This gem of a property features dual lockout units flanking the main house, offering not one, not two, but three private entries – talk about a grand entrance! Each of the quartet of bedrooms is a royal retreat with plush king beds and TVs for binge-watching galore. Balcony count? A fabulous four. The backyard deck is the MVP with its trio of sun loungers, festive tiki torches, a patio table perfect for card games, and a hefty propane grill ready for your BBQ masterpieces. The kitchen? Stocked to the brim to whip up midnight snacks or a feast fit for royalty. And for the workaholics, there's even a dedicated workspace – because we know, sometimes duty calls. But let's talk sunsets – they're like a daily fireworks show here, no two are the same, and they never charge admission. Booking at the Executive Suites means rolling out the red carpet for yourself with access to the swanky community pools in Tan Tar A Estates. And if you're feeling adventurous, Margaritaville is your playground, with an arcade, pool hall, chic boutiques, and a bowling alley that'll surely strike your fancy. During your stay, the entire home is at your disposal, and for complete privacy, simply retreat to your room and secure the door. The property features three keypad entry doors, and as you're reserving the entire space, one access code grants entry to all. Should your group require individual codes, we're more than willing to accommodate—just reach out! Additionally, you'll enjoy access to Tan Tar A's community pools, with the necessary code provided in your pre-check-in guidebook link upon booking.
Emergency contact numbers will be provided both in the home and in your pre-check-in guidebook. We respect our guests' privacy and space, yet we ensure availability should you require any assistance.
Quiet Time: Please avoid excessive noise or loud music after 11 PM. Our neighbors will appreciate it, as this is a quiet and family-friendly area.
Smoking/Drug Policy: Smoking and drug use are strictly prohibited on the property, both for guests and visitors.
Guests: Only guests approved in advance through the booking process are allowed to stay on the property. We will confirm the number of guests at check-in. Failure to comply with these guidelines is a violation of our
House Rules, and will result in no entry and no refund.
Parking: There is adequate parking for 2 on the property. Guests may use the reserved parking spot 25 under the parking garage. Another vehicle may be parked in either the front parking spaces or on top of the parking garage.
Parties: Parties of any kind are not allowed on the property. This includes get-togethers, stopping by, or any other gatherings involving anyone besides the approved guests.
Fireworks: Fireworks are not permitted on the property under any circumstances.
Check-Out Procedures: Check-out must be completed by 10 AM on your departure day. Our cleaning team follows a tight schedule to prepare for the next guests.
Please do the following before you leave:
Close and lock all windows, and close blinds.
Turn off all lights and small appliances.
Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher.
Gather and take out the trash to the bin at the top of the driveway.
Leave any used beds unmade; do not strip them.
Lock the Smartlock on the main door.
Please report any damages or missing items to your host.
Fines for Violating House Rules:
Not complying to check out procedure $ 100.00 minimum
Smoking in the property: $200
Excessive soiling of towels and sheets: $50 minimum
Having a party: $300.00
Late check-out (leaving after 10:15 AM on departure day): $100
The golf cart is reserved for the homeowners and not available for guest use. Parking is confined to three spots; thus, it is advisable to avoid bringing large vehicles, although small to medium-sized ones should be fine. Any damages should be reported to the property managers promptly to prevent possible charges.
Additionally, guests are not permitted to rearrange the furniture or attempt to tamper with the smart locks in any manner. Doing so may result in fines and charges. Guests are also expected to adhere to the community pool rules and behave respectfully during their stay at Tan Tar A.
