NEW Wandering Moose on Peak 10, Epic Views, Hot Tub, LOCATION!
The Wandering Moose is conveniently located on Peak 10, offering easy access to all that Breckenridge has to offer. Intermediate/Advanced skiers can take advantage of the proximity to the Burro Trail, perfect for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, and access to the Ski Resort. This home is designed for entertaining, with an expansive open main living area, a large back deck, and a game room in the basement. Each bedroom is equipped with a SmartTV, and beautiful views abound.
Main Level
Living Room: Enter the home into the grand living space with massive floor-to-ceiling windows, beautiful wood beams, a spectacular stone mantle surrounding the gas fireplace, and cozy seating.
Dining Room: Easily transition from the living room into the brightly lit dining room. This table has room to seat 12 people comfortably, with additional seating at the kitchen island.
Kitchen: Enjoy the state-of-the-art kitchen equipped with a Keurig, drip coffee, large Wolf stove and range. Use the conveniently placed faucet over the stovetop to fill your pots with water!
Mud Room: Continue past the kitchen to find the mud room conveniently located right next to the garage entryway. There are plenty of cubbies to store outdoor equipment, hooks for jackets and ski clothes, and even a dryer to dry your wet snow clothes!
Half Bath: There is also a half bathroom located right inside the entrance from the garage.
Lower Level
Movie/Game Room: Head downstairs to find a cozy room with a beautiful log accent wall. Pop in a movie and enjoy the spacious couch and bean bag chairs or lock in and play some arcade classics on the gaming machines.
First Bedroom: Head down the hall to find a spacious bedroom with a King-sized bed, large TV, and an en-suite bathroom.
Second Bedroom: The next bedroom you will find has a queen over queen bunk bed.
Third Bedroom: The final bedroom features two sets of bunk beds that are twin over twin. There is also a trundle bed that pulls out from underneath, allowing for up to 6 people to sleep in this room. There is a large TV in this room as well.
Bathroom: In the hallway outside the bedroom, there is a large bathroom for the two bunk rooms to share.
Hot Tub: This lower level also gives you large sliding glass doors that supply access to the lower patio. This lower-level patio is where you will find the hot tub as well as some outdoor seating made from refurbished ski lift chairs!
Upper Level
Living Area/Workspace: Head upstairs to find a living area with a desk for working and a full washer and dryer for your use.
First Master Suite: Upstairs is where you will find the master suites. Head past the living area to enter your private oasis with a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and cozy reading chairs nestled by the window. This bedroom also has a beautiful ensuite bathroom with a large soaking tub and massive walk-in shower with a bench to sit on. There are also two spacious vanities in the bathroom.
Second Master Suite: Head down the hall to find the other master suite. This bedroom also has a reading chair nestled by the window, a large King-sized bed, and an expansive flat-screen TV. Head into the ensuite bathroom to find the large soaking tub, beautiful walk-in shower with seating, and the two vanities. In this room, you can enjoy beautiful mountain views right from the comfort of your bed.

With its prime location, luxurious amenities, and stunning mountain views, this home is the perfect destination for families, friends, and anyone seeking an unforgettable alpine getaway. Intermediate to advance skiers can access the Breckenridge Ski Resort via the Burro Trail. We can assist with further information upon request. This home has high-speed WIFI and private parking; four-wheel drive is required in the winter. We provide enough supplies for a typical weekend stay. This includes paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, and a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel style bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. We also provide fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels. Extra towels are also provided for the hot tub. We take care of cleaning and servicing the hot tub before and after your stay. This home is pet-friendly and does not allow large events or smoking. The cool mountain breeze makes air conditioning unnecessary.
