Great location, amazing dock!

We had a wonderful family vacation at this tree house. Getting to use the kayaks was icing on the cake!

A beautiful and peaceful retreat

This is our second time staying here. We absolutely love everything about the location and the property. There isn't anything we would change about our trip or the house. The beds are very comfortable, its stocked with what we need, and the floor to ceiling windows with all the natural light and lake views make for a perfect getaway. Having access to tge indoor pool and hot tubs make it that much more fun for our kids. Dave is such a wonderful host. He is very responsive, helpful, and so kind. I promise you cannot go wrong with using one of Daves amazing Lake of the Ozarks properties!! Thank you for opening your place to our family!!!

Great getaway at the lake!

Highly recommend this property right on the lake! Owner is very responsive, unit is very clean and accommodating!! Love the view, and love the dock to fish and just relax on! Stop scrolling you will love this place

Gorgeous Lake Hideout

We loved it! Spacious- full of light and immaculately cleaned - well renovated - just all around fantastic. Wished we'd stayed longer! Close to anything & everything while still maintaining a feeling of seclusion. Absolutely loved it 😁

Awesome Property

We had an absolutely fabulous time at this great property! It was exactly as advertised and in a beautiful location right on the water. We loved having a private dock and the kids loved fishing off of it. There was plenty of room for us and our four kids, and the uniqueness of the house itself was so fun. We would definitely stay here again!

Was a beautiful place with great views.

Great dock for fishing and relaxing. All rooms were very neat and clean. Host was helpful and always prompt to respond to any of our questions. Very nice area and felt very safe.

Perfect location

Beautiful location in the treetops with three decks all the way down to over the water itself. Very comfortable stay. Really appreciate that there are three king beds!

Beautiful Fall Location

This was the perfect site for my husband and I and another couple to spend a few days being surrounded by beautiful fall colors and the lake. We are in our 70s so the many stairs to climb or descend was somewhat challenging but worth it!

Perfect vacation spot

Perfect spot right on the lake. Dock is located in a no wake zone so no crazy boats or jet skis flying by. Super convient location and can get to restaurants, shops, attractions all within 30 minutes.

Great place right on the lake

We had an excellent stay at this property. The private dock was a major hit with the family. King size beds in every room were great. Host was very accommodating with early/late check-in / check-out. Conveniences such as coffee, extra towels, etc. were minimal but sufficient. A really great property in a great location - we would definitely stay again!

Just OK

Didn’t care for all the mirrors, or the spiral staircase. Not a good dining area for family.it was OK for a last minute rental. The deal breaker for us NOT to rent again was there was no view of the main channel.

Gorgeous Tree Top Lake House

We loved everything about our stay. The tree top house was even better than pictured. The floor to ceiling windows with an incredible view, multiple decks, and lake access made for a perfect vacation getaway!! The house was very clean and had all we needed. The location was perfect and so peaceful this time of year (first week in April). Having access to the indoor pool/hot tubs was perfect for our kids. There is absolutely nothing we would change. We had never been to the Lake of the Ozarks but are already planning for a repeat trip next year. Thank you so much for letting us enjoy this stunning location.

Nice spot on the lake!

Our family of 5 stayed for a week in July 2022. It is located in a nice area, Four Seasons, in the Tree Top Village. Very close to many stores and restaurants. We loved the unique house, and the patio on the water to swim! We rented a boat for day and was able to keep right on the docks nearby. Only complaint would be the windows needed cleaning and many spiderwebs all over house outside, but overall we enjoyed our stay!

Anniversary trip to the Lake

I've always wanted to stay at the Tree tops properties. I remember when they were developed back in the early to mid 70's I believe? Our property was water front with a great view and a nice deck area built out over the water. Great place for late afternoon cocktails. The owner was very responsive to e-mails with any questions we had. Property was clean and the pictures acuratley represented the property.

Off Season Family Birthday Retreat

Beautiful lake view even in November. Plenty of room, and pet friendly. Had an outdoor lighting issue that required flashlights to get to/from car. Could use some additional kitchen items, like a large skillet and baking pan for breakfast prep. Entire place could use a deep cleaning. Cob webs in ceiling areas, dead bugs in window sills and top of frig, exterior of picture windows very dirty. Property Owner was friendly.

Beautiful, secluded lakefront home

We were delighted to stay in this unique property. The house was generally very clean (there were a large amount of dead mosquitoes the windows at check-in. After a quick sweep no more problems.. not sure last time it was used before us), the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen clutter-free and clean. We loved the private lakefront deck and spent many hours jumping into the secluded cove from the deck and floating hours away in the cove. It was heavenly! A few issues.. the landscaping could really use some pruning. The steps down to the lake were damaged and actually very dangerous and many trees and branches overgrown onto the steps and decks. Also the deck furniture on the lower level contains cushions which soak in water and are very outdated. We would have loved to spend time on the deck but the furniture was not something I would sit on. Overall, we were very pleased and would recommend, if the steps were fixed.

Loved this Place! Will be Back!!

Driving into the Treehouse neighborhood gave me this sense of peace. Then we reach the house and we were in awe!!! It is even better than the pictures portray (if that is possible!) I travelled here from Indiana with my 17 yo daughter, her friend, my 10 yo son, my mom, my aunt and my cousin. (Left my husband at home to take care of the animals!) this property is dog friendly but I don’t know how my little elderly dog would have navigated around especially with the spiral staircase so that was a good choice side us at least. Anyways. The 7 of us loved this place. The views. Being Right on the water. The martini deck was perfect for feeding fish, feeding ducks, fishing, tying our floats on with ropes to float around in the water. The beds were so comfy! There is a pull out couch but the teens just sleep on the couches. There were sheets for the pull out and pillows though. The kitchen had just what we needed for cooking. We utilized two of the pools on the property that were lovely as well! Thank you!!!! We will be back!!!!!!
