Located between Quandary Peak and Red Mountain, two renowned hiking locations, you can explore miles of scenic trails and take in unique natural views.

Kitchen: The top-of-the-line kitchen provides stainless steel appliances and a convenient floating island breakfast bar. This inviting space also features a formal dining area, making it perfect for creating delicious meals or sharing group dinners. The main level of the home also includes a spacious laundry room and a beautifully designed half bath.

Living Room: After a day of exploring the stunning mountain landscape, unwind on the main level by the inviting fireplace with a captivating book or gather loved ones for a movie night on the expansive TV.

Sleeping Arrangements: 4 Bed, 3.5 Bath -
• Primary Bedroom (Top Floor): King bed, TV, private balcony, and ensuite bath. The ensuite bath includes his and her vanity, jetted tub and oversized shower.
• Second Bedroom (Bottom Floor): King size bed, dresser, and closet. This room shares a bathroom with the fourth bedroom.
• Third Bedroom (Bottom Floor): Queen size bed, dresser, TV, and ensuite bath. The ensuite bath includes a single vanity and shower tub combo.
• Fourth Bedroom (Bottom Floor): Full-size murphy bed, dresser, and patio access. This room shares a bathroom with the second bedroom.

Laundry: A full size washer and dryer can be found in the laundry room near the mudroom on the main level.

Hot Tub: Step out onto the back deck and unwind in the spacious 6-person hot tub, perfectly nestled in nature for a truly secluded experience.

This home also has Bluetooth speakers and a DVD player. The TVs are all Smart and have access to cable for easy entertainment in the evenings. Awaken to breathtaking sunrises over the majestic mountains, with the soothing sounds of nature providing a peaceful ambiance. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the two patios, breathe in the crisp mountain air, and create lasting memories in this idyllic Breckenridge escape.

This home has a private hot tub, so extra towels for the hot tub are included. We take care of cleaning and servicing the tub before and after your stay. This home is not pet friendly. For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have external security cameras.

We provide enough supplies for a typical weekend stay. This includes paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap and a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. We also provide fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels. This home has a private hot tub, so extra towels for the hot tub are included. We take care of cleaning and servicing the tub before and after your stay. This home is not pet-friendly.

4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are required for this property. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.
