enjoying the beautiful sea views. There are also two great chiringuitas further down the beach for drinks and tapas on the sand.

A children's playpark, chemist, beach shop, 2 restaurants and cafe (summer only) can be found at Roche or you can walk to an excellent greengrocer/mini-market, restaurant and venta all 10 minutes walk away. There is also a larger supermarket & range of shops 5 mins by car.

This house was great! In a very quiet neighborhood and beautiful landscaping. Our host was very responsive and gave us perfect directions and access to the house.The pool was very well maintained. Even though it was a little chilly in November a few of us took a dip.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Jual. Very convenient location, closed to beautiful beaches, small villages such as Vejer and also close to Cádiz. The house is well equipped, everything working. We spent most of the days visiting places and it was great to come back and enjoy a swim in the pool and take dinner outside. Totally recommended, we will come back again 🙂.

Great stay - lovely villa - beautiful beaches

We - family of 4 with 2 kids aged 7 and 4 + grandma - stayed in Casa Jual for May'15 half term holidays. We had a great week with visits to Cadiz, Sevilla, Vejer and Tarifa, mixed with the lovely beaches - playas and calas - in Roche and hours of fun in the swimming pool. The villa is very well located, has 3 airy bed rooms (which can be make completely dark - important for the little ones!), 2 badrooms, living room and kitchen with door giving to a roofed terrace. The kids loved the garden, especially the cabinet full of garden toys! Strongly recommended!

Great location

Julie has been good at communicating with us. The villa is easy to find and in a quiet location, although close enough to walk to a restaurant and small supermarket. We even walked to the beach! The local Carrefour was fine for larger shops, and there is also a Mercadona within easy reach. The garden and pool are well looked after - watch out for the overnight watering! There were 4 of us and there was plenty of space, as well as sufficient crockery, cooking utensils etc. We had a lovely, restful week and enjoyed our stay.

A great stay.

Everything was even more than OK. The villa was exactly as it was written in the description. Rooms are large enough for a comfortable stay for the whole family and provides a lot of privacy. We had a very direct, quick and satisfying communication with the management of the house. We spent a week in the first week of July and were afraid of high temperatures, but it was not necessary because of was nice an chilly the complete day. No AC was not a problem at all. Water temperature in the pool was ca 28-29 oC so it was absolutely fantastic to have some evening swimming with pool lights and stars above. We can honestly recommend the villa to other travellers.

Fantastic villa with everything you need

This was our first visit to this part of Spain in August and we started with 2 nights in Seville and then drove to the villa for a weeks stay. The villa is equipped with everything you need and especially things to keep the young ones entertained - DVD's, games, books, a box of garden toys and of course the fantastic pool. Usually when we stay at a villa we go out and about a lot, not this time, we spent a lot of time at the villa relaxing and enjoying the peace and quiet. We did venture to Cadiz and Conil de la Frontera which were close by and very nice. The local restaurant is lovely with a huge terrace. If you walk you will need a torch for heading back at night time (which the kids thought was brilliant). Hazel was on hand for anything we needed which wasn't necessary. Everything was clean and tidy and well maintained. All in all a lovely week and would recommend anyone to visit. Hopefully we will be back.

Villa agréable pour des vacances reposantes

Nous avons passĂ© des bonnes vacances dans votre maison Julie, et nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© l’attention que vous nous avez portĂ© avant notre arrivĂ©e. Le jardin et la piscine sont un plus; des nouvelles chaises longues et un parasol prĂšs de la piscine permettraient d’en profiter encore mieux. Nous n’avons pas vu Sam lors de notre sĂ©jour, cela nous a Ă©tonnĂ© car vous nous aviez prĂ©venu qu’elle viendrait nous accueillir Ă  notre arrivĂ©e ou le lendemain. Nous avons eu un incident avec le barbecue, Paul est venu constatĂ© mais il connaissait dĂ©jĂ  le dĂ©faut existant, j’espĂšre que vous avez pu le sĂ©curiser. Hormis cela, nous Ă©tions en voiture, et en moins de 10min, nous avons pu profiter d’une trĂšs belle plage et des commerces de proximitĂ©.

Das Haus ist wie angegeben. Wir haben es sehr sauber angetroffen und uns sofort zuhause gefĂŒhlt. Die Betten sind gut, es sehr still dort. Man hört rundherum nur Hunde und HĂŒhner. FĂŒr das tĂ€gliche Leben muss man wirklich alles kaufen! Wir haben außer ein paar Teebeuteln und 2 WC Rollen wirklich nichts vorgefunden. Man bekommt alles gut im ca 4km gelegenen Supermarkt. Der Pool ist fantastisch, groß und man kann ab der HĂ€lfte nicht mehr stehen. Er ist nicht eingezĂ€unt, fĂŒr Nichtschimmerkinder eher nicht geeignet. Strand, Restaurants ( sehr Gute! ), fĂŒr das alles braucht man das Auto. Sam und Paul haben uns hervorragend durch die Tage gegĂŒhrt. Die Kommunikation findet per WhatsApp in Englisch statt.Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt wieder! Vielen Dank an Paul, Sam und Julie

He estado una semana en casa Jual con mi hijo de 11 años. Lo hemos pasado de maravilla. Hemos disfrutado muchísimo sobretodo del jardin y la piscina. A la casa no le faltaba ni un solo detalle, es muy cómoda para todo. Repetiremos en cuanto tengamos ocasión.

