It’s easy to become one with nature at this alpine retreat! Welcome to Coronet Crest, a gorgeous mountain house that is the epitome of a “getaway”. Home highlights include a large private property, scenic views, a hot tub, and close proximity to the slopes and other outdoor recreation. 

Natural wood furnishings and rustic accents can be found throughout the home. There is a natural flow from one room to the next, allowing the space to accommodate a large group.

The Space:
The living room features cathedral ceilings highlighting authentic wood beams. The room also boasts a gorgeous floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, a wall of windows that welcome beams of natural light, and a seating layout that is ideal for conversation among guests. 

The living room leads right into the spacious kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and everything you’ll need to whip up hearty meals from home. A Keurig, drip coffee maker, and toaster are just a few of the many items stocked for your convenience. Steps away, a dining table for 8 awaits memorable meals together. 

Downstairs, a lower-level family room is the ultimate bonus space with a large sectional, TV, and fireplace. From here, guests can walk through large sliding glass doors to access the back patio and yard. 

Back inside, the home sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably between 4 private bedrooms. Each room is thoughtfully furnished with complimenting accents and cozy linens to ensure everyone feels right at home! 

Bedroom #1, the primary suite, boasts a King bed, seating area, and en-suite. The en-suite is outfitted with dual sinks, a large soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. 

Bedroom #2 offers a Queen bed with custom built-ins.

Bedroom #3 is configured with a Queen bed and a Full-over-Twin bunk bed.

Bedroom#4 features a beautiful hand-carved Queen-sized frame and bedding. 

Along with the primary en-suite, an additional full bathroom and half bathroom are stocked to serve guests. 

Please note:
- The max occupancy includes adults and children/infants, to avoid property violations and fines
- 4WD is required.
- If you are bringing a pet an additional flat fee of $150 applies, and a maximum of 2 pets are allowed in the unit. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.

The home is located in Blue River, 4 miles south of downtown Breckenridge’s South Main Street. The restaurants, shops, and slopes of Breckenridge are truly just a skip and a jump away. For those who want to explore nearby attractions, Lake Dillon, a freshwater reservoir is 16 miles away and South Park City Museum, an open-air museum is about 25-minutes away. Multiple trailheads can also be accessed in the surrounding area.

Other Things to Note:
This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