La casa con la piscina genial. El equipamiento con algunos defectos: Dos de los 5 colchones estan en malas condiciones, equiparon con sĂĄbanas 3 camas de las 5 y dos con sobrecama de cuna, de las viandas anunciadas para la recepciĂłn, ni rastro. Unas cortinas para las bañeras vendrĂ­an bien asĂ­ coml algĂșn detalle en la cocina, algĂșn cuchillo mĂĄs, arreglar el grifo, eliminar cafetera rota, productos de limpieza caducados, en fin mantenimiento.

Muy buena estancia

Hemos estado muy a gusto, tranquilidad, cerca de la playa, tal y como se muestra en las fotos el jardĂ­n, precioso. Casa por dentro muy bien. El Ășnico pero, ha sido la wifi, era muy lenta y no se veĂ­a bien la tv. Supongo que los propietarios ya lo han solucionado.

We've booked already quite a few holiday houses during the last years in CĂĄdiz, but this one stood out. The house is nicely situated and visibly well-maintained. Both check-in and -out were super flexible - thanks again to Julie and the property managers. The communication with July and the property managers was great without exception - everything is well-organized and aimed at ensuring that guests have a fantastic stay. This will not be the last time that we stayed in Casa Jual.

La estancia ha sido muy agradable. Disfrutamos mucho de la zona de porche exterior con la barbacoa y la piscina. La playa estĂĄ cerca en coche. Le harĂ­a falta un techo para el coche o poder aparcarlo en el lateral de la casa que da la sombra.

Relax en familia

Una excelente casa para disfrutar del jardĂ­n y piscina con niños. Entorno tranquilo y relajante con todo lo que puedes necesitar a 5-10 minutos en coche. Las cercanas playas de Roche son un plus 😊. Hemos pasado dos semanas estupendas!

Buena casa, buen lugar pero necesita algo de mantenimiento.

La propiedad y los gestores han sido buenos, aunque la propiedad necesita cuidar algo mås la presencia de insectos (avispero, hormigas en la cocina, arañas y limpieza de piscina). La estancia es agradable y el inmueble bien dotado.

schönes gerÀumiges Haus mit Terasse und Pool

Das Haus ist wirklich schön und genau wie im Internet beschrieben. Es ist sehr sauber hat einen großen Garten und einen tollen Pool. Man kann super den ganzen Abend auf der Terasse sitzen und den Urlaub genießen. Es liegt sehr ruhig in einem Pinienwald und nur wenige Fahrminuten vom Strand entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ausreichend in der NĂ€he. Die Kommunikation mit Julie, Sam und Paul war nett und unkompliziert. Wir waren als Familie mit drei Kindern zwei Wochen dort und können sowohl das Haus, als auch die Gegend absolut empfehlen.

Anyway, enough about the photo, more about us. We live in Sevenoaks in Kent, and both my boys are at secondary school. My husband works full time in London and I work part time in Sevenoaks and from home. We bought our villa in 2003 having done next to no research, which, whilst we realise was incredibly niaive, has turned out to be a great decision. We love the Costa de la Luz and have had many memorable holidays there, both as a family and with friends.
However, time has now moved on (2025), we are now retired and we now try to spend at least two months a year at the villa, which for us is bliss.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

When we first went to look at Conil and the surrounding area, having seen it for the first time on one of the many holiday home TV programmes on UK TV, we couldn't get over how lovely the beaches were .... and deserted. We went in January first of all and we could still sit on the beach (albeit not in swimming costumes) and we were hooked. The beach does get busier in the high season but even then, not to the busy standards of some countries. Out of season, the beach will often be quite empty. However, there is also far more to the area than beaches. If you take the trouble to drive around off of the main roads, the countryside can be quite beautiful. There are many picturesque towns and villages to visit and the cities of Cadiz, Seville and Jerez are all relatively close. Lastly, having looked at quite a number of properties, and never really being bowled over, we saw this property and loved it immediately. We love the fact that it is surrounded by farmland and that many of our neighbours are locals. It is peaceful but not too isolated, yet close to great beaches and the lovely town of Conil.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

I am not sure what I would say are it's unique benefits, we love all of it. It has a great garden with plenty of room for sunbathing or playing, it is comfortable and we have tried our best to think of everything we can that makes a holiday enjoyable. I know the things that have irritated me on holidays in the past, like only getting exactly 6 glasses and none of them for wine or having to rush out and buy cleaning cloths and liquid for the kitchen, even though I am only somewhere for a week, so we have tried hard to include small things that make a stay comfortable. In fact, if you do take your holiday with us, and you think we have missed something, please please do let me know.
One big benefit for us are the sunsets at the beach, they are absolutely beautiful. Go down to Roche in the evening, take a bottle of wine with you and just sit and watch the sun sink down below the horizon. Take it from me, there is no better way to spend an evening.
